you need to get some rain barrels on those roofs. itll help alleviate the constant pressure from the well/pump. you should also consider planting an orchard. then you can sell the fruit when they come into season. customers can taste the fruit before buying the trees type of thing

I even talked a stranger at Lowes, with a cart full of sub-par fruit tress and banana varieties, into putting them back on the shelf and getting some real heavy hitters (ex. Dwarf Namwah) from your nursery instead.

You might what to turn the cow peas under for the manure and nitrogen, it will do wonders for your soil. You have done an amazing job with the property.

Surprised you don’t have a pond usually most nurseries do to keep the water on the property then they can pump out of the pond and there just endlessly reusing the same water that runs off the nursery operations. Or having wells and ponds for extra water security
