Yep. I was just responding to another comment. They used that as the excuse cause of the sheer availability. Shouldn’t have made a 5.45 pistol though is the thing. Had they not done that it would still be available to this day. Happened to another caliber before 5.45 so they knew about it.
My local GS had a pallet of this in the entrance for $140 per spam can I wanna say it was 2009ish, unfortunately I didn’t get any because i did not have a 5.45

Yea I’ve heard some crazy low numbers. Wish I would have been buying it back then obviously. Is what it is for now. These days buying it loose is your best bet. That’s what I’ve always done. Get little bits at a time.
