  • Close-up shots of my hairy hands! Oh, and someone's making a leather belt in the background.

Отличная работа, интересное решение, спасибо за подсказку, буду делать сдвоенный ремень байкеру. 😊

Your dying really caught my attention. It was very much “reverse antiquing”, where a darker shade is applied to the high spots, instead of being imbedded in the low spots and then wiped from the surface. Very nice, and very unique. Well done.

Thank you! Yeah, this block-dying look has become a recent favourite of mine too. I just use the standard water-based dyes for this one. I wonder how flashier colours might look...

Thank you for your interest! I'm not yet selling belts, but I do have an etsy store at www.etsy.com/ca/shop/TrilobiteLeather. When I do start selling belts they will appear there, and probably cost about $CAD220 with worldwide shipping.

    Very good work.
The hardest and most laborious thing is to sew it, I made one for myself, and it's tiring. All the best. Very nice, I want to make myself another with the diamond carving chisel

Thank you- yes, the stitching took longer than any other step. It must have taken me two hours at least. I envy those with a leather sewing machine.

    Muy buen trabajo.
Lo mas jodido y laborioso es coserlo, yo me hice uno para mi, y es cansador. Un saludo. Muy bonito, quiero hacerme otro con el cincel de rombo tallado.
