Our parents are the ones who love us the most, they will scold us and discipline us because they love and care about us, those who do not love us won't care about us or our education and will never tell you what's right and what's wrong. Sydney should have come clean in beginning. One lie is always followed by second and so on and in the end it will gets you in a corner where you won't be able to run. Sydney is a beloved selfish daughter who thinks only of herself. Now she has lost one person who loves her the most and no one will love her the way she loves her. I hope she regrets and is remorse for what she had done and I wish her father forgives her.

Joel Jr. isn't a human at all. What he had done only a monster can do it. Even animal's don't kill their own species. Least of all it's his own parents, who gave him birth, teach him to walk, teach him how to write, eat, sleep and brought him up to be a good man, who will support them when they get old. Even if Chandler wasn't caught, his life won't be the same, he will never succeed in anything no matter how hard he tries. Killing or taking own human kind is a sin in God's eyes and how much God hate it, we can find that in Cain & Abel story in the Bible.This judgement and prison time is an earthly punishment but as God's say's revenge is his to take, God will punish and judge him in his own way, he will never live a peaceful life until his own demise and that goes for everyone who kills or takes a human life. This Murdough case, I gonna say frankly about what I think of. Looking back what the son Paul had done and than what the father Alex has done, I think this was coming. Money & Power made them blind, they think they were above the law. When I was watching Paul trial in the court, Paul had no remorse, he looks like he don't even care about his girlfriend's death and looks like Paul never ever love his girlfriend and doesn't care what he had done to his friends..."What you sow, so shall you reap".
Every single one of those adults who boarded that boat (albeit all underage drinking) either hung out w/Paul because they liked him or because of who he was but no one forced any of them to go along for the ride, not to mention, they'd already nearly collided w/the Woods Swing Bridge earlier in the night on their way to go bar-hopping before they later got into the boat again and crashed. If you're knowingly going to get into a any mode of transportation w/a drunk at the wheel, you're as equally responsible for your poor choices as the drunk at the wheel and all the scapegoating (from the those aboard the boat and their families and from anyone else) isn't going to change the fact their children made their own poor choices that night, as tragically as it ended. You talk about a dysfunctional family! Alex & Maggie has assigned their youngest son their "Little Detective" as if he was suppose to wear it w/a badge of honor to police his father's drug abuse when they were using their son as a form of manipulation so they didn't have to deal w/their adult issues on their own. No child should be burdened w/their parents adult problems. How irresponsible. What did Maggie do when she found a stash of her husband's opioids in his bag (nice trusting marriage when spouses are snooping on each other)? Why she immediately picked up the phone and called her "Little Detective" to take care of it! WTF?! Who puts their children in such a position?! Way to go mom & dad!
Betty & Connor....I knew, I was gonna hear, it was not at all a perfect picture. I don't know how some people or couples try to be a perfect family and couples on social media, even it wasn't. Sometimes I used to think, if she/he shared their failing relationships on the social media, how he/she is being aggressive and used to hit her/him, getting killing threats by him/her just like they used to share the good side maybe it can prevent what's coming. It was suspicious when he wanted to cremate her. If cremation was done, there won't be any proof of poisoning....having too much knowledge is sometimes dangerous. The more educated, more dangerous if your mind isn't on the right side.
I remember about an ex-friend with his post on Facebook, a picture with his girlfriend "we are so in love !!!" and one week later, I saw his girlfriend with a black eye 😂🤣 that kind of posts to take with a grain of salt. When they feel obliged to mention it...

Re Joel Guy Jr: Why did the parents treat him as a person who couldn't do anything by himself? And then suddenly he is supposed to do everything - including work for a living - himself. You learn little by little and become an adult, but they decided that he was to be a baby for as long as they wanted - when they didn't want the baby anymore they just through him out. That is one way to create a psychopath.
Sydney is no different than Chandler Halderson..great in high school but couldn't handle a bigger pond ..land instead of letting parents know they suck decided on murder..difference is he had a week to cover up and she was caught almost immediately, her big baby act was disturbing
