Dad is behaving as though he is the possessive boyfriend. Sick interest in his daughter perhaps 🤮 And this has to be one of the worst cover stories I have ever heard.
Perhaps Bryce was abusive, we'll never know. But if his murder is what it took to put a sexual predator in prison for life, then he did not die in vain.
Well he does allow one of his own kids to be trans even though children cannot consent to such madness, so yeah he's a pervert at the very least, after a parent is that much garbage and failure anything more is also on the table. Some people rush to kill others with zero regard to any life and this is very disturbing. Being trigger happy has its consequences. This story shows us the vileness of this murderer.

As always, narcs accuse their victim of what THEY are guilty of; the creep had power over his family, & Brice, by taking Cordelia to Alaska, was going to take some of that power away from him!
i would agree and maybe that s it, but the landlord up north was confirming Cornelia had 2 black eyes. a lot of black eyes in this story, from the sounds of it. maybe they were both abusive narcissists given what we have heard here?
Jealousy. He was probably secretly obsessed with her. Given his past charges, I'd suspect he ignored familial ties and was attracted to family members. What he claimed Bryce to have said was likely his own thought 'I'd rather kill her than give her up.'
@Heavyisthecrown narc is short hand for narcissist. Use context clue. Only crack head drug addicts like yourself talk about narcotics informants. This is not about that obviously
The father is a terrible liar, very shaky voice, the slight stutter, no confidence behind his words etc. Was the father jealous that another man was with his daughter...Disgusting thought
Probably has a tight chest, heart racing, can't breathe properly while talking. Happens when you have anxiety or lying about something you got caught doing.
The killing was premeditaded. He shot him in the back of his head! Funny that Cordelia speaks so fond of her boyfriend, and doesn't support her own father. Guess we'll never know the truth.
So maybe the boyfriend had hit her, but it looks like the reason she was willing to put up with that type of abusive man is because her father is exactly the same.
I actually don't believe she ever had the black eyes. I believe it was made up story and he made sure to tell everyone about this just to brain wash every family member to stand on his side. Her photos with Bryce show they are very happy and at peace.
@@Lowsomein Ok the likelihood is 6x higher when the woman comes from an abusive home but yes most women like men who dominate them it’s animal instinct Alpha male vibes and all that.
Yes, the murder was definitely premeditated! The dad was totally OBSESSED with his daughter! He couldn’t stand her going and doing her own thing with another man, especially for months at a time. He was extremely possessive of her and I’m guessing he was throughout her University years too! It makes one wonder if he was ever "inappropriate" with her and/ or her sister?! I’m so happy this SICKO will never walk free ever again!
lol woman moment. When it’s convienient, a boyfriend taking his girlfriend across the country away from her family means he’s abusive and trying to isolate her, when it convienient a boyfriend taking his girlfriend away from her family is them just trying to get away. LOL
Then there's those of us who people bash because we don't condone our family members wrongdoings. I couldn't care less if it's my own mother, if she's doing something wrong I'm not standing by her. Same goes for my siblings.
Dude the entire time I thought the same thing. I think he was enraged 😡 when he found out she was gonna be on a road trip with him. And that's when he planned it.
Also, i love how people always take their cell phones with them to gravesites and incriminating places. Crazy how ignorant people can be , when their life is on the line
They can't hide from what they are. It would not have mattered if the young man was abusing the girl or not, he was guilty to the father. This man accused his daughter's BF because he knew what he had done to women in the past, and they always think others are as twisted as them. Look how often a partner who always accuses the other of messing around is often the one guilty of it. I imagine with the sort of personality he shows, his kids had a very controlling upbringing. The daughter was likely happy to go away for a holiday.
Somewhat simplified. Possibly, but we don't know for sure. People often make up all sorts of things about unsympathetic people and start believing them themselves.
I wish life was as black and white as you think it is. You’re not a man, you don’t know to which lengths a man’s protective instinct go. You don’t have to be an abuser to suspect others of abuse, weirdo

Cordelia lost the man she loved, and her father at the same time. What a tragic case. I hope she can find peace.
@@ChengSaechao-s1b There is no actual proof of any abuse. It’s all just hearsay. I believe Cordelia, when she said on the witness stand, that Bryce had never been abusive to her.
@@ChengSaechao-s1byou're going to believe the guy who's a pedophile and in jail for life rather than the victim, his daughter, yeah okay. I swear some people are so dull
Why did it look like he was basically confessing in front of his storage unit? Was it his demeanor between being understood but with the burden of an unforgivable crime heavy on his conscience?
25:47 The landlord said, the daughter had two black eyes. No reason to murder someone obviously. But to everybody out there defending Bryce: Take it into consideration.
I came to defend your comment but it hits me she always defends him and there’s no other side. Did he corroborate this entire story because he hated this guy? I would say we’ll never know but we could definitely find out through her text messages. I think police know a lot more about the story than we do. I think that regardless, if he’s an abuser or not, he was murdered and under legal law, her father was convicted.
So, where did Cordelia get the two black eyes that her landlord said he saw her with? It's not an excuse to kill Bruce, of course, but if the landlord lied about the black eyes then he should be ashamed of himself.
Maybe you should not believe a killer with an unnatural, obsessive relationship with his daughter. She said the bf was NOT abusive. This hogwash of believing people who kill when they make claims of abuse must come to a stop.
I think he was in love with his daughter and did this becuase of that. He prolly had some weird Fascination of his own blood daughter. If the daughter has never said she was abused to anyone including her friends then she wasnt. Seems to me like he into hia daughter and was jealous
Should have said this A truck with Sonora license plates showed up. Bryce had a scared look on his face as these four Mexicans exited the vehicle. Bryce seemed hesitant as he was told to get into the truck. I could hear a couple of them chuckling. Bryce got in the front passenger seat and drove off. How about this... The dad secretly had a crush on his own daughter and was jealous of her new bf. HE...was actually the one possessive of her and wanted to keep her for himself. He had enough of the bf and got rid of him.

Sounds like you have daddy issues....project much? People that manifest incestuous stories are always messed up people
Dad is behaving as though he is the possessive boyfriend. Sick interest in his daughter perhaps 🤮

Society likes to crap on nuclear families. Everyone piling on good dad's trying to make them the very opposite of their intentions.
Perhaps Bryce was abusive, we'll never know. But if his murder is what it took to put a sexual predator in prison for life, then he did not die in vain.
My first thought! He should have been in prison long before now. Glad to see someone else think this, also.
His family would beg to differ. This is why families need to keep their own in check.
Father didn't like a good man taking his victim away
Exactly
Wow satan
He didn't want anyone to have her because he was a pervert.
yeah i hope you mean the dad cause he sounds like a creepy and a rapey
Well he does allow one of his own kids to be trans even though children cannot consent to such madness, so yeah he's a pervert at the very least, after a parent is that much garbage and failure anything more is also on the table. Wouldn't be surprised if he's also a molesting freak on top of a loser crap failure father.
Exactly. Dude was jealous, he was obsessed with his own daughter.

As always, narcs accuse their victim of what THEY are guilty of; the creep had power over his family, & Brice, by taking Cordelia to Alaska, was going to take some of that power away from him!
i would agree and maybe that s it, but the landlord up north was confirming Cornelia had 2 black eyes. a lot of black eyes in this story, from the sounds of it. maybe they were both abusive narcissists given what we have heard here?
though the dads tattoo, his engaging a private investigator on a former boyfriend and definitely his murder here are super creepy, I agree to that.
Jealousy. He was probably secretly obsessed with her. Given his past charges, I'd suspect he ignored familial ties and was attracted to family members. What he claimed Bryce to have said was likely his own thought 'I'd rather kill her than give her up.'
Narcs are snitches or drug cops
@Heavyisthecrown narc is short hand for narcissist. Use context clue. Only crack head drug addicts like yourself talk about narcotics informants. This is not about that obviously
The father is a terrible liar, very shaky voice, the slight stutter, no confidence behind his words etc. Was the father jealous that another man was with his daughter...Disgusting thought

Outside of everything that happened, it's crazy to me that family will "store" guns for felons that shouldn't have them in the first place.
Then there's those of us who people bash because we don't condone our family members wrongdoings. I couldn't care less if it's my own mother, if she's doing something wrong I'm not standing by her. Same goes for my siblings.

The dad secretly had a crush on his own daughter
This man took "stay away from my daughter" to a different level.
I lived in Pequot Lakes MN for seven years, pretty wild to have a random suggested vid talk about Brainerd... Then Pequot.
The daughter had been seen with two black eyes. I think Bryce was abusive, and maybe the dad too. It could be that sad.

I thought the landlord said the daughter had two black guys.
He sounds so nervous. If you’re going to kill someone then learn to lie. Him saying his daughter had bruises gave the cops the motive.
If she even did. Easy to say. They always say that look like heroes instead of killers.
