    Thanks for the shoutout and all of these videos about the patch. And yeah Cagliostro is basically the same power level and yeah that is a bad thing for her overall. Unmentioned in the video that I believe is worth stating is that the trap knock-up changes did break old combos as well as adding the new ones. Some people are pretty unhappy with that and I've seen a few people quit her already. Overall if they want to buff her traps they need to make them have more presence in neutral, since they are too easily cleared by low 66M and random specials in Rising.

      @@captainmega6310 I don't know exactly what they could do, because they were pretty tightly tuned around the old game's systems. Some sort of esoteric rule like "only is broken by 2L" would work but I doubt they'd ever implement something like that. More clear rules like "unable to be broken by specials" wouldn't be enough since everyone has a low 66M and that's issue #1 for them.
      My mind has at times flirted with the idea to make them have to be hit multiple times or to just outright make them only get broken when cag gets hit but I'm really not sure. It is a tough situation since they are unwilling to balance the game around traps like before, but they also probably don't want to do anything that would circumvent this, probably seeing those options as too extreme.

    The projectile negation on M Calculated was reduced by 3 frames because the move's overall animation is 3 frames shorter. All versions of Calculated block 1 hit of a projectile if Collapse is charged, and the negation lasts from the startup of Calculated and covers the entire recovery.

      To add on to the discussion of Ultimate Mehen, the air version of the trap was moved away from her in order to make it less effective as an anti air bait. One of Cagliostro's strongest techniques in the last version was to jump in a position where an opponent's 2H would hit and then place Ultimate Mehen, which would then detonate and grant Cagliostro a very damaging combo. Moving the trap away from her means that it can't beat 2H's any more. This combined with the Ultimate Spare Body change makes her jump in game much, much weaker in this version.
