A joke who made millions with a band that never had airplay,no MTV,norhing but word of mouth,which NO other band can say,even winning an Emmy award for it,and he's the joke? How much u make playing music?? I bet that answer is a joke. He was the glue that held Slayer together for a long time, so i give the respect where it's deserved .
