how do you feel about the current massive restrictions being imposed on STR's in major cities ie vancouver, new york etc.? for example in vancouver canada, they just introduced a massive restriction basically eliminating all STR's and only allowing them in a persons primary residence. the penalties for violation will be massive at 3,000$ per day per infraction.
