Can you help me start
I’m in Ohio and the housing market here over the last 7-8 years is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Homes that were bought for $130K in 2015 are now being sold for $590k. I’m talking about tiny, disgusting, poorly built 950 square foot shit boxes in quite mediocre neighborhoods. Then you’ve got Better, average sized homes in nicer neighborhoods that were $300K+ 10 years ago selling for $750k+ now. Wild times.
A recession as bad it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you’re careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too. This is not financial advise but get buying, cash isn’t king at all in this time!
I agree, having a brokerage advisor for investing is genius! Amidst the financial crisis in 2008, I was really having investing nightmare prior touching base with a advisor. In a nutshell, i've accrued over $2m with the help of my advisor from an initial $350k investment.

The decision on when to pick an Adviser is a very personal one. I take guidance from *Gertrude Margaret Quinto* to meet my growth goals and avoid mistakes, she's well-qualified and her page can be easily found on the net.
I am going to look her up, I have about $81k i want to start with, might be small but it's better than nothing though. Since the 08 crash is playing out again.
Could you possibly make a full video dedicated to the bridge method that's easy to understand.(also I'm wondering how you get to do short rentals if you rent from someone else?)

I've a bank that wants to loan our non-profit organization. The thing is, they want 40% down on a property (doesn't matter price of property) our non-profit is credible. Hence, banking assistance, but I don't think that 40% shouldn't be that high or even supposedly asks for. The property has 20 units, well maintained and filled tenants (worthy & committed). Earns $164,000 yearly and I'm waiting for the banks appraisal. Should I stand for this amount?
