i just lost the life, guy´s I have to tank you a lot, my surfing in getting better averyday, I just had my best session ever yesterday in Amado beach, sout Portugal, again thanks for all the help.
body surfing can get very zen like once you realize you are modifying your behavior to better harmonize and exploit the wave energy around you. It creates more contemplative fun once one realizes that the wave energy actually started out in space from the Sun , and that energy has traveled through space to interact with our atmosphere. So one might say bodysurfing is interacting with cosmic forces to enhance life, as churches have been preaching about forever. once one realizes the harmony available in life, in and out of the water, the living ocean might grant you friendship, and entrance into a better world of wave riding.
You use your body as a board when bodysurfing. You can change rails fluidly. Steward is a king when talking about coordination in a wave. And that wave he's riding can actually be perfect, thank the gods that it's a bodysurfing only spot.
Please OMBE do a surf breakdown on Jai Glindman. There is something about his technique that is so relaxed in his knees or somting. Anyway. Just a request Thanks
Great vids guys! Love this type of content. I grew up bodysurfing, but never really thought about taking it further and using that to improve my surfing. I would love to hear Claytons thoughts on some bodyboarding footage itself as I like to surf and bodyboard. I find switching things up fun and teaches me a lot ... Note: You have a typo in your RUclips title of the vid "Mike Steward" (note the d) :)

I bodysurf with Mike all the time at this spot. He is so relaxed, has great positioning and smooth on the wave.

Another reason to pull on a pair of fins and swim out the back: you’ll have a massive workout.
Do it regularly to increase your fitness!
this year i 'm gonna try this!

Maybe fix the typo in the title so it's Mike Stewart not Steward?
no words.
Legend!
U guys should edit the name. The name is wrong
They've should've casted Mike Stewart for the Movie Aquaman....just saying 🤷🏻♂️
Wasn’t Mike a life guard, years of experience watching waves?
Spell his name right. That would be a start.
Stewart, not steward
