Hi Sonia Chawla, once check by doing troubleshoot for this. following are the steps for the troubleshoot :- 1. turn off the tws and charge 100%. 2. unpair with the connected bluetooth device. 3. restart the bluetooth device. 4. after 100% charging switch on the tws and first pair the buds. 5. then pair it with the bluetooth device again.
I actually like these buds for the price but I would not as competitive gamer recommend this to anyone for gaming I mean like it has a 1 second sound lag for what ever action u do on ur game like shooting or enemy foot steps u will hear 1 second later n thats a lot Ptro if u have a solution for this pls tell

I purchased ptron ear buds on June 2021 but it was not working after 1 week it's As per ptron guidelines I had send my product ptron support team given address and attach courier receipt, invoice copy, and also mentioned other details and send it on date 2nd July 2021 as per ptron policy Product replacement will be done within 15 working days but till but after 1 month they told me that the product is not available so they will refund the money after sending bank details I have sent them till now I didn't receive my money Its already 2 month completed why ptron takes too much time to resolve an issue i was sended many mails but no response lots of people face same situation

1. Unpair and power off both the earphones
2. Charge the earphones upto 100%
3. Power On both earbuds and wait for 10 seconds so that both will be paired together.
4. Turn on bluetooth in your device and search for available devices
5. Select ("Ptron Bassbuds plus") from the list and click on pair to connect... it will be connected

Hello Aaditya Rathor, If the buds are already charged then it will not indicate for charging. And please keep the buds in the case and wait for 1 minute and check that the red light is blinking or not. If the red light is blinking then it is charging.

As per ptron guidelines I had send my product ptron support team given address and attach courier receipt, invoice copy, and also mentioned other details and send it on date 2nd July 2021
as per ptron policy Product replacement will be done within 15 working days but till
but after 1 month they told me that the product is not available so they will refund the money after sending bank details I have sent them till now I didn't receive my money Its already 2 month completed why ptron takes too much time to resolve an issue i was sended many mails but no response lots of people face same situation

Hi GAMING 99 YT, These are the steps to connect “ ptron BassBuds TWS”
1. Power ON both left & right earbuds then both will flash Blue & Red light alternatively.
2. With in-15sec both L & R earbuds will pair (match ) to each other then only one earbud will flash Blue & red light alternatively.
3. Now Turn ON the Bluetooth of your device & search "Ptron BassBuds Plus"
5. Get it connected with your phone & both L & R earpiece will work together. You can enjoy with your music by following these steps. Thanks for reaching us.
