I went to blue tooth in settings and clicked information next to both the airpods, then hit forget device. I then held down both power button for about 5-10 seconds. I had to try this a couple times but it was the only thing that would get them to connect to each other, hope this helps (btw I use the brand Prim Sports with an Apple phone) 👍

Unpair both earbuds from phone and hold earbuds for at least 20s. Turn them back on and wait for 5s. The right earbud should be flashing red and white. At this point, connect to the right earbud on your phone (not the left one). It should work now...

It worked with my "Willful T1". In my case, when they were connected to each other you couldn't connect them with the phone, so I could only use one earbud at a time. Thank you!!!

Awesome. Most instructions tell u long press but doesn't specify how long so I usually just let go when it says pairing. the 20 secs really did the trick.

I had the same issue. In my case what worked was to press the right bottom for 10 consecutive times. And that's what did the trick for mine.
