THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH !!! So many comments and so many new subscribers! Welcome to the family 😁. I will try to reply to as man comments as I can but if I can’t here is this big one. Thanks for opening my mind with the knowledge of the members and the recommendations of what’s good to listen to. Please check out my latest RUclips Short, where I explain December a bit more than this comment. More Home Free will be coming ! And more A Capella reactions are on route. Thank you 🙏🏾 please enjoy the journey.
Their song "Full of Cheer" is the song at the end of this video. It was written by the gentleman who began this song. His name is Tim Foust and he has an incredible bass voice but also has a five- octave range. Their Christmas masterpiece is "Do You Hear What I Hear" and their version of "what Child is This" is fantastic as well. Basically, anything Home Free does is amazing!
Totally agree with you! I think their newest Christmas song is "Mary Did You Know" done last year. Adam & Chance carried the phenomenal vocal percussions! (of course) 😉🎶 Thanks for your reaction too.
This is just a small sample of what they can do. There’s not a song they’ve done (cover or original) that isn’t a gem. “Do you hear what I hear” is a great song to hear Tim’s (1st soloist) bass and Adam’s (guy in the middle back) beatboxing. It’ll blow you away. I hope you stick with it because it’ll be one rabbit hole that you and we will enjoy. Great reaction!
Do You Hear What I Hear. Nothing else like it. It'll also give you a taste of what each singer can do. It's an older video, so Chris Rupp was still with the group. (BTW, the video was shot at an ice castle in Minnesota.) Other Christmas songs: Mary Did You Know, Angels We Have Heard On High, Full of Cheer, Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer, Warmest Winter, Cold Hard Cash. When Christmas is over, we'll let you know what other songs to check out. The HF rabbit hole 🕳 is deep! Subbing for more HF!
Welcome to Home Free! My favorite 3 favorite Christmas songs they sing are Do You Hear What I Hear, Full of Cheer (the one at the end of this video) and Cold Hard Cash (for Christmas). They have others that I love, but these are my favorites. Thank you and enjoy! ^_^
Welcome to the world of Home Free! Be prepared to have your mind blown over and over again. For a fun, original one I would do Full of Cheer. For a mind blowing, fun version of a classic I'd do their live performance of Joy to the World (Hosanna Concert and for an absolute mind blowing arrangement by their beatboxer I'd do Do You Hear What I Hear.
First welcome to the Home Free rabbit hole.Heres a little history: The group started in 2000 by brothers Chris and Adam Rupp .They are the first and only known country a cappela group but they can honestly sing any genre. They won The Sing Off season 4 2013 that’s where they became very popular. Fans of Home Free are known as Home Fries .Ok now let’s introduce you to the guys : Chris Rupp : Baritone (cowboy hat) One of the co founders of the group from Minnesota . Left in 2016 to pursue a solo career . Adam Rupp :beatboxer - tenor ( Freak of nature) can make any sound imaginable second co founder also from Minnesota . Austin Brown - High Tenor ( Long Reddish hair ) voice of an angel from Georgia .Rob Lundquist - Low tenor ( beard and glasses) very soulful voice from Minnesota. Tim Foust : Bass (long dark hair now short with grey streak) 5+ octave range from Texas. Adam Chance : Baritone/ Bass ( Chance a because two Adams is confusing ) silky smooth voice replaced Chris Rupp in 2016 has short dark hair and usually wears a baseball hat is from Alabama. There’s not a song that you pick from them that is bad ( I haven’t found one yet) they do covers and have a lot of original songs to. As for Christmas music : Full of Cheer, Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer, Warmest Winter, Winter Song, Beautiful Star Of Bethlehem with Jeffrey East and The Oak Ridge Boys, Do You Hear What I Hear ( a must ) ,Cold Hard Cash , Away In The Manger ,Mary Did You Know, Children Go Where I Send Thee with Kenny Rodgers , Christmas In Dixie with Alabama , Hope this helps😊Happy Holidays
I loved watching with you! Liked and subscribed. Only three are southern, Austin Brown (high tenor) from Georgia, Tim Foust from Texas (Bass), Adam Chance (baritone) from Alabama, Rob Lundquist (tenor) and Adam Rupp (beatboxer extraordinaire) from Minnesota. Chris Rupp (Cowboy hat) and Adam Rupp founded the group, but Chris went out on his own, and Adam Chance took his place, several years ago. These guys each one, have outstanding voices and impeccable harmony, and are close friends. They cover many genres and original songs as well as covers, which in my opinion, they upgrade. You won't find a bad song. I'm here for it! Thank you for your reaction and enjoy!
"Mary Did You Know" The first singer in this is an incredible super bass who also has an extremely good tenor voice. 1st Lead - Tim Foust (Bass) 2nd Lead - Austin Brown (High Tenor) Full Beard - Rob Lundquist (Tenor) Cowboy Hat - Chris Rupp (Tenor) - 2016 and earlier Adam Rupp (Beatboxer) Adam "Chance" (Baritone) 2016+
Home Free is the real deal. They are known for great harmonies and they can all sing. The first singer was Tim, who’s the bass. He has a 5 octave range so he can sing super low and sing up in the tenor range. Tim is from Texas. Austin, other lead singer, is from Georgia, the other 3 are from Minnesota. The man in the cowboy hat is Chris Rupp. He’s the baritone but left the band in 2016 and was replaced by Chance in newer videos. Chris’ brother is Adam, back row blond hair and he’s the amazing beatboxer. Rob (glasses) is from Minnesota and is a tremendous singer. Full of Cheer is the song at the end. Try Mary Did You Know, Angels We Have Heard on High (filmed in the same church), Do You Hear What I Hear, Silent Night, Cold Hard Cash.
Love to see the look on new reactors faces when they first check out our guys, Home Free. Subbed so I wouldn't miss your next venture into the Home Free rabbit hole. The song you saw at the end of their video is "Full of Cheer" a Home Free original. After that I hope you check out "Mary Did You Know", the harmonies are world class as well as the beat boxing. If you keep checking out Home Free you're going to find they are amazingly versatile and always, always phenomenal. The gentleman in the cowboy hat is one of the original founders of Home Free, Chris Rupp. He is no longer with the guys. Three are from Minnesota, one is from Texas and one from Georgia. The new guy you'll see in newer videos is from Alabama. PS. Be sure and check out their version of "Do You Hear What I Hear" it will blow you mind. Thank You for the joy. May your holiday season be blessed with love, light, good health and happy times with family and friends.
And another great acapella group to watch you go down the rabbit hole with. They are funny, loving, serious and OH SO TALENTED! I can't wait. If you want a Christmas laugh their Cold Hard Cash (For Christmas) is a good one. Man of Constant Sorrow is fab and you'll get a taste of their beatboxer better there.
Subbed for HF - welcome to the world of Home Fries! We will follow you down the HF rabbit hole and we're very loyal! The two songs in this reaction (O' Holy Night and the outro song, Full of Cheer) and my favorite Christmas song by HF (Do You Hear What I Hear) were all recorded when Chris Rupp was still with the group. Chris and his brother Adam were original founders of the group in Minnesota. Chris is in the cowboy hat in this video; Adam is in all black clothing, center back. Adam is an amazing beat boxer. This song is one of very few in which he doesn't provide perfect percussion with his voice. The rest of the guys are Rob Lundquist (beard), Tim Foust (first singer in this video), Austin Brown (younger looking guy in this video) Can't wait to watch you discover and explore their endless talent!
Home Free has members from everywhere!!!! Yes one, the bass guy, Tim Foust, is originally from Nederland, Texas, but Chance is from Alabama, Austin is from Georgia, Chris & Adam Rupp from Mankato, Minnesota & Rob is from Minneapolis. They do lean towards country but they sing all genre's. Some recommendations: I can't outrun you, The Driver, How Great thou art, One-man Band, Some Girls Do, and some originals, DIVE BAR SAINTS, Understand, Save the World, Catch me if you can, Cross that Bridge...that should get you started after Christmas...
I just subscribed for more HOME FREE Welcome to HOME FREE !! HOME FREE is a county A Capella band (NO INSTRUMENTS) that does more than just country. Tim Foust, the bass (5 octave range) , Adam Rupp, the beatboxer (freak of nature), Adam Chance (Chance) is the baritone/bass, since 2016, he took over for Chris Rupp (one of the founders of the group), Rob Lundquist, tenor and Austin Browmn high tenor make up the voices of angels. PLEASE listen to more.. If I know my Home Free family well (Home Fries) , they have already given you suggestions of music. LOL Thanks for the reaction
So Glad You Reacted to Home Free !! They have some original christmas songs like Snow Globe, Full of Cheer, Christmas Ain't for The Lonely. Their Version of Mary Did You Know and Did You Hear What I Hear are Awesome. Their Cover/Video of Stevie Wonder Song What Christmas Means to Me is Funny and Amazing 💕
Dude, these guys harmonize that well from training. Each shaping his mouth in such a way to allow for better blending, to prevent rasping sounds, etc. There's more going on than just 5 voice that go well together. The vocal ranges of these guys is outrageous, too. You ain't heard nothing, yet. They tend to mostly do covers, while bettering the originals. They never do any bad takes. Never sound harsh. You haven't heard the deep bass, or the incredible beatboxer, yet. Enjoyed your enjoyment.
Loved your reaction...you couldn't have picked a better song to start with..it is my favorite of all their Christmas songs! Another one is Mary Did You Know! I just subbed for more Home Free.....let the journey begin!
Great reaction. Welcome to Home Free! I love their version of Do You Hear What I Hear, Mary Did You Know, Full of Cheer (an original), and for more fun, Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer! Merry Christmas!
Best harmonies I have ever heard. 4 lead singers, 1 beatboxer, though he sang harmony in this one. All 5 can beatbox (only one is a true master) AND sing tenor... 2 regular bass singers though the beatboxer can hit bass notes. 2 released an opera song recently. They can lose their accents if called for. Just about every genre you can imagine.
Do "Angels We Have Heard On High" or "Silent Night" for more of these gorgeous harmonies! And "Auld Lang Syne" for New Year's! 😳🥰 For something fun, try an original called "Cold Hard Cash" written by Austin! 😜 For a tissue-worthy video and beautiful voices, definitely check out "I'll Be Home for Christmas". One of my personal favorites. For some soul singing, listen to a couple of their collaborations... "Go Tell It on the Mountain" (with a band called Texas Hill) and "Children, Go Where I Send Thee" (with the legendary Kenny Rogers just a couple years before his passing)! Both are great renditions. 🎶😘 Oh! Another collaboration for Christmas was live with the Oak Ridge Boys & Jeffrey East called "Beautiful Star of Bethlehem". Their version of "Mary, Did You Know?" is a beautiful arrangement. 💕 A killer arrangement by the beatboxer, Adam Rupp, of "Do You Hear What I Hear?" is like nothing you've ever heard before! It is amazing! 🤯💕 Another GREAT one with a total jazz feel is their awesome version of "Joy to the World" (Hosanna concert LIVE 2013) O M G!! Rob cuts loose. Actually, they all do! This concert was held the night before the final episode of "The Sing-Off". They knew they'd already won, but couldn't tell anyone! Haha The concert was at the church the founding brothers (Adam and Chris Rupp) grew up going to. SO good! Highly recommended. OK I think I've given you enough to start with. lol 😜😉👍
Xmas songs - Do you hear what I hear ❤, Mary did you know ❤, Go tell it on the mountain (w/Texas Hill), What Child is this (co-founder Chris Rupp w/HF), Children go where I send thee w/Kenny Rogers, What Christmas Means ❤, Angels we have heard on high, I’ll be home for Christmas, Christmas in Dixie (w/Alabama) ❤, Christmas Ain’t for the Lonely & more. ❤
If you are in the Christmas mood try Home Free's "Do you Hear What I Hear" and " Mary Did You Know" But "Man of Constant Sorrow" is a Home Fry Reactor favorite.
Great reaction Home Free has lots of Christmas songs 🎵 Is both covers in originals. I would suggest their version of White Christmas 🎄 Or I'll be home for Christmas. Just subbed for more home free you're gonna love the beautiful rabbit hole.
One you are finished going through their Christmas videos I would suggest you look through their other selections beginning with “ Man of Constant Sorrow followed by End of the Road. By that time you will be a certified Home fry!
You really should listen to their version of "Do You Hear What I Hear?". It's ridiculously good. Thanks - new sub. Btw, fans of Home Free are called Home Fries ------> 🍟
Do You Hear What I Hear? and Mary, Did You Know. Tim, the bass is the only Texan, Austin (high Tenor) is from South Georgia, Rob (lead tenor), Adam and Chris Rupp are from Minnesota. Adam Chance (aka Chance), not in this vid and comes in mid-2016, is from south Alabama/Florida, but resides in southern Cali. New sub, for more Home Free. The Fries will come. Adam Rupp, singing here, is their vocal percussionist/ beat boxer. He is an entity unto himself. Thanks for this great reaction!
KAIREEM- Someone else mentioned it already, but I wanted to put my 2 cents (2 pence?) in. Please react to “Do You Hear What I Hear?” Most of my life it just was, what it was, a traditional Christmas Carol. They gave it LIFE and made it so much MORE!! It truly has become one of my absolute favorite Christmas songs…I might even have to pull it out in May or July or October, just because!!!
New subscriber and great reaction, too! I love it when people discover Home Free. For some more Christmas: Do You Hear What I Hear, Mary Did You Know, Full of Cheer, Snow Globe, What Christmas Means To Me. They are a freakishly talented group of fellas! They can make you laugh sometimes, they can make you cry sometimes but they always impress. Here's a cheat sheet on the group: Adam Rupp, co-founder of HF and the awesome beatboxer. Tim Foust, bass. He has a five-octave range. Robb Lundquist (glasses and beard) Tenor Harmony. Austin Brown, Lead Tenor. Adam Chance, Baritone ( goes by Chance). Chance replaced Chris Rupp (co-founder) who left in 2016. Take Me Home Country Roads is phenomenal but you might also want to check out Dreamer, When A Man Loves A Woman, End Of The Road, One Man Band, I Swear, Blue Ain't Your Color, Dive Bar Saints and Folsom Prison Blues. For some funny ones: Butts Medley, All About That Bass, Champagne Taste, Hillbilly Bone. For some serious ones: How Great Thou Art, Go Rest High On That Mountain. When you are familiar with all the boys and their vocal roles, do Mayday. And last but not least, Brothers In Arms. It is haunting and beautiful. They have recently released several new songs that you will want to check out. Welcome to the Home Free rabbit hole!
Thank you for a wonderful comment ! I will note all these recommendations and thank you for a quick insight on them. What a group and what a style. Gonna be looking forward to the journey. Also welcome 😊
This song was my first introduction to Home Free--and they've been my favorite musicians ever since! Love it when these guys voice the harp/bell tones🔔 Besides the unbelievable harmonies--and gorgeous church backdrop--getting to hear Adam Rupp's sweet tenor actually singing is a real treat ❣️🎼🥰🎶❤️ Check out their version of "Mary, Did You Know?" and their absolute masterpiece of "Do You Hear What I Hear"
These guys are the first country all vocal band and have been known as since the Sing Off in 2013 which they won. There are some other a cappella groups that are popular, but they don't hold a candle to Home Free. Tim Faust, the bass, is from Texas; and two others are from Georgia and Arkansas. The others, Rob and Adam (beatboxer/vocal percussionist) are from Minnesota. Four of them have music degrees...Rob was operatically trained. Check out Two Country Singers Try Singing Opera for a real treat. You just don't realise what a fantastic journey you have just begun! Enjoy!
Loved your reaction. If you are looking for more of their Christmas music besides the ones already mentioned, you could also check out "Mary Did You Know?" and "Children Go Where I Send Thee" with Kenny Rogers. I am not much of a country or Kenny Rogers fan, but they are so talented and do such great arrangements that I love almost all of their 175+ songs.
They refer to themselves as an all vocal country band. They won the Sing-Off in 2013. All their performances with judges comments are available on RUclips
Boy, you have no clue yet of what you are getting into...but us "Home Fries" do and we are here to join you on your journey of discovery. They sing many different genres...but since it's Christmas, would love to hear you cover two more: "Do You Hear What I Hear," and "Mary Did You Know." Actually, these guys come from all over the country...Texas, Georgia, Minnesota, California...and in the earlier ones you'll see one of their founding members (in the cowboy hat) and in later ones his replacement after he left the group something like 5 years ago.
Christmas songs: Do you hear what I hear Mary did you know Away in a manger Grandma got run over by a reindeer Cold hard cash (for Christmas) Silent night Full of cheer (there's more, help me out home fries)
This is my personal favorite version of this song. Love it and absolutely love Home Free! Thank you for reacting. BTW, the bass is from Texas, the high tenor from Georgia and the rest are from Minnesota. I like their Mary Did You Know.
Definitely check out “Full of Cheer” as well as “Angels We Have Heard on High” and “Do You Hear What I Hear” by these guys. All of their stuff is great but those are a few of my personal favorites 😊
Tim (the guy that started) is from Texas but lives in Nashville now. The second lead is Austin and is from Georgia but lives in Nashville as well. The other three are all from Minnesota. The guy with the cowboy hat and the guy without the beard are brothers and started the group. The cowboy hat guy (Chris) left a few years back to do his own thing and they brought in Adam Chance who they call Chance since Chris's brother is named Adam as well. Chance is from Alabama but lives in LA now. Adam and Rob, the beard, still live in Minnesota. The groups producer lives in Minnesota so, in a way, they are still a Minnesota group. I love this song of theirs because you get that amazing five part harmony. Just as amazing, however, is hearing one of their more contemporary songs (all have some type of country flavor IMHO) with Adam (the brother one) doing the beatboxing or vocal percussion. He is phenomenal. In their cover of Marry Did You Know he shows how he can do it in a subtle way and shows why many consider him a master of vocal percussion more so than just a beatboxer. The one at the end is an original named Full of Cheer Another fun original is Cold Hard Cash (and less have reacted to that one)
Home Free has done an awesome cover of "Mary Did You Know". Highly recommend ❣️ And yes I know Pentatonix has a version but Home Free does it better. 😄 OMG Half way through the song I realized that you've never reacted to anything Home Free has done!!! Well welcome to the rabbit hole. Everything Home Free does is awesome. The talent these men have is unmatched. #homefries
Subscribed for Home Free. Really enjoyed you reaction. All their songs are fantastic. My choices for you would be. " Do you hear what I hear", " Mary did you know" and for funny " Grandma got run over by a Reindeer" and "Cold hard Cash" which is an original. 😁💕
Home Free is the best acapella band out there in my opinion. They're the only all male all vocal country band. They do any genre of music you can think of ... Adam, the beatboxer is the best beatboxer I've ever heard. You should reaction to Full of Cheer Snow Globe Cold hard cash What Christmas means Do you hear what I hear Mary did you know Subscribed for more Home Free ❤️
The lead off singer, Tim Foust is from Texas. Next is Austin Brown - Georgia. Back row. Rob Lundquist (with beard), Adam Rupp and Chris Rupp are from Minnesota. This group was started by Chris and Adam Rupp. A beautiful song, beautifully sung in an amazing setting. Check out "Full of Cheer", "Auld Lang Syne" and "How Great Thou Art". Non holiday songs "Ring of Fire", "Crazy", "Man of Constant Sorrow". Welcome to the rabbit hole that is Home Free.
Great reaction! New subscriber! Came for the Home Free! IMO Home Free is the best acapella group out there! They are described as country acapella but they do all genres of music. They also have a lot of Christmas songs. Some you can check out are, Do you hear what I hear?, Full of Cheer, What Christmas means to me, Mary, did you know? And many more. And after the Christmas season you can check out the huge catalog of other music by these 5 talented guys. They are all phenomenal vocalist individually, but together they are other worldly. Thank you for your reaction and welcome to your Home Free journey!!! You'll be a Home Fry ( a Home Free fan) before you know it!
Yes, Full of Cheer is funny but check out their masterpiece, Do You Hear What I Hear next. You will hear how talented all of them are. Only Tim Foust (first singer) is from Texas. The young looking Austin Brown is a Southerner from Georgia. The other 3 gentlemen are from Minnesota.
You have been introduced the best a capella band in the business. Founded in Mankato, Minnesota, the frozen north in winter time. Tim, the first singer is from Texas. Austin, the second singer,is from Georgia. They are the first a capella country band. They won The Sing Off in 2013. Mary Did You Know, beautiful. Do You See What I See,done in an ice castle in Minnesota, Full of Cheer, written by Tim Foust, the bass singer, is on the comedic side. As is Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer, Cold Cash. Sweet and sad,a song written by him for his Grandma is Warmest Winter. They are amazing. Their beat boxer is the best in the business,a founder of Home Free with his brother. One to look up on line, and has no copy write issues is the Hosanna Concert,2013 Joy to the World. I think you would really enjoy their take on the song. Thank you for your great reaction! Merry Christmas!
These guys can sing ANYTHING! The first one, Tim Foust is from Texas and has a 5+ octave range. The baby face is Austin Brown from Georgia. The other 3 are from Minnesota. The one with the cowboy hat and the beat boxer are brothers. This is an older video and the one with hat ( Chris Rupp) is no longer with Home Free. Newer videos will have Adam Chance (goes by Chance since the beat boxer is Adam Rupp). The bearded angel is Rob Lundquist. This is one of the best acapella groups to ever exist.
Great reaction! I'm a new subscriber for more Home Free reactions! You've just watched THE BEST a cappella group in the world! First of all, the singer in the cowboy hat, Chris Rupp (baritone), isn't Southern & neither is the singer in the beard & glasses, Rob Lundquist (tenor) or the "beat boxer", Adam Rupp. They're all from Minnesota. Chris Rupp, was the co-founder of Home Free (in 2000) & left in 2016 for a solo career & other endeavors. His brother, Adam Rupp, the other co-founder, is their vocal percussionist extraordinaire! Chris was replaced with Adam "Chance" Ray (called "Chance" since there are 2 Adams) from South Alabama! So you won't be confused, any videos before 2016 will have Chris in them & after 2016 will have Chance, who now lives in California (why ? I don't know)! The bass singer who sang first is Tim Foust & he's from South Texas. He's a basso profundo with a 5+ octave range. He now lives in Nashville, TN. Austin Brown, who sang last, is their high tenor & he's from South Georgia. He now lives in Nashville, TN. If you want to react to THE best Christmas songs, here's a Home Free list: "Do You Hear What I Hear", "Mary Did You Know", "Silent Night", "Angels We Have Heard On High". These guys are the most talented goofballs you'll ever see so their fun ones are: "What Christmas Means to Me", "Full of Cheer" (an original), "Cold Hard Cash" (original) & "Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer"! You have a deep rabbit hole to explore with Home Free (about 200 videos & adding more about every 2 weeks)! 🤗&😘from SE Tennessee, USA! Merry Christmas!🌟⛪🛐🎄🎀
My favourite Christmas songs are Do You Hear What I Hear, Mary Did You Know (released last year), Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer...OMG, you haven't heard them before??! You are in for a fabulous journey...full stop! One of their best videos which will astound is Man of Constant Sorrow (even though it's not a Christmas song, but gives you a flavour of what they're capable of). For a more soul sound check out their cover of Boyz2Men End of the Road. The group as is currently gelled in 2016 after the group won The Sing Off in 2013. Young man, you have just fallen down the Home Free Rabbit Hole and you will find a wealth of fans who will join and blow up your channel. I subbed hoping you will delve into this group.
You are just scratching the surface. You can't go wrong with anything you choose from Home Free. Every one of them can sing, they do all genres, they are comical, down to earth, a great group of guys, and so very talented. Welcome to the Home Fry Nation!
Welcome to the rabbit hole. Pick anything and it will be 🔥 . They are amazing. Wait until you hearvthe beat boxer. I'll give you a couple Christmas songs. " Beautiful Star of a Bethlehem" "Children Go Where I Send Thee" and " Do you Hear What I Hear ".
These guys are incredible. I strongly suggest Ring Of Fire and When A Man Loves A Woman. Neither are Christmas songs but it would be great to see in the future.
They have quite a few Christmas songs Do You Hear What I hear? is a masterpiece of acapella arranging. Full Of Cheer (at the end of this video and very funny) an original White Christmas (Full on country sound) Cold Hard Cash (for Christmas) funny original What Christmas Means to me- makes you want to dance Angel's We Have Heard On High Silent Night Grandma Got Runover By a Reindeer (hilarious) Mary Did You Know?, Christmas Isn't for The Lonely I know there are more but I just can't think of them at the moment.
Tim Faust, the bass is from Texas; Austin Brown, high tenor is from Georgia; Chris, baritone and Adam Rupp tenor/beatboxer are brothers and Rob Lundquist are all from Minnesota.
Some other Home Free holiday songs you might enjoy listening to are, That's What Christmas Means to Me, I'll Be Home for Christmas, Angels We Have Heard on High, Warmest Winter, Snow Globe, Silent Night, and Christmas Ain't for the Lonely, to mention a few! Enjoy!

Austin Brown is one Amazingly Awesome high tenor….he’s from Tifton, Georgia. Tim Foust, the Unbelievable….5+ Octave Range…Bass….down to the basement….then…..blows your mind going up & outta the roof…..crazy talented ‼️ He’s the Texan. Rob Lundquist…tenor….(beard & glasses)….velvet voiced…from Minnesota. Adam Rupp….the Alien, not of this planet Beat Boxer…..& More🙃‼️Also from Minnesota. Adam CHANCE ….being there’s an Adam….he’s the baritone/bass….sweet smoky voice, from Alabama.
Thank so much for this great reaction. The guys are amazing and you will find terrific music. Others have given you information on the guys so I will leave that alone. A lot of songs have been suggested and they are all great. Full of Cheer...written by Tim Foust...first singer...Do You Hear What I Hear...arranged by Adam the Beatboxer...Cold Hard Cash...written by Austin Brown...Mary Did You Know...Snow Globe...written by Tim Foust and Chris Chatham...Oh and one other gentleman mentioned...Joy To The World...Hosanna Concert...It is an old one but it shows off Rob Lundquist the beard and this is over the top amazing. Up to you. Thanks again. You are going to have fun with these buys. liked and subscribed
Mary Did You Know is my favorite followed by Do You Hear What I Hear for originals try Snow Globe, Full Of Cheer, Warmest winter new sub BTW for your home free journey
Oh My Dear, welcome to the Home Free rabbit hole! These gentlemen are so talented and down to earth is it unbelievable. They have just released an album of original songs that they wrote. But hey do have 2 Christmas albums Full of cheer and full of more cheer. No matter which sing you pick you will not be wrong! O
This video was also the first time ever I saw Home Free!!! I was thoroughly impressed! I am one of the rare people that like their early stuff better than the more recent. Please start at the beginning, when they appeared the American TV show "The Sing off". Their album, "Dive Bar Saints", in my opinion, is one of the best albums of all time.
You haven't already, please rant to their version of "Do You Hear What I Hear". It's like nothing you've ever heard. It's one of my favs out of all their songs. They have a huge selection of songs to listen to because they've been together for so long. Only Tim if from Texas. In total now there are three from the south and two from Minnesota. One of the founders, Chris, left and Chance took his place. Thanks for the video! Would love to see more Home Free. You've been missing out.
The newest Christmas song (I think) is "Mary, Did You Know" which was done for Christmas last year ('21), but they do have quite a few otherwise (my favorite is "Do You Hear What I Hear"). The bass (Tim) is from Texas. 2nd singer (Austin) is from Georgia and the other three fellows are from Minnesota.
No Christmas songs. …. No Christmas Songs? … BRO! … WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN LOOKING? This is one of there OLDER songs! They bring a rendition of all the old classics so well done, so fresh, it will seem like it’s the first time you have ever heard the song! Never tired, never “cheesy “, only perfection. THEN THERE IS THEIR ORIGINAL SONGS ( and then all their other songs. ) From hilarious to reflective to gut wrenching sad. ( “Butts Medley “ to “Brothers in Arms” ) - - you will have tears of laughter to tears of sadness. WELCOME TO THE HOME FREE RABBIT HOLE! You will love the ride!
And...another one falls down the rabbit hole. You are so fucking doomed. We'll save you a chair. You're about to be buried in Home Fries. I know you're looking for Christmas music, but your next listen should probably be Man Of Constant Sorrow. It will give you a good overview of the men and their voices. Home Free is the only country a capella group out there, but they can - and do - sing every genre. And they have no lead singer. Every one of these men can take the lead, and they pick the lead for each song by who does it the most justice. During quarantine, they kept all us Home Fries sane by dropping new videos every couple of weeks. God bless ‘em. All the men can beat box, but Adam is in a league of his own. He's a two-time world champion vocal percussionist and there're good reasons he's called a "Freak of Nature" and “the man who swallowed a drum kit.” For more of Adam's incredible beat boxing, check out Sea Shanty medley (the man makes castanets, for Pete's sake), his no-monica solo on Working For A Living and Ain't Going Down Til The Sun Comes Up (that video is on Facebook), and his drum solos. For more of Tim's seismic basso profundo, listen to Brothers In Arms, Misty Mountains (his collaboration with Peter Hollens), Folsom Prison Blues, or Ring Of Fire (the Sing Off version). For Chance's smooth baritone, check out Down to the Honky Tonk, Brothers In Arms, and Folsom Prison Blues. (Awesome.. basso profundo and a baritone/bass in the same group.) FYI, Chance is singing (throat singing) the jaw harp sounds - without the jaw harp - in Man Of Constant Sorrow. For Rob's soulful tenor, check out End of the Road, Blue Ain't Your Color, or Bless The Broken Road. (Blue-eyed soul is in good hands with The Beard.) For Austin's soaring power tenor, check out Crazy, Moonshine, When A Man Loves a Woman, or Bring Him Home. (But bolt down your chair ‘cause he'll sing you right out of it.) For their humor, check out Butts Remix, Working For A Living, Between A Rock And A Heartache, Make You Feel My Love, Brother, and Champagne Taste on a Beer Budget. For their amazing arrangement skills, check out Do You Hear What I Hear. (Adam's arrangement. Nothing else like it.) For their tight harmonies, check out Helplessly Hoping, How Great Thou Art, Brothers In Arms, or Auld Lang Syne. For their mashups, check out Thinking Out Loud/Let's Get It On, Fishing in the Dark/Boondocks, Country Fried Pop, or Woman, Amen/Female. For more of their wonderful collaborations, check out God Bless the USA with Lee Greenwood, American Pie with Don McLean, Elvira with The Oak Ridge Boys, Children Go Where I Send Thee with the late Kenny Rogers, Don’t Laugh At Me with Mark Wills, Christmas In Dixie with Alabama, or Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For with Peter Hollens. Get at least five videos under your belt and then listen to Mayday - the official video. After Mayday, you'll be ready for Tim and Austin doing My Maria or Tim's mashup of Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow/Stay. Then, when you come up for air, check out Rob and Austin singing Nessun Dorma. You'll need smelling salts after that one. Don't miss their official videos. The Home Free men will often do a straight, gorgeous vocal performance, but they'll add elements of humor to the video that will leave you chuckling or even laughing out loud. (Folsom Prison Blues, Between A Rock And A Heartache, Make You Feel My Love, Working For A Living, Brother). Their synergy is phenomenal. Each is an artist in his own right, but man - when they sing together, magic happens. Wicked talent polished by decades of hard work. (Unchained Melody, Castle On The Hill, Seven Bridges Road) To paraphrase another Home Fry, “They don't just own a cover, they upgrade it.” You are doomed, Home Fry. Bring ketchup.
“Mary did you know” is one of their best Christmas I feel!
Their version of “how great though art “ is beautiful
This is just a small sample of what they can do. There’s not a song they’ve done (cover or original) that isn’t a gem. “Do you hear what I hear” is a great song to hear Tim’s (1st soloist) bass and Adam’s (guy in the middle back) beatboxing. It’ll blow you away. I hope you stick with it because it’ll be one rabbit hole that you and we will enjoy. Great reaction!
Right. Home Free doesn't do covers. They do upgrades.
THIS. This became a classic the instant it dropped.
Home Free is in my opinion the best group I have ever seen. They have awesome stuff
She tells truth
The icing on the cake are their personalities.
Absolutely
💯❤️
Indeed
You haven't even scratched the surface that is Home Free 😃 If you continue on your Home Free journey, you will not be disappointed.
HF is the best vocal band in the world!! The fans are called Home Fries!! Expect greatness!! Ty for your reaction!!
Oh, the next should be Do You Hear What I Hear - amazing!! Great reaction!!
"Mary Did You Know"
The first singer in this is an incredible super bass who also has an extremely good tenor voice.
1st Lead - Tim Foust (Bass)
2nd Lead - Austin Brown (High Tenor)
Full Beard - Rob Lundquist (Tenor)
Cowboy Hat - Chris Rupp (Tenor) - 2016 and earlier
Adam Rupp (Beatboxer)
Adam "Chance" (Baritone) 2016+
Welcome to Home Free! Home Free's fans are called Home Fries and we love watching new people discover their music. Enjoy the ride! =)
For the holidays, I would recommend their version of Do You Hear What I Hear next.
The rest of the guys are Rob Lundquist (beard), Tim Foust (first singer in this video), Austin Brown (younger looking guy in this video)
Can't wait to watch you discover and explore their endless talent!
I just subscribed for more HOME FREE
Welcome to HOME FREE !!
More Home Free, please! ❤️ P.S...Luvin' your accent 😁
Yep, that! And, THEN SOME!!! ❤️ 🤗
Damn ! What a group . Well I’m gonna really enjoy this rabbit hole. Thank you 😊
Home Free Christmas songs you don’t want to miss are: Mary Did You Know, Do You Hear What I Hear, All I Want For Christmas is You, Christmas In LA.
Do "Angels We Have Heard On High" or "Silent Night" for more of these gorgeous harmonies! And "Auld Lang Syne" for New Year's! 😳🥰
For something fun, try an original called "Cold Hard Cash" written by Austin! 😜
For a tissue-worthy video and beautiful voices, definitely check out "I'll Be Home for Christmas".
Oh! Another collaboration for Christmas was live with the Oak Ridge Boys & Jeffrey East called "Beautiful Star of Bethlehem".
Their version of "Mary, Did You Know?" is a beautiful arrangement. 💕
A killer arrangement by the beatboxer, Adam Rupp, of "Do You Hear What I Hear?" is like nothing you've ever heard before! It is amazing! 🤯💕
Another GREAT one with a total jazz feel is their awesome version of "Joy to the World" (Hosanna concert LIVE 2013)
OK I think I've given you enough to start with. lol 😜😉👍
Omg what a list 😅 I love it ! Thank you I will write these all down . Gonna take a while to get through them all
Xmas songs - Do you hear what I hear ❤, Mary did you know ❤, Go tell it on the mountain (w/Texas Hill), What Child is this (co-founder Chris Rupp w/HF), Children go where I send thee w/Kenny Rogers, What Christmas Means ❤, Angels we have heard on high, I’ll be home for Christmas, Christmas in Dixie (w/Alabama) ❤, Christmas Ain’t for the Lonely & more. ❤
That next one is called Full of cheer. My favorite Christmas song by them is cold hard cash. I'm prescribing.
Full of Cheer for the next one, shows their complete other side
Welcome to the Home Free Rabbit hole! Mary, Do You Know is a great one! Home Free are incredible! Love your reaction!
Will write this down 😁
If you are in the Christmas mood try Home Free's "Do you Hear What I Hear" and " Mary Did You Know" But "Man of Constant Sorrow" is a Home Fry Reactor favorite.
I would suggest Home Free’s version of “Do You Hear What I Hear?” Very different, but beautiful.
Subscribed hoping for more Home Free. The Home Fries are in the house! ❤
Thank you and welcome to the family! Yes more will be coming 😁
You really should listen to their version of "Do You Hear What I Hear?". It's ridiculously good. Thanks - new sub. Btw, fans of Home Free are called Home Fries ------> 🍟
Yes I will! I will write this down and see what I can do this weekend. Thank you for letting me know 😊. Also welcome to the family
KAIREEM-
Someone else mentioned it already, but I wanted to put my 2 cents (2 pence?) in.
Love it when these guys voice the harp/bell tones🔔
Besides the unbelievable harmonies--and gorgeous church backdrop--getting to hear Adam Rupp's sweet tenor actually singing is a real treat ❣️🎼🥰🎶❤️
Check out their version of "Mary, Did You Know?" and their absolute masterpiece of "Do You Hear What I Hear"
Enjoy!
No Chance is from Alabama
Loved your reaction. If you are looking for more of their Christmas music besides the ones already mentioned, you could also check out "Mary Did You Know?" and "Children Go Where I Send Thee" with Kenny Rogers. I am not much of a country or Kenny Rogers fan, but they are so talented and do such great arrangements that I love almost all of their 175+ songs.
OH HOLY HOME FREE! Here come the Home Fries!!! Looking forward to your next reaction.
Christmas songs:
Do you hear what I hear
Mary did you know
Away in a manger
Grandma got run over by a reindeer
Cold hard cash (for Christmas)
Silent night
Full of cheer
(there's more, help me out home fries)
The one at the end is an original named Full of Cheer
Another fun original is Cold Hard Cash (and less have reacted to that one)
You should reaction to
Full of Cheer
Snow Globe
Cold hard cash
What Christmas means
Do you hear what I hear
Mary did you know
Subscribed for more Home Free ❤️
You've just met the best ... enjoy your journey !
Home Fries are many, and we love our boys!
Also welcome to the family 😁. I’m going to enjoy this journey ! Thanks for the recommendations I will write them all down 😁
Their newest Christmas....Have Youself A Merry Little Christmas...just out...simple n complex...another classic done right.
Keep checking them out brother!!!! They are the best out there.
Their Christmas album is called Full of Cheer and has a fun song by the same name. You'll love it.
🎼❤️🎼
These guys can sing ANYTHING! The first one, Tim Foust is from Texas and has a 5+ octave range. The baby face is Austin Brown from Georgia. The other 3 are from Minnesota. The one with the cowboy hat and the beat boxer are brothers. This is an older video and the one with hat ( Chris Rupp) is no longer with Home Free. Newer videos will have Adam Chance (goes by Chance since the beat boxer is Adam Rupp). The bearded angel is Rob Lundquist. This is one of the best acapella groups to ever exist.
Home Free's Do You Hear What I Hear?
If you want to react to THE best Christmas songs, here's a Home Free list: "Do You Hear What I Hear",
"Mary Did You Know", "Silent Night", "Angels We Have Heard On High".
For stunning, check out Do You Hear What I Hear? For beautiful AND fun, check out Full of Cheer! Then there's Angels We Have Heard on High.

Nice reaction! Thanks!
They never miss on a song. Best group out there.

Thank you for these recommendations 🙏🏾 I’ll see what additional things I can do this week 😁
O
Ahh amazing! I’m glad they got an album I can dive into too. Thank you for watching and I can’t wait to see more 😁
This video was also the first time ever I saw Home Free!!!
Favorite Christmas hymn, favorite version
The newest Christmas song (I think) is "Mary, Did You Know" which was done for Christmas last year ('21), but they do have quite a few otherwise (my favorite is "Do You Hear What I Hear"). The bass (Tim) is from Texas. 2nd singer (Austin) is from Georgia and the other three fellows are from Minnesota.
They are also very funny. Grandma got ran over by a reindeer, Full of cheer and What I want for Christmas are all great ones.
Full of cheer is now out as a reaction 😁. I will be noting the rest of the recommendations and react to them soon.
THEN THERE IS THEIR ORIGINAL SONGS ( and then all their other songs. )
From hilarious to reflective to gut wrenching sad. ( “Butts Medley “ to “Brothers in Arms” ) - - you will have tears of laughter to tears of sadness.
WELCOME TO THE HOME FREE RABBIT HOLE! You will love the ride!
More Home Free!!!!!
(Blue-eyed soul is in good hands with The Beard.)
For Austin's soaring power tenor, check out Crazy, Moonshine, When A Man Loves a Woman, or Bring Him Home. (But bolt down your chair ‘cause he'll sing you right out of it.)
For their humor, check out Butts Remix, Working For A Living, Between A Rock And A Heartache, Make You Feel My Love, Brother, and Champagne Taste on a Beer Budget.
For their amazing arrangement skills, check out Do You Hear What I Hear. (Adam's arrangement. Nothing else like it.)
For their tight harmonies, check out Helplessly Hoping, How Great Thou Art, Brothers In Arms, or Auld Lang Syne.
(Unchained Melody, Castle On The Hill, Seven Bridges Road) To paraphrase another Home Fry, “They don't just own a cover, they upgrade it.”
You are doomed, Home Fry. Bring ketchup.
