I believe they along with the singers of Pentatonix were anointed by God and were given actual angel voices from Heaven. I would love to see the 10 of them singing together, may make our head explode though from the beauty that will emerge....lol
If you can, squeeze in Home Free's cover of Angels we have heard on High and a funny one with great music is their cover of What Christmas means to me?" you'll not regret hearing those
Whats so great about Homefree is they dont over sing everything. They let their harmonies and beautiful arrangements really shine. They have amazing voices individually but noone can touch their harmony as a group.
Long time fan of home free. Love this song by them. Austin is wonderful . Tims base the Texan come out but absolutely beautiful . Now we Dan to this one now have asked but probably will never happen.
Another great Christmas carol that they sing with a 6 part harmony (Chris Rupp, a former member sings with them) is “What Child is This”. Also, the beatboxer shines in “Do You Hear What I Hear?” The harmonies are fabulous in “Angels We Have Heard On High”.
If you would like to hear another beautiful song then watch Do You Hear What I Hear. They did a fantastic version of this song for sure. I really enjoyed watching your reaction. Thank you.
I’m agreeing with the recommendations here for “Angels We Have Heard On High”(Angelic Rob leads it off. I think you’ll love the arrangement), and “Do You Hear What I Hear?”. Adam Rupp did the arrangement, and they’ve made me love this song.
Home Free's rendition of "Mary Did You Know" and "Do You Hear What I Hear" are amazing. I was never very fond of "Do You Hear What I Hear" until Home Free's version. Every time I hear their rendition of "Oh Holy Night" it takes my breath away. Thank you for a beautiful reaction.
I love Home Free and their beautiful harmony, and i love it when Austin hits those high notes. Another artist that i love to hear sing is David Phelps. He is a gospel singer (can also hit the high notes) and his rendition of O Holy Night is awesome. My favorite version of him singing this song is a Bill & Gloria Gaither Homecoming concert (live) and he's wearing a green sweater. This subscriber hopes you'll give it a listen.
Adam, Chris, and Rob are from Minnesota. Tim is from Texas, Austin from Georgia, and Chance (who wasn't a HF member yet) is from Alabama. So, no, not all southern boys. 😊
Oh I so loved your reaction to this song and video. By listening to the harmonies you would swear their brothers. I don’t care what anyone else says this group is top tier and they don’t have an equal. Jmo. But I’m always right. Roflmbo. Let’s go #HOMEFREE ❤🎵🔥🔥💯. Merry Christmas to all and have a happy new year
No one on the planet can sing O Holy Night like David Phelps. It truly is an experience you will never forget! No exaggeration! It is otherworldly beautiful!
The best rendition of this hymn that I've heard. The singing & harmonies are just outstanding. Another one you'd enjoy is "Mary Did You Know". Tim (bass) is from southeast Texas; Austin (curly reddish hair) is from south Georgia. The others - Chris & Adam Rupp & Rob Lundquist (glasses) are from Minnesota. Love from a Canadian subscriber.
O Holy Night was my favorite Christmas carol, and Home Free does an amazing job of it. Then I heard them do Do You Hear what I Hear. I now have a new favorite Christmas carol.
This is so gorgeous. Tim arranged this - when he was a teenager. They have several other really beautiful Christmas songs - Angels We Have Heard on High was done in the same video session and was arranged by Chris Rupp. Their Do You Hear What I Hear is (I think), the best arrangement of any Christmas song ever. Created by Adam Rupp. And after Chris left the group, they got together to do What Child Is This, with true 6-part harmony arranged by Crhis. That one is on Chris' channel. Loved your honest reaction.
This is my all time favourite hymn. It is simply stunning. They have 2 versions of Silent Night but the one featuring Taylor Davis is sublime. They also have a couple of funny originals. Cold Hard Cash and Full of Cheer are fabulous ☺️
Home free is quite amazing! They do all kinds of songs. You will be amazed by what they do with just their voices alone. * Oh yeah, two of them Rob, the one on the far left, and Austin, the one singing at the end, sing Nessum Dorma together.
THEY ARE SO FAR Above the bar in A Capella singing it is crazy !!! No other group no matter how good they are THESE ARE BETTER in every aspect, register and especially NATURAL HARMONIC SYNCHRONIZATION .... they are flawless in ability .... brought into audible perfection by GENIUS ARRANGER Darren Rust .... who simply brings out the best of the best voices ! GBjj
This is so very awesome. Their harmonies are to die for. The beatboxer sings in this one these guys are so extremely talented. Check out Mary Did You Know. Love your reaction!
I love that someone actually feels the music besides just listening to it. Not many people can appreciate music that much but there's some of us out there. I totally enjoyed your reaction.
What a wonderful reaction! I know I get goosebumps every time! Home Free has the best 5 part harmonies in the biz IMO. Love Austin little nose scrunches! ❤ #HomeFree
This was the very first song ever I heard of theirs …..&, was Totally Hooked….&, Yes, my very favorite version of this…no one else can compare…Period ‼️💗‼️
Home Free hits your soul no matter the song. this is my favorite christmas song as well. Every time I hear home free sing this I bawl like a baby. 5 guys singing acapella and sounding like a full blown choir. Home Free is unmatched IMHO. great reaction. subbed for more Home Free. #HomeFree #HomeFries.
This song was my first introduction to Home Free--and they've been my favorite musicians ever since! Love it when these guys voice the bell tones🔔 Besides the unbelievable harmonies--and gorgeous church backdrop--getting to hear Adam Rupp's sweet tenor actually singing is a real treat ❣️🎼🥰🎶❤️ #HomeFree #HomeFreeDoesChristmasBest #AdamRuppSinging
Lovely reaction. This song is gorgeous in and of itself and Home Free did it more than justice. HF knows how to get you in the feels. This is my favorite Christmas song and the HF version sits at the top of my list. Their version of Do You Hear What I Hear? is a close second and is a feast for the ears as it is a complex arrangement done by the beat boxer Adam.
What a reaction to this absolutely beautiful Christmas carol!!! Love the cascading "Fall". And Austin looked like those high notes and runs were a piece of cake for him. Thanks for the reaction!
If you think this one is great, you should give “How Great Thou Art”. It’s by far my favorite Homefree song. Such power. Gives me the goosebumps every single time!
HF did an amazing job with this as they always do. Really though, my favorite performance of this song is from David Phelps, done live during a Gaither Christmas special.
This was the first song of theirs that I ever heard. I was surfing around RUclips looking for Christmas music and just accidentally bumped into these guys. I was hooked almost instantly.
HOME FREE - ANGELS WE HAVE HEARD ON HIGH. I know you've done PTX, but you need to listen to HF. Beautiful and recorded in same location (video).
Each of them is a marvelous singer, but all together it's really a worthy praise to the Lord.
Beautiful reaction. You really should add their Do You Hear What I Hear to your Advent calendar. It's phenomenal.
I second that
I third it
Agree .. 100%.
Yes!! They took one of my least favorite Christmas songs and turned it into one of my favorites!
I concur!
I believe they along with the singers of Pentatonix were anointed by God and were given actual angel voices from Heaven. I would love to see the 10 of them singing together, may make our head explode though from the beauty that will emerge....lol
Good to see another person feeling stronge emotions listening to music...
Home Free singing Man of Constant Sorrow, and Ring of Fire are beautiful too.💜
If you can, squeeze in Home Free's cover of Angels we have heard on High and a funny one with great music is their cover of What Christmas means to me?" you'll not regret hearing those

This a wonder version of O’ Holy Night. I highly recommend Two Cellos, O’Holy Night/Ave Maria. Not the traditional version, but beautifully done!

You should check out their cover of Angels We Have Heard On High, which they perform the video in the same church that they did O' holy night.

Beautiful song, wonderful setting, amazing harmonies.
This was beautyful.brings you to tears ❣
How Great Thou Art.❤
Since they couldn't find anything "wrong" with the performance, commenters "yelled" at Chris for not taking his hat off in church. Some people. . .

Tim Foust has a 5-6 (maybe 6-7) range octave I believe, it’s unbelievably insane!
Mine too! My absolute favourite of any Christmas song.. just adore this rendition. 🥰👏🏻♥️
This is the kind of harmony you get after 20+ years together.
