No. Disagree. Veganism should be primarily about health and moral character building as you address health issues. Okay so it may leave us with a more youthful appearance and clearer skin. But that topic only merits not even 5 seconds. Yes they all look younger. However the man bestows an air of arrogance. I thought this might be a fun interview as I have watched many of yours Gillian , and Shane’s throughout the years. I’ve even seen a few of Elizabeth’s videos in the past. But wow , after 15 minutes of listening to Elizabeth rudely consume the conversation and speak over and at you and Shane I just couldn’t listen anymore. Gilllian, I normally very much appreciate your style and grace when you interview people. I just hope you choose someone else that’s in their 60s next time . There are many beautiful inspiring raw vegan women. I did not find Dr. Elizabeth to be childlike. More like borderline manic desperate to be the center of attention. Whew.

Those people cannot stand not to be in the center of attention, even for a minute - no matter how much they exhaust and frustrate other people, they need attention at all cost. Shane had some very important info to share and she kept butting in or stopping him towards the end of his sentence. Also she was almost taking over the entire conversation and wouldn't let others have enough air time. She also kept the Mic right in front of her mouth ready to jump in. She's a lovely woman with so much wisdom and knowledge but it felt suffocating at times and extremely irritating. Sorry to give such negative feedback but i would love just a sitdown interview with Shane only. Maybe Shane could expand on astrocartography because that part blew my mind but again Dr Lamber interrupted him half way through. @@GillianBerry
Yes, exactly!! I wanted to hear more from Shane but Elizabeth would insert herself after every half sentence coming out of him, like she wanted to show she knows the most out of everyone. It’s disrespectful, imo, and made for an uncomfortable experience, I probably won’t finish watching. I also don’t like that she acts as though she knows better than us mere mortals and has all the answers. She doesn’t. A little humility and less focus on appearance would make her much more attractive and likable.

What is wrong with “older woman”? That’s what she is. There is nothing wrong with aging. If you have an issue with aging, then you will get defensive. And no, it’s not about her talking too much, it’s about her talking OVER others the entire interview. As you can see, many others noticed the same thing.

Love the energy, and the dramatic results many have on all or mostly raw etc perhaps over time the raw food lifestyle will be seen to surpass that of the people of the Blue Zones who eat a variety of cooked foods. There are certainly some great examples like Dr Norman Walker, Fred Bisci etc and many of Your guests look way younger than others of the same age

I watched a few interviews with Elizabeth and Shane separate from each other and they were much better than this one. They both have interesting insights on youthfullness and lifestyle. But: It is very disrupting for the viewer’s ears when she interrupts the other speaking person almost all the time. It becomes annoying. 😉

I stop eating all dead animal's six months ago I've been counting backwards I'm 31 I'm 19 in my mind the tolerance to time as you get older makes you think things are going faster but God is eternity God gave us a certain foods to eat to live longer

If I may come to Dr. Lamber’s defense; I don’t think she is self absorbed or even aware of how she is coming across to some. I see someone who is incredibly healthy and high vibration and thus excited about life and the overall message they are sharing. I would also imagine that given how rare it is to live as a raw vegan, they are probably thrilled to have the chance to hang out together and share their lifestyle😊
Great info and love the idea behind getting these two wonderful guests together for an in depth discussion but Elisabeth needs to be in solo interviews. 🙈 Contrary to some of the comments on here saying that she’s self centered, I feel she’s just super excited which is a beautiful thing but it’s extremely important to be in tune with others and allowing them to speak freely when sharing a discussion platform. Hopefully she saw herself in this interview and saw her mistake because it is definitely uncomfortable and even annoying to watch and listen to with her constantly interrupting and interjecting. However, I still enjoyed the interview and grateful for all of the wonderful information and experience. 🙏

Cacao causes me migraines and makes me feel anxious and irritable and very hateful and angry...and i cant sleep for days if i eat it.. Black coffee calms me down and causes no headaches and i can sleep right after black coffee. ..trust your own experience. We are not all the same.

Agree. IMO and from what i read Sunlights are for great healing, but they can damage the skin too when you are overexposed at peak hours, usually in the summer after midday until 6.30pm, depends on the location.

Sorry Gillian but just one complaint lol. I've now watched the entire interview which was so informative and inspiring but i found Dr Elizabeth Lamber to be somewhat distracting with her constant interruptions. Shane had some very important info to share and she kept butting in or stopping him towards the end of his sentence. Also she was almost taking over the entire conversation and wouldn't let others have enough air time. She also kept the Mic right in front of her mouth ready to jump in. She's a lovely woman with so much wisdom and knowledge but it felt suffocating at times and extremely irritating. Sorry to give such negative feedback but i would love just a sitdown interview with Shane only. Maybe Shane could expand on astrocartography because that part blew my mind but again Dr Lamber interrupted him half way through. @@GillianBerry
Yes, exactly!! I wanted to hear more from Shane but Elizabeth would insert herself after every half sentence coming out of him, like she wanted to show she knows the most out of everyone. It’s disrespectful, imo, and made for an uncomfortable experience, I probably won’t finish watching. I also don’t like that she acts as though she knows better than us mere mortals and has all the answers. She doesn’t. A little humility and less focus on appearance would make her much more attractive and likable.
I would love to see you three work with Joe Dispenza, his retreat or giving healings to others especially if he could show your brain activities during meditation 🙏🏻

What is wrong with “older woman”? That’s what she is. There is nothing wrong with aging. If you have an issue with aging, then you will get defensive. And no, it’s not about her talking too much, it’s about her talking OVER others the entire interview. As you can see, many others noticed the same thing.

Love the energy, and the dramatic results many have on all or mostly raw etc perhaps over time the raw food lifestyle will be seen to surpass that of the people of the Blue Zones who eat a variety of cooked foods. There are certainly some great examples like Dr Norman Walker, Fred Bisci etc and many of Your guests look way younger than others of the same age

I watched a few interviews with Elizabeth and Shane separate from each other and they were much better than this one. They both have interesting insights on youthfullness and lifestyle. But: It is very disrupting for the viewer’s ears when she interrupts the other speaking person almost all the time. It becomes annoying. 😉
I am 33 and have a handful of gray hairs, but I have noticed that when I eat better, exercise, calm myself, they actually decrease.

If I may come to Dr. Lamber’s defense; I don’t think she is self absorbed or even aware of how she is coming across to some. I see someone who is incredibly healthy and high vibration and thus excited about life and the overall message they are sharing. I would also imagine that given how rare it is to live as a raw vegan, they are probably thrilled to have the chance to hang out together and share their lifestyle😊

Great info and love the idea behind getting these two wonderful guests together for an in depth discussion but Elisabeth needs to be in solo interviews. 🙈 Contrary to some of the comments on here saying that she’s self centered, I feel she’s just super excited which is a beautiful thing but it’s extremely important to be in tune with others and allowing them to speak freely when sharing a discussion platform. Hopefully she saw herself in this interview and saw her mistake because it is definitely uncomfortable and even annoying to watch and listen to with her constantly interrupting and interjecting. However, I still enjoyed the interview and grateful for all of the wonderful information and experience. 🙏

Cacao causes me migraines and makes me feel anxious and irritable and very hateful and angry...and i cant sleep for days if i eat it.. Black coffee calms me down and causes no headaches and i can sleep right after black coffee. ..trust your own experience. We are not all the same.

There is some train of thought that Shane was going to say but the Dr. Cut off Shane... I get that she was excited but pulling back- so that others can finish their thoughts and also pulling the mic away when laughing is just something that will benefit viewers next time, that’s a learning curve .

you all look incredible...I am amazed how Dr. Elizabeth skin looks like at her age, I know she avoids sun, but how come she does not have wrinkles on her body from sleeping? Unless she sleeps on her back, because I definitely starting to see wrinkles on my chest even neck from sleeping on my stomach or side and I know I read it somewhere to sleep on the back after 40 is best..but kinda hard to do for me :)...so I am thinking if she sleeps on her back :)))

Studies don’t show the full picture. What were the diet of those people? Sun damage arises from those who consume toxins including sunscreen which “come to the surface” with sun exposure.
Especially not us melanated folks 😂😂😂
