  • Before our Thanksgiving Goodies, we thought we'd share some raw peanuts with the Crows and Squirrels in the Meadow. They did not disappoint, the crows were trying desperately to fit more than 3 peanuts in their mouth. It was fun to watch for us. I hope you enjoy. The squirrels figured out that they had best get in there before all the peanuts were gone.

    About Michelle In The Meadow
I'm growing on a 1/4 acre suburban lot. I started gardening here 4 years ago and am glad you are here.
We have more than 80 individual fruit trees and shrubs and more than a dozen different kinds of annuals growing on this property. The slopes make for some interesting ways to garden, but we're trying to make the best of it.
On the first Sunday evening of each month (7PM Eastern), I go live on RUclips sharing updates and answering your questions.
If you enjoyed this video, please give it a thumbs up and consider subscribing to follow along on all the happenings in my Northeast Florida Zone 9A Garden. Until next time, my friends, remember to drink plenty of water, wear high-quality sunscreen and have a fantastic day.

I love watching the antics of crows, ravens, and similar birds, they're so smart and funny. Though I must say it's a bit uncanny valley for me to see crows with such dark eyes. In Australia our crows and ravens have white eyes.

Oh wow. I had no idea on the eye color difference. Yes, they are clever. When we are in the garden, they fly in and sing songs. One has a really unique voice.
