Did you notice the moment when they mentioned Aldovia with the acorn Christmas ornament in Knight Before Christmas? They also mentioned Belgravia in A Christmas Prince: the Royal Baby. Seems like there’s a Netflix Christmas alternate universe!

I loved Holiday in the Wild, but I agree not a whole lot of holidayness. I love the elephants.
I loved how Last Christmas wasn't just a fun Christmas RomCom.. like you said, it was fun but there was some depth to it too! And yeah but a big twist at the end! xx
Klaus was by far my favorite Christmas movie of the year! It’s one that I know I will revisit every Christmas. The animation was so beautiful and the storyline was beautiful and it made me tear up and laugh and it put me in the Christmas spirit!
I seen “Last Christmas” last weekend with my sister and we both cried.
If you have Disney+ or know some who does, watch Noelle...super cheesy but good!
There's an 8 episode series on netflix, they're only 20 min each called Merry Happy Whatever, it has Ashley Tisdale and it's cheesy and terrible but I loved it.
I love Hallmark movies. They are so cheesy and predictable and highly watchable while your wrap your presents, clean your kitchen, or lay in bed with the flu. The brain doesn't have to work too hard.
A Christmas Prince: the royal baby is the worst thing ever. I could barely finish it, they did a great job ruining everything...
You should watch the Norwegian Netflix-series “Home for Christmas” (Hjem til jul)☺️
"not just a blank background with like, a nail in it" idk why but this sent me into a laughing flip because it is so relatable. the last push over the edge was a goddamn nail😂😂
The Christmas chronicles on Netflix is pretty good too..it may seem a bit like a Children’s movie but I watched it with my kids and thought it was pretty good lol

I watch Holiday in the Wild because I’m a major Rob Lowe fan, but his voice was a little strange and the walking off holding hands scene at the end was just like two friends. You were so right, no chemistry at all.

I loved Holiday in the Wild so much! I'm ok that the whole thing wasnt just Christmas content. Most movies you don't see any holidays going on at all.

The Knight before Christmas made me think of that movie 'Just Visiting'with Christina Applegate cause it's literally about a knight that comes to the future.
KLAUS is my favourite, it wasn't even cheesy though it was just really well done.
love these kinds of videos!!! I actually loved holiday in the wild, but I didn't look at it as a christmas movie, if I had I would maybe feel differently ;) but I loved that it was about more than falling in love with a guy and also that it took place over several months, that just made it more realistic than the usual spending 2 weeks somewhere and staying there storyline ;) love those movies too though haha :D I love all the hallmark ones though, been watching them on frndly.tv - great service for hallmark bingeing ;) oh and I was a bit disappointed by the new christmas prince movie on netflix, liked the first two more for sure ;) looking forward to your thoughts though! merry christmas!

The other Vanessa hudgens, the Christmas switch or whatever, has a sequel being made right now!! Including a THIRD TWIN!! I can’t wait. My girlfriend and I are big fans of the hudgens ones. The best part is how in every one they have a scene where they watch a Christmas movie on Netflix and it’s always the Christmas prince. I LOVE IT

Ingrid - you MUST watch Season of Love. It's exactly your kind of cheesy movie, very similar to Let It Snow, but it's three lesbian couples and one of them is an adorable welder, and there are also great friendship journeys amid the romance stories, and you MUST watch it with Erica, you will both love it.

some of the scripts are actually better than their reputation, at least for their '90s era of movies that was the case
a cinderella story: christmas wish was so, so bad but honestly i think it circles back around to being entertaining 😂😂 haha

If you want a good movie about Santa's daughter, I would recommend Noelle on Disney+ .. I super loved it!
For me holiday in the wild is the actual number 1 because the whole idea of what Christmas should be about is represented in the movie, helping those in need, no matter if it's animals in Africa. Christmas is not all about snow and decorations you know?

Are you planning on watching the holiday calendar ? It has Bonnie from The vampire diaries! I thought it was cute and I think you'll enjoy it. Santa girl was so bad I thought it was the worst movie I had ever seen until I watched Christmas wedding planner or something like that I think it's a little bit of an older movie. So bad. It's hard to pick a favorite but I really liked the knight before Christmas and a Cinderella story, that one was surprisingly very fun. I am so stoked as well that Netflix is getting into the holiday movie game 🙌

I just watched Cinderella story too and my thought were exactly the SAME! It was predictable, cringy and full of Christmas spirit! Also love the royal prince and royal prince baby!
Ingrid!!! A Christmas Prince - The Royal Baby is actually the last one of a 3 movie sequel!!! Hopefully you watched the first two in the past before but if you didn't, you should probably watch the first two first. I watched the third one before realizing it was a part of a sequel and it didn't make a big of a difference but the story line flowed better!

Klaus is an AMAZING movie. No.1 pick. Last Christmas was no.2 because gotta bow down to our king and queen 🎉 let it snow was not a fave for me. I actually didn’t think it felt particularly Christmassy. The thing that kept bothering me was that it took place on Christmas Eve so WHERE WERE ALL THEIR PARENTS AND FAMILIES???!!!?!?! I don’t even know why that bothered me so much, but I couldn’t stop laughing about it 😂
Have you noticed how in all these Christmas movies they're always doing things on Christmas Eve that noone does? Like - having a big client meeting or meeting with their boss to see if they got a promotion or having the office Christmas party or going on a first date...

I actually liked Santa Girl, and I don’t like super cheesy Christmas movies. I do agree the sets weren’t the best, but I feel like the storyline was less cheesy than at least half. Really couldn’t get into Holiday in the Wild though.

Santa girl does get better !! It was trash at the start but it did get a lot better and I really liked the love triangle. I was slightly drunk though 😂😂😂 Knight before Christmas was one of my fave Christmas movies of the season ! A Christmas prince 1 was great , 2 was worse but still watchable and I’m watching the third tonight. The Cinderella story Christmas one was AWFUL! Like sooo bad I can’t believe I wasted so much time watching it!!! I’m going to have a movie night tonight and watch klaus, littleist reindeer and princess switch as well as Christmas prince 3!
The ending of Last Christmas got me so shocked and speechless... But! I've been listening to George Michael nonstop since then.

The worst Christmas movie I've watched so far this year is Christmas in the Heartland. I can't believe I watched the whole thing, but I felt like I had already wasted enough time that I might as well just finish it. Haha. Best Christmas movie so far may be A Cinderella Story Christmas Wish just because I watched it twice.
Was that the one where the two girls switch places with their grandparents that they’ve never met? If it was ... Yikes it was awful! Awful plot , awful acting and was like 2 hours long !!!

The Knight before Christmas was like a fast food movie for me. Too cheesy, too predictable. It feels like Netflix tries to feed us its overated and not well-thought-through product. If you wanna watch something trully meaningful on Netflix watch the series called BROKEN. It'll be life-changing, I promise.

Last Christmas has some good parts to it but there were some scenes in the movie that were really lame and poorly acted. Emma Thompson with her foreign accent ...were disappointing and the parts with the guy that starting to date the shop owner were super cheesy ....and didn't contribute to the story at all!
