I’ve been adding a “treat” to my night time routine each night. Something like adding a shower bomb to my shower or putting on a face mask. It makes me feel so much better and relaxed.
with 4 kids, and living 12+ hours away from family to help , finding "me" time doesn't come easily 🥴 but I have been purposefully setting aside just 20 mins each day to sit and journal, reflect on things Im grateful for. It's amazing how it has changed my entire attitude about this stressful time of year. 🎄
The way that I've been making time for myself is to just keep my phone far away, sit in my blanket with my book and read for hours and hours on end. Getting lost in a book really is an amazing way to feel refreshed and relaxed imo
"Me Time" is so important! I'm an Early Childhood Educator and taking time for myself is SO important so that I can be rested and ready to teach my 3-5 year olds every day. It takes a lot of patience and compassion which doesn't come easy if you're stressed! I get time for myself in the evenings with a slow flow yoga session to quiet music, then a cup of tea or hot cocoa while I read a book for about 30-45 minutes. Then I listen to a podcast as I do my bedtime routine and hop into bed!
I find "me time" by opening my windows and letting the fresh air into my apartment while snuggling in a cozy blanket & soft pajamas. Watching holiday movies or documentaries & allowing myself to do nothing because I have been so busy with work and the holidays lately. It feels so nice to just do nothing sometimes 💓

Being a full-time student “me time” during the winter is turning on my Christmas tree lights, burning a vanilla candle, drinking a lot a water, then read my bible plan or watch Disney +. I have can’t to the realization that “me time” is a must because it’s beneficial for my mental health. Taking out time for me is one of my best decisions of life so far.
I find my "me time" in the evenings after my daughter has gone to bed. Always do a shower while listening to something positive/uplifting, some yoga, some journalling, reading, and meditation! Keeping it up every night helps me feel so much better mentally! So excited for Vlogmas 🎄

Reading is the biggest form of self care I have right now. It helps me practice patience. I have to commute by train to school and in my busy schedule that time is ESSENTIAL. I've been using it to read more or finish assignments and I'm realizing more and more that self care for me is all about any small alleviations of stress I can get. (Which includes a beautiful, cozy cup of tea) :)
I find me time by getting lost in a book at least once a day, even if it’s only for a little bit. I’m a very people-pleasing person so I tend to get worried/stressed during the holidays even though I love the holidays, so getting lost in another world for a little while is very soothing and therapeutic.
My “me time” is my morning routine. I wake up a little earlier than I need to for work and really spend time with my skin care and makeup. In the hustle of moving in to a new condo and being in the midst of the holiday season I’ve found that walking my dog, Bogey, around our new neighborhood has been relaxing and refreshing. It’s been the perfect amount of me time.
I have been allowing myself to stay off of my phone and laptop as well as take an hour away from homework/studying every morning. It has been extremely helpful for me because I’m excited to wake up knowing that I don’t have to immediately stress out at the start of my morning!

I honestly find it therapeutic because it’s been a ritual for so long. When I have to get ready in 10-15 minutes my day just feels off because I didn’t get that time to slowly “wake up.”

I’ve been treating myself well this holiday season by staying on top of my exercise routine. I find it hard to adjust to keeping up workouts/runs in the winter, but I’m trying to remind myself that it’s more important to be moving than to be exercising a particular way. It’s been really nice!

I’ve been relaxing lately by popping on a podcast or audiobook and working away in my bullet journal. Not only is it helpful to clear the mind and feel more organized but it’s a creative outlet I feel like I’m missing these days as a corporate working adult 🙃 excited for vlogmas

Since finals week is upon me, me time now includes listening to a podcast while driving to school. I try to make that little amount of time as relaxing as possible to prepare for my day
Every Tuesday night (after my busiest day of class during the week, it’s also finals season), I make it a self care night! I go to the gym, order in or cook a nice dinner and watch a movie while I do a face mask. It’s a good way to remind myself that I deserve time for myself and I don’t have to think about a million things at once every second! It’s been really helping my mental state as I’ve had a pretty tough year
My “me time” lately, which is something very new & was recommended to me by a friend, is writing in my five minute journal every morning and night. It helps me not only set goals for the day, but it also helps me reflect on it, despite how stressed I’ve been lately. It’s been helping me find the positive things that have happened, and not focus so much on the negative. ❤️
Being in grad school approaching finals time, this has been on my mind a TON. It's hard to take time for myself without feeling guilty for not continuing to work on my projects. So I've been trying to schedule in time at the end of every day to drink some tea and do some reading. Get really comfortable and cozy, and take just a few minutes to detach from my studies before I sleep. :)
My me time lately has definitely consisted of morning workouts. Whenever I workout in the morning before starting work I feel like it sets the tone for the rest of the day! I also love winding down at the end of the night with a tea and catching up on youtube videos 💕
"Me time" is enjoying a little bit of video games, sometimes with my close friends and sometimes with a drink. We have a friend who moved halfway across the world and is in a different timezone, so this is how we get to hang out with him. It takes me back to an easier time in life, and gives me a break from everything hectic currently going on.

"Me time" is doing something that I love right before going to sleep. It can be reading, watching a movie or a RUclips video, skincare routine, phone calling my boyfriend or anything feels good for me that day.
"Me time" for me is when I work out. It takes my mind away from everything else plus I take care of myself by becoming stronger. When I'm at home, me time definitely includes youtube. For example now I'm back from work and I'm relaxing by watching your vlogmas 😍📺

I’ve joined my local gym, this way I get an hour to myself to de stress, centre myself and get some exercise! I get so lethargic in the winter with the cold weather and longer dark days so it’s a great way to keep myself moving and motivated! Sometimes I just go to do some yoga stretches just for a change of scenery
Working all day long, with a 2 hour-long commute it's hard to find time to do something nice for myself. What I do is choosing a special treat and my favorite podcasts to listen to during I drive. Once home I have to get everybody's presents ready, clean and cook. Driving is the only me time I have. And when I get the time to I fill a to-go cup with tea to drink on the go! Love your videos! xx
as a student in med school with finals coming up I’ve been super stressed and busy with classes, clinic and studying, so I just recently committed to giving myself one hour every night from 10-11pm to just relax: watch some RUclips (like I’m doing now!) while drinking hot tea! My new rule is to then close my phone by 11pm to make sure I get a decent night sleep! :) Dedicating one hour of relaxing “me time” allows me to be productive during the day and gives me something to look forward to!
“Me time” for me these days is a night in where I decide what to do, some reading, some watching videos, some organizing, some meditation - just some time I have the power on how to spend it however I like which fills up my battery 🌸🌙🕯

Me time starts with learning how to say "NO". There are a lot of parties, events and dinners, sometimes it can be overwhelming. This year I am reminding myself that I can say "NO" when I am overwhelmed and overworked. When I am home, I love a nice cup of coffee, tea or cocoa (depending on the weather.) a good book or audio book and a bubble bath.
My relaxation comes every morning with a cup of coffee and watching some Vlogmas videos. Sometimes I even have time at night for a cup of tea and some reading. Feels so cozy this time of year 🥰
Me time is watching youtube after everyone else is asleep. Vlogmas is the best thing in the world, it means the season has started and you always have videos!
I have been listening to a lot of podcasts while hand writing Christmas cards. I love sending it by snail mail and I get to catch up on my podcast while doing it. It actually makes me so so happy
I get my “me time” by curling up in a fluffy blanket with a good book, a hot drink and my dog kid snoring at my side lol. It’s going to be even more cozy with the holidays. I’m planning on doing all of that right next to the lit tree🎄😌🐾☕️
I’ve been making an effort every time to stick to a “self-care” routine, which usually includes a shower or a bath, brushing my teeth, taking my vitamins, putting my retainer in and cuddling on the couch with my dog, and enjoying either something in the television or catching up on my favorite RUclipsr. When I feel my best, I feel the most taken care of.
For me time I’ve been going to bed a little earlier so I can wake up refreshed and have a cup of tea while curled up in bed. Makes my days so much nicer! ❤️
I find "me time" during my morning commute to work! Being on a bus with my earphones in listening to my favourite music alone gives me a nice break from thinking about anything causing me stress, whether its work/family/other things-related :) I also find me time on quiet Saturday/Sunday mornings when I have chores to do - I try to appreciate the fact that I'm alive and able to do these little things to make my life better no matter how tedious chores may be.
I recently started taking yoga classes and I’ve loved leaving my phone in the car and being completely present in the practice. Getting a sweat on and centering myself is my favorite Me Time.
I am a single mom who’s family lives out of state so I don’t get alone time EXCEPT for driving to and from daycare on the way home or on the way to work! Just this week I decided to listen to a book during these precious 15 mins instead of listening to music I don’t care about lol (outlander book 1 if you’re curious). I love tea! I love you ❤️
recently diagnosed with autoimmune disease was a big nudge to honor myself and the care it needs. I carve out Saturday mornings to do Pilates no matter how busy the family schedule is over the weekend. This is now a non negotiable for me, I used to let go of my needs to cater to the needs of my family. They are very supportive. And on a daily basis, I always allot 10 mins of meditation just to breathe in all that is good and breathe out all the toxicity of the day.
So happy to see vlogmas this year! Your vlogs are so relaxing to watch. I’m in the middle of finals (back to school as an adult. Yuck!) so it’s a stressful time right now, but I’ve been taking time for myself by making sure I follow a nighttime routine so I can get a fully rested night. I usually will turn on some soft music, light a candle, wash my face and read for 20 minutes, and then turn on some sleep hypnosis which really helps my insomnia!
Me Time, Me Time...I’m home on maternity leave with a 6 week old so that has been the first thing to go! I’ve started making his bedtime routine carry over to my bedtime routine though. Soft music, soft lighting, I nurse him and then get a shower during his first night nap. I’m usually feeding him again soon but getting into a bed all clean and fresh, no pressure to get up and going despite being exhausted like I am in the morning...it’s been life changing.
When i'm stressed like to take time for myself by doing a meditation. Even if it's just for ten minutes when i'm too tired to do more. It just allows me to acknowledge how i feel and have a more positive outlook on my day. But sometimes all i need is some youtube watching and chocolate eating !
I'm pregnant so I'm extra tired this year but I try to get my shopping done asap and not pressure myself to spend a lot and I also find time to watch Christmas movies and listen to Christmas music every day while I light Christmas candles and it really helps my mood.❤💚
“Me time” is anytime! I really tend to try to live my everyday life thinking about what makes me happy/happier in a given moment. Sometimes it is doable, sometimes not. But I still try to make myself enjoy my life as much as possible each and every day.

Waking up early is the key to getting so much stuff done, including me time! I love that feeling of being totally relaxed and prepared for the day.
Being in grad school approaching finals time, this has been on my mind a TON. It's hard to take time for myself without feeling guilty for not continuing to work on my projects. So I've been trying to schedule in time at the end of every day to drink some tea and do some reading. Get really comfortable and cozy, and take just a few minutes to detach from my studies before I sleep. :)
My me time lately has definitely consisted of morning workouts. Whenever I workout in the morning before starting work I feel like it sets the tone for the rest of the day! I also love winding down at the end of the night with a tea and catching up on youtube videos 💕

"Me time" is enjoying a little bit of video games, sometimes with my close friends and sometimes with a drink. We have a friend who moved halfway across the world and is in a different timezone, so this is how we get to hang out with him. It takes me back to an easier time in life, and gives me a break from everything hectic currently going on.
I'm finding "Me Time" by waking up earlier & listening to a guided meditation on RUclips right when I wake up. It clears my mind before the day has even started!
"Me time" is doing something that I love right before going to sleep. It can be reading, watching a movie or a RUclips video, skincare routine, phone calling my boyfriend or anything feels good for me that day.
"Me time" for me is when I work out. It takes my mind away from everything else plus I take care of myself by becoming stronger. When I'm at home, me time definitely includes youtube. For example now I'm back from work and I'm relaxing by watching your vlogmas 😍📺

The best me time during this busy season is to play a great album and float away in the music! I could dance and sing all day !
Me time is definitely a bubble bath, a big cup of ice water or iced coffee, and a face mask. :)

I’ve joined my local gym, this way I get an hour to myself to de stress, centre myself and get some exercise! I get so lethargic in the winter with the cold weather and longer dark days so it’s a great way to keep myself moving and motivated! Sometimes I just go to do some yoga stretches just for a change of scenery
i love ingrid's videos, they always make me feel relaxed yet ready to do something productive
Working all day long, with a 2 hour-long commute it's hard to find time to do something nice for myself. What I do is choosing a special treat and my favorite podcasts to listen to during I drive. Once home I have to get everybody's presents ready, clean and cook. Driving is the only me time I have. And when I get the time to I fill a to-go cup with tea to drink on the go!

as a student in med school with finals coming up I’ve been super stressed and busy with classes, clinic and studying, so I just recently committed to giving myself one hour every night from 10-11pm to just relax: watch some RUclips (like I’m doing now!) while drinking hot tea! My new rule is to then close my phone by 11pm to make sure I get a decent night sleep! :)
Dedicating one hour of relaxing “me time” allows me to be productive during the day and gives me something to look forward to!
I like waking up a bit earlier in the mornings, sipping my coffee and catching up on vlogmas videos before the workday starts!

“Me time” for me these days is a night in where I decide what to do, some reading, some watching videos, some organizing, some meditation - just some time I have the power on how to spend it however I like which fills up my battery 🌸🌙🕯

Me time starts with learning how to say "NO". There are a lot of parties, events and dinners, sometimes it can be overwhelming. This year I am reminding myself that I can say "NO" when I am overwhelmed and overworked. When I am home, I love a nice cup of coffee, tea or cocoa (depending on the weather.) a good book or audio book and a bubble bath.
My relaxation comes every morning with a cup of coffee and watching some Vlogmas videos. Sometimes I even have time at night for a cup of tea and some reading. Feels so cozy this time of year 🥰
Me time is watching youtube after everyone else is asleep. Vlogmas is the best thing in the world, it means the season has started and you always have videos!
The queen of vlogmas is back! I'm so insanely busy but I managed to make time to sign up for a late night yoga class this week. Very necessary.
I have been listening to a lot of podcasts while hand writing Christmas cards. I love sending it by snail mail and I get to catch up on my podcast while doing it. It actually makes me so so happy

I get my “me time” by curling up in a fluffy blanket with a good book, a hot drink and my dog kid snoring at my side lol. It’s going to be even more cozy with the holidays. I’m planning on doing all of that right next to the lit tree🎄😌🐾☕️

I’ve been making an effort every time to stick to a “self-care” routine, which usually includes a shower or a bath, brushing my teeth, taking my vitamins, putting my retainer in and cuddling on the couch with my dog, and enjoying either something in the television or catching up on my favorite RUclipsr. When I feel my best, I feel the most taken care of.
For me time I’ve been going to bed a little earlier so I can wake up refreshed and have a cup of tea while curled up in bed. Makes my days so much nicer! ❤️
I find "me time" during my morning commute to work! Being on a bus with my earphones in listening to my favourite music alone gives me a nice break from thinking about anything causing me stress, whether its work/family/other things-related :) I also find me time on quiet Saturday/Sunday mornings when I have chores to do - I try to appreciate the fact that I'm alive and able to do these little things to make my life better no matter how tedious chores may be.
I recently started taking yoga classes and I’ve loved leaving my phone in the car and being completely present in the practice. Getting a sweat on and centering myself is my favorite Me Time.
I am a single mom who’s family lives out of state so I don’t get alone time EXCEPT for driving to and from daycare on the way home or on the way to work! Just this week I decided to listen to a book during these precious 15 mins instead of listening to music I don’t care about lol (outlander book 1 if you’re curious).

For me, the most relaxing thing has always been to watch a tv show while coloring. I love colors and it really gets my creative juices flowing!

recently diagnosed with autoimmune disease was a big nudge to honor myself and the care it needs. I carve out Saturday mornings to do Pilates no matter how busy the family schedule is over the weekend. This is now a non negotiable for me, I used to let go of my needs to cater to the needs of my family. They are very supportive. And on a daily basis, I always allot 10 mins of meditation just to breathe in all that is good and breathe out all the toxicity of the day.
"Me time" is me relaxing on the sofa watching RUclips or reading a book! Yay for vlogmas :)
I have been waking up earlier to try to read, take care of myself, and just enjoy my morning a little bit more before work. HUGE difference!
I give myself 1 long weekend every other month. Work life balance is something I’ve been focusing on and this has helped so much!
So happy to see vlogmas this year! Your vlogs are so relaxing to watch. I’m in the middle of finals (back to school as an adult. Yuck!) so it’s a stressful time right now, but I’ve been taking time for myself by making sure I follow a nighttime routine so I can get a fully rested night. I usually will turn on some soft music, light a candle, wash my face and read for 20 minutes, and then turn on some sleep hypnosis which really helps my insomnia!
I love to sit down every night with a cup of tea and watch an episode of a show/ movie! Cozy time is me time.
Me Time, Me Time...I’m home on maternity leave with a 6 week old so that has been the first thing to go! I’ve started making his bedtime routine carry over to my bedtime routine though. Soft music, soft lighting, I nurse him and then get a shower during his first night nap. I’m usually feeding him again soon but getting into a bed all clean and fresh, no pressure to get up and going despite being exhausted like I am in the morning...it’s been life changing.
When i'm stressed like to take time for myself by doing a meditation. Even if it's just for ten minutes when i'm too tired to do more. It just allows me to acknowledge how i feel and have a more positive outlook on my day.
But sometimes all i need is some youtube watching and chocolate eating !
I'm pregnant so I'm extra tired this year but I try to get my shopping done asap and not pressure myself to spend a lot and I also find time to watch Christmas movies and listen to Christmas music every day while I light Christmas candles and it really helps my mood.❤💚
“Me time” is anytime! I really tend to try to live my everyday life thinking about what makes me happy/happier in a given moment. Sometimes it is doable, sometimes not. But I still try to make myself enjoy my life as much as possible each and every day.
