That's not what I witnessed in the last 3 1/2 years. I saw government lockdowns of schools and businesses, forced use of untested vaccines, 11,000,000 unknown people coming across the borders, 85,000 children thought to be missing, my bank account drained by inflation, the price of gas doubling, homes tripling, and rent is now 45% of the average person's income. I'm sorry, how did you make our lives better? Do I feel safer knowing Russia and China are now friends? Do I like hearing that Russia has submarines 90 miles from our coastline and fighter plains in our airspace? What have you really done Biden/Harris? What have you really accomplished besides creating a stock pile of EV vehicles? I'm not impressed Biden/Harris. And I hope to God some of the good Democrats that see these lies step up and vote for truth and justice. Please people, wake up!!

You know, I never asked anything from Joe. But when the tweet came out, I thought he is old school and would never do this. The letter looks fake to me and experts. The phone call with Kamala a recording. My point, I wanted him to address the nation and now we have another recording in not his words with no explaination on anything. News footage that does not match up with weight/height and appears to be a body double. Where did the real Joe go? Why can't the president do a press conference? This is a repeatable phenomenon, and can be Googled: "Interlacing artifacts" and "video compression artifacts"
This likely the result of a 30fps 720i (yes i, not p) news camera signal being converted to a 60fps1080p Livestream signal and then back down to 30 again during the RUclips upload compression which adds to the stillness of the parts of the image which are moving very little.
You can believe a conspiracy of a mush-mouthed AI Biden that would have no benefit besides making him look bad, or you can just assume he's an old man that was told to drop out anyway and is trying 200% to get his speech out clearly and doing a B+ job, that subsequently has the footage not show up in the best condition...
