Please continue the comparison series. They’re one of a kind, so genuine, trustworthy, that they’ve guided my purchases. I will never be an Artist but filling paper and canvas with colour lifts my spirits, helps me maintain sanity. I want the best quality media and tools because they give me the best chance of producing work I can be proud of. The pretty compositions then boost my mood, exponentially multiplying the rewards for my investment of money, time, equilibrium.
Lots of RUclips painters overestimate their own talents and negate the possibility that we have skills of our own. And they think us too naive to understand they do it all for profit. I need you to do what you do because it’s what you love and I need to be able to continue to pretend you’re my trusted best friend who’d never mislead me nor abandon me.
Ps I bought the complete Sennelier box set ,no regrets. Now I’m thinking of the box set you got for my “ every day” working set. Ain’t I fancy now? Lol! Cheaper and more accessible than a therapist, safer too!

I thoroughly enjoyed watching your process, and both the gold ink and gouache were unexpected additions. The final piece is delightfully festive! As for 'Judgy Janes'... Instead of feeling bad for spending money on art supplies, I feel good for NOT spending it on slot machines and gigolos. 😇
