These short instructive videos are so freaking cool Nico. Seriously, they help all us newbies out here. Thank you!!!
Thanks Dave!
Thank you for this vid! Just bought this camera and am so excited
This couldn't have come at a better time .. :D
You picked one up?
@@NicosPhotographyShow Rented it from my university!
Nice!!
So where do you put the dark metal plate Nico? Thanks!
So you rool the film to one even though you have an automatic winder?
how does the AE prism finder work? Does it inform the user what shutter speed to use, etc?
There's an AE setting on the shutter speed dial that makes it aperture priority. You can still use the camera manually and then it will inform you about the shutter speed it thinks is best.
Have you ever had any issues where the film didn't advance Nico?
where do you put the dark slider when you are about to take pictures? At the front or back of the camera??
The back has a second slit to hold the darkslide.
@@NicosPhotographyShow but do you keep it in the back when taking pictures? Then put that slide in the front when taking the film out
Update: never I find out the answer. You need the slide to be at the back when taking pics
First step... get a mamiya 645. I think I fail on that 🙃
Me too!
@@NicosPhotographyShow I did buy a kiev 60 from you guys, but for some magical reason it vanished into thin air :(
@@JanneRanta what happened
What happened?
@@NicosPhotographyShow They said it was inventory error on the website. Things like that happen when you migrate to a whole new webshop. It was a sweet camera thought.
I’ve got an old 645j but when I tried loading the film it just didn’t seem very tight against the back of the film loader thing… any tips 🥲
