If it weren’t for the matte finish on the S95D, I would have considered it, but I ended up getting a fantastic deal on an S90D, and absolutely love it. The glossy panel, to me, is something that adds to the uniqueness of OLED, plus it handles reflections just fine 👌🏻
Sir, not to put you off but Samsung 8K TVs emit more heat than the OLEDs. And so far my observation on the QN900D is that It looks less brighter compared to the QN900C. And some of my sources say that is due to Samsung reducing the number of LEDs on D models, apparently “to make the 8Ks cheaper”. I suggest you compare both C and D models and then go ahead.
Have the 77” 95c in the bedroom - getting the 77” s90d for living room delivered next week. Stoked!! I LOVE the 95c, amazing all around tv. Minor macro blocking issues, but not often and certainly not enough to prevent buying and loving the performance.

What is your advise. I should go with G3(because of getting better deal after G4 launch) or go with S95C? I m an LG oled user since 2018(C8,C9 then currently on C1 65inch)
Get G3 if you’re getting a good deal. You’re not gonna miss out anything if you don’t choose Samsung. Both TVs are brilliant, but coming from LG you’ll probably hate the remote, the OS, Interface and that One connect box.
Hard to see when a camera is recording and I am watching on my screen. What I see in several stores is the samsung oversaturation thing. It might be calibration/settings. But I like color accuracy and being close to how creaters want it to be.
Can you please tell me is the depth or "3d effect" the same between the two? Saw the s95 d and wow but cant find a s95c or display to make my choice. Please in your expert opinion
The S95c has better detail sharper image. Colour temps could have been adjusted so they match visible in the skin tone. Black leves in both look terrible maybe the brightness is turned up too much idk. Overall S95C looks better still not as good as my wayyyyy cheaper u7k
Processing is much better on S95D. As you can see the skin tones looks more natural and it doesn’t over saturate colors like S95C does. With that being said, S95C is not a bad TV at all. Maybe AI integration in the new processor really helps.

@@sandelemental6502 lol, because camera cant express real image, you must watch it side by side, in videos lg looks more vibrant than qd oled, but in reality we know qd oled is more vibrant, plus According to rtings s95d has higher color volume 9.1 vs 9.3, plus upscaling on s95d is higher, s95d is clearly better, only thing that is controversial is matte coating, that is problem only at direct light

I wonder if Samsung made the right decision with anti-glare screen on S95D. That screen is putting so many people off.
S95C looks great, I own the S95D but I'll be returning it because it pushes too much heat. Grabbing the QN900D instead.

It does look better in person, if you like saturated colors. But i have to say that S95D gives out more natural colors.
S95D looks washed out to me in comparison. The skin tones on the woman in the red dress are just downright dull and lifeless. She looks like a corpse.

S95C definitely has more pop and depth for sure. Mainly, due to the glossy screen. You can take my word for it.

Without a setting comparison it´s pointless to make a statement about which TV is better or worse.
