Occasionally, dress pants, white or blue dress shirts, and tie for church, weddings, etc. My problem is finding shoes that go with any occasion. Thanks for the tips. Lots of good ideas. I am amazed how some people dress ( or lack of) attending formal events. Weddings, etc. Maybe I am getting old and picky, but it seems more people dress poorly in the last few years.

John, I have never bought a pair of denim jeans in the last 65 years until I bought a pair from a Charity Shop early this year to wear while painting a house, but I several pairs of whipcord weave jeans that would look superb with the jacket you are wearing in the thumbnail. I don't know if you call the material whipcord in the U.S. but it is tightly woven and looks suitable for casual Office wear with a Tweed sports coat, because the textures compliment each other. As usual a great presentation, because it addresses the real reason that I don't wear denim jeans. Because of the nature of my work, even my casual wear is formal. Denim doesn't cut it. Phil.

When my shirt collars fan out more than I like I use a small patch of masking tape behind the collar and stick it down to the shirt and it works great. By the way I'm 78 years young.

I personally prefer a plain black or brown oxford- no designs- to dress up my jeans. With a long sleeve shirt & matching belt, I think it makes a nice dress/casual look. Lugz makes nice shoes that look good, come in unusual colors like blue & red, and are comfortable to walk around in all day.
Good content, John. Without trying to sound critical I'd say you've hit on a subject that could be flushed out in half a dozen or more videos. Types of sweaters, pullovers (round or V-neck), or cardigans. Vest, pullover or button down and choice of fabric, turtlenecks, full or mock, cuff or uncuff jeans. Jeans are like the Swiss Army knife in a wardrobe. A fashionista like yourself has tremendous insight to these everyday dilemmas.
