Hi Lily, I never tried putting eggs and bread crumbs in my burgers. So it's ok to freeze the raw burgers with the eggs, it won't effect the consistency or taste? The burgers looks super delicious, I will definitely be trying this recipe next time I make burgers, including the pinapple😆.

You don't want to use real lean meat. You need the fat or the burger will be dry. Also once you add Worcestershire and then freeze your burgers will taste like vinegar, trust me, I've done it!

I love burgers but eating burger is always messy, should invent a way to make it less messy, like kebab where everything is put inside and wrapped, should make the bun have a fitting hole for the patty and whatever is put inside it.
TIP: to keep it from shrinking up, don't smash it down yet (before cooking) take your thumb and press it down gently in the center of the burger patty until you make a dent in it. It really works I learned that from the cooking channel 😃 Enjoy

These are some goodass flavorful patties. None of that salt and pepper only shit on flavorless type of meat like ground chuck.
