    I choose to replace the plastic with banana leaf, as it easy to find here, healthier & the food will smells good.
    Above all, thanks for the recipe.

    Another great video. You reminded me of that bean dish my mother often cooked as a side dish, I'll start making it again. In the States we call such a meal "breakfast of champions", hearty and sticks to your ribs. And I love your accent, it reminds me of my people and the old country.

    I'm sure you could just wrap them in plastic and just put them in the freezer for 10 minutes so that they firm up but don't freeze all the way through.

    What if I just use cling film and put it in the freezer? Then I can remove the cling film as well and get a hard piece of sausage. I mean this is what I am assuming. Or am I way off the mark here?

    • @SmileyGirl230
      @SmileyGirl230  7 лет назад +6

      No sorry u can do that because u can take them off the fridge and cook them while they frozen they will burn from outside and stay raw from inside and this chicken so it have to be cooked very good : )

      +William Ang No It is fine if we boil it few minutes don't worry but it can cause problems if we use cling film in the oven can melt and food can smell so stinky.

    • @clip012

      +SmileyGirl230 No, it is NOT fine at all. When heated plastic monomer can migrate to your food. You are eating plastic. This is carcinogenic (causing cancer). Please don't ever teach people to kill themselves.

    This looks like a yummy breakfast. I was glad to see how to make sausage without the casing because to me that casing is disgusting and I always pull it off before I eat it but I usually end up losing half of the sausage as well. This is the reason I very seldom get sausage links and always go with sausage patties instead but I must admit, this looked very good!

      Yes u can darling make tuna sausage and here is the recipe :

      Bit of water
      Course grind tuna belly and fillet in a meat grinder. Place ground tuna in bowl and add garlic, orange zest, salt, pepper ,, olive oil, and parsley. Mix well. Fill casings twisting between sausages.
