No because they aren't gonna waste their first round pick on a QB. They have too many needs at other positions and resigning Tua gives them cap flexibility. Also, there is no upgrade over Tua in the draft or in FA, and also Tua outperformed Hebert the past two years, clown. Tua is a really good QB and he's a top 11 guy at worst.

In an era of more and more QBs coming into the league that can actually scramble and run, the Dolphins (naturally) are likely to commit multiyear millions to their hopelessly immobile pocket QB.
It’s time for Miami to go after a QB like Kalip Williams if the want to win a Super Bowl in the near future, if not then they wait until you see if Tua Progress, getting close but not quite there. I like Tua personally, but is it enough to get them over the edge, before they answer that question they have to remember they haven’t won a Super Bowl game since 73.

Ravens have a coach & GM that knows Lamar's weakness (throwing the ball with accuracy) & builds a punch you in the mouth run game & stout defense. If Tua only had to throw 15-20 passes a game because we had a real run game not a finesse o-line we would be almost unstoppable.

Get rid of Tua, get an offensive coordinator to call plays, hire a better training staff so we don’t always have a ton of injuries, draft oline and defense, get a better punter, see what it would take to get Kirk cousins and draft a qb to learn from him maybe Bo nix or jj Mccarthy we probably won’t be able to trade up enough to get Williams, maye, Daniels or penix.
We need a couple CB's and BOTH Philips and Chubb have had history with injuries so not sure wtf is gonna happen to our two best pass rushers,but if they are to return the D is legit,although they gotta sign WILKINS but I am more concerned with the offense now,they gotta hire a Play caller because McD struggled often this season

It was super cold in KC. I would be shoocked if he had a great game in those conditions. I'm tired of all the Tua haters. Tua isn't Patrick Mahomes but hes still a really good quarterback. Trade all your assetts away to take a risk on a draft prospect at this point makes no sense. Even if your pick turns out to be a star you no longer have quality around him and crippled in the draft for several years. Stick with Tua and build a stron offensive line to give him time in the pocket. His quick release is the only thing that made them look presentable this year but he can't win there either. when he gets the ball out fast hes criticized for being a first read qb. Tua is not the problem.

It’s obvious you didn’t watch all the games he played in this year. It’s his first serious playoff competition. Go back to Josh Allen go back to many of the greats all had a hard time the first time in the playoffs.
He was definitely overrated with MVP Talk early on the season, but I think he can build off this year and come back much stronger and get us much deeper in the playoffs.

The problem with social media and outlets like RUclips gives people the opportunity to make videos and comment on things that they don't understand or have any factual knowledge. McDaniel's offense is very difficult to run. It needs everyone to do their job to be successful. Look at the games where Tua is successful. The offensive line blocks well, receivers are not contested at the line and run free, and our run game is good so that the play action is able to mask our poor pass blocking (28th) in the NFL. No quarterback in the league in this system having to get rid of the ball and make a good decision within 2 seconds. Unless you're telling me that Patrick mahomes or Joe Burrow is coming to the Dolphins, what should the Dolphins do next at quarterback you ask? Sign Tua T to a long-term contract and build a more physical line and aquire a bully running back.
32 teams start off in the beginning of the year and only two make it to the super bowl. The last two years under Mike McDaniel with Tua at the helm have actually been fun to watch. They made it to the playoffs 2 years in a row. Why some dolphins fans or others in the media throw the whole responsibility on one player on the team is just plain stupid.
