Yea i've tried this stretch but it doesn't pop the lumbar area.....I guess it needs more weight in order to do that ...hard to do at home for that area.....I did a make shift setup with a roller secure to an end of a daybed. Will decompression be affected by forward as well as backward...that way gravity might work for me.

That first stretch immediately relieved this pain i’ve been having on my bottom right side ribs (upper right quadrant area). This pain radiates from my back to the front and Ive been PANICKING for almost 3 months now thinking it was something internal. Ive had such bad anxiety to the point that I’ve been to the ER multiple times for it. I looked back on when I used to drink and immediately thought it was my organs like my liver, gallbladder, stomach, pancreas, ect... After multiple tests, CT scans, X-Rays, ultrasounds, and even an endoscopy... Nothing popped up, but the pain persisted. That first stretch did WONDERS and now I’m convinced it’s from inactivity and poor posture. THANK YOU SOO MUCH FOR THIS 🙏💯

Thank you so much for the info. I'm on my second week now with rib pains, on my sixth day, pains had succumbed as a result I became carefree with my movements and in that moments I had a pop sound, and the pains, intensified slightly more than before. Should I expect the pop sound with the continuation of your exercises?

Any suggestions for a person that has a lot of pain during squats? Not when performing the squats, but when unracking and mostly while reracking the bar. The pain is a very sharp stabbing pain. Appreciate your time.

Nice video. I know you can't diagnose, but do you have any idea what might cause tenderness on both my sides? All the way up my sides and ribs feel bruised to the touch. Do you know any stretches or exercises that might help?

Hello. I’m trying to figure out the cause of my rib pain. I have very sharp pain on back of my ribs (rear lower ribs) on both sides. If I twist my body at all or try to bend down, it is extremely painful. Yesterday I went to the gym and used the stair stepper for a half an hour. I did lean over a bit while climbing the stair and I was going at a very fast pace. I then worked out my biceps by doing dumbbell curls. Do you think this may have caused this pain? This pain came on suddenly and I first noticed it around an hour and a half after leaving the gym. Also, a few days ago, I had a chiropractor twist my body and crack my back while I was face up. I visited him to deal with some low back that I’ve had for a while. Keep in mind that I’ve been doing the same gym exercises for years and never had this pain. I’ve seen the chiropractor once a week for the past three weeks and he is the only thing different in my everyday living. Do you think my rib pain is more likely from the gym or possibly from my back adjustment at the chiropractor? Or possible they are both related? Finally, will these exercises work for rear rib pain as well? Thank you!

I had rib pain 2 days earlier I use Ice and put more pillow on my upper back. It feel comfortable, reduced pain but it came again afterwards. I'll try this later. because when sitting down I don't feel that much pain, only when I stand or lying down. Maybe caused by the position I sleep, I lean to the right before and suddenly pain like crazy
