Hello. I’m trying to figure out the cause of my rib pain. I have very sharp pain on back of my ribs (rear lower ribs) on both sides. If I twist my body at all or try to bend down, it is extremely painful. Yesterday I went to the gym and used the stair stepper for a half an hour. I did lean over a bit while climbing the stair and I was going at a very fast pace. I then worked out my biceps by doing dumbbell curls. Do you think this may have caused this pain? This pain came on suddenly and I first noticed it around an hour and a half after leaving the gym. Also, a few days ago, I had a chiropractor twist my body and crack my back while I was face up. I visited him to deal with some low back that I’ve had for a while. Keep in mind that I’ve been doing the same gym exercises for years and never had this pain. I’ve seen the chiropractor once a week for the past three weeks and he is the only thing different in my everyday living. Do you think my rib pain is more likely from the gym or possibly from my back adjustment at the chiropractor? Or possible they are both related? Finally, will these exercises work for rear rib pain as well? Thank you!

Been battling having my “rib go out” and my back completely locking up for a few years. When my back goes out and pain is intense what should I do when can’t get to my doc. Seems to go out doing the simplest of things.
I had rib pain 2 days earlier I use Ice and put more pillow on my upper back. It feel comfortable, reduced pain but it came again afterwards. I'll try this later. because when sitting down I don't feel that much pain, only when I stand or lying down. Maybe caused by the position I sleep, I lean to the right before and suddenly pain like crazy
Thank you for an excellent video ..it fits my problem exactly...but I wake up without pain and just lying in bed a few minutes and the pain comes back. What CAUSES the problem?

I was in the middle of some sort of cramp pulling pain and I was stuck in a position where I couldn’t move because I felt pain with harsh breathing or even just like moving my legs a little bit -so I wasn’t sure I was gonna do the exercise but I did it slowly very carefully I picked one hand up at a time and I was able to slowly carefully going to the right position and now I can move like I heard little bit of a popping isound and now I can move again I feel so good
Loved this! But can u pls make one on a side rib
Thanks for the suggestion, and for watching.
Yup, here for the costochondritis relief. Will try this out
Hope the exercises help, and please give us an update soon.
