I like when a problem I've never seen before is shown. Nice you had a heli-coil set on hand. Definitely runs faster now. Love working on stuff with this nice fall weather we've been having!
A broken bolt can cause that much trouble making it slow down looks like Husqvarna used a cheap bolt to connect the transmission to the tractor frame glad you made this video on this matter real man skills 😁😎💪👍
Lot of work just to get that broken bolt stud out of the aluminum. Nice job making the new thread hole for the Heli-Coil to go in and repair the threads. Being on your knees I am sure was not fun. I like your chain hoist. It raises and lowers the tractor with ease. Thanks for the video.
You did a great job and thanks for doing it! I'm a little disappointed in the quality that has happened to the manufacturers of these machines especially with the plastic transmissions in some models.
I the aircraft industry, the bolts go down, not up. The reason is if the nut works loose and drops off, the bolt stays in place. It will rattle, but that’s your alarm bell.
Finally, an in the driveway, DIY. Fix without a Comercial. Good job man!👍👍
Thank you!

@@MartinStockel a lot of steps with this one. But with the right tools, great weather and a clean tractor, is was fun to work on. Thanks for watching!
I invested in a small set of left hand drill bits sometime the bolt will come out with the bit
@@davidhillock-m9u I have a set of those as well but they're all dull. They've worked for me before. Thanks for watching.
Left handed drill bit ? Might help 😊

@@larrycook4159 I stay away from those plastic transaxles. Thanks for watching.

Just wondering if you have changed hydro oil in Tran yet and if so what oil did you use, I’ve been using mobile 1 full sny 15w-50😊
@@philliphall5198 I did it once a fews years ago. It didn't work.
Looks like the bolts are missing on the left side that supports the axle also and frame most likely broken to 😢😢😮
Good time to install the frame repair kit to prevent it breaking like is very common with them 😢😢😢
