Hi Michelle, the last dress with the adjustable neckline looks like a fun choice for a vacation type of dress, popping in to a cafe or evening wear to a nicer restaurant! Anyhow, can't wait to see what you make!!!
Thank you Michelle, a lovely selection of patterns and fabrics. The third dress was really lovely and also in the hot pink fabric it would be stunning.
They all look as if they would be great dresses for your holibobs but the Summer Lounge Dress looked really interesting, even in a shorter version & in that red fabric would be stunning.😊
The first dress in the pink matches your earrings so well, I would make it for no other reason than it matches. They all look great and I can’t wait to see what you make.
The first dress, I think would be a great holiday dress. It would be great for sightseeing, the beach and going to a restaurant for breakfast or lunch. The one from Megan’s Closet is good too. Pretty and comfy, you can have a t-shirt underneath or a little jacket to dress it up. Ok, never mind. I can’t choose! 😂. I am just going to wait and see what you make 😊. Thank you for sharing! Your friend Diane ❤
@@karenbensdon4643 I like wearing tanks or t-shirts under dress like this one (saltwater dress is another one). You can find a free t-shirt pattern and have cute outfit 😊
All three beautiful options! The Orchard with the paisley fabric could be dressed up or down, the other two dresses are more clearly either casual for sight seeing or statement for an evening out. Maybe looking at the options this way would make the decision easier, given they are each tempting.
Hi Michelle, all dresses were lovely. The last one might be most useful as it doesn’t crinkle much and you can use it for so many occasions while on holiday. X
Hello from Montana! I really enjoy your sewing videos and your voice is pleasant to listen to :-) Love all your pattern & fabric choices so I don't think you'd go wrong with any of them! Hopefully you'll be able to wear them soon......we had 3 inches of snow here yesterday so it may be awhile before summer dresses are worn here! Keep up the good work.
Gorgeous fabric choices Michelle, I’ve made the Orchard as a top, it’s such a versatile pattern & would be beautiful in that beyond the pink door fabric. Love the details on the maxi dress too & the practicality of the 1st dress would mean it would get lots of wear, perhaps a bit more work to do with that with the buttons though. I can’t choose , they’re all lovely can’t wait to see what you make 🤗
I really like the chambray fabric for the first dress. I could see walking along the beach with a swimsuit underneath. You also could get a lot of use out of it at home, even with a T-shirt underneath. But the last dress in the pink floral just screams holiday, so if you can only make one, that is it! Thanks, Michelle.
Hi Michelle. The first fabric in pale pink would be fabulous + white buttons. It’s such a simple dress design it needs a plain fabric to set it off. The other dress that “spoke” to me was the last dress pattern with the hot pink fabric. It’s really stunning and will really suit you. Enjoy your March challenge and I look forward to seeing your makes Love Sandra 🥰xx
Love them all. The FabricStore button up is potentially the one that could be a workhorse all summer, but don’t think you could go wrong with any of them.
Lovely ideas for sewfrugal24 Michelle. I have just downloaded the Summer Lounge Dress. It is stunning. I love your choice fabric for it. If memory serves I only have two 3m pieces so I will see if any of them are suitable. Thanks for the inspiration. x
Hi Michelle I can see how hard it is to choose a dress because all 3 are so pretty😊 I suggest the first one. Both the pattern and fabric are lovely. I can see how pretty the dress will be when you're done, especially with the white buttons. Absolutely beautiful!!😍🤩🤩
Great take on the challenge! The orchard looks great and the tie detail on the last dress is really unique… am I super jealous of your lovely sun holiday…… nope, not one bit 😜
Hi Michelle, I love all the dresses, but I have to say the easy breezy summer lounge dress is my favourite - absolutely stunning. How gorgeous would it look in your lovely hot pink fabric and fabulous with a tan. It would be great if you could do a sewalong of it, too. I am a beginner and find your sewalongs very helpful. Love, Jill x
Yeah ! No pressure! They are all very pretty...I adore the last hot pink fabric with that maxi/ midi dress. Have fun...curious to know what you eventually choose.
I made a blouse with the pink vintage cotton and had trouble making the buttonholes because the fabric is quite thick. I think it would have worked if I had not interfaced the placket. I had to put snaps behind my buttons so that worked rather than dismantle the placket! It’s a beautiful dress you have picked for the fabric.
If you are just a bit short on fabric for your third option, could you eliminate the "ruffled" tier at the bottom, and just go straight down to maxi length? It would use less fabric, but you may have to make a slit or two for walking.
I had the same problem but after checking google it looks like we were scrolling in the middle of the description which turns it blue. Try scrolling on the very right hand side. Found that worked for me

All the choices look lovely but the last one is gorgeous.

They are all nice but I really like the easy breezy dress in that gorgeous pink floral!👗
Thank you! 😊
Last pink maxi dress will be lovely I think 💖
Thank you 🤩
Both for fabric and design, the last one is my favourite!
All of your choices are fab! The Orchard dress is a very fast and easy sew and I think will look amazing in the paisley fabric! 💖
Thank you x
They are all great, and I have made the Skye dress and Orchard dress, and both are great with a tee or thermal under for cooler months too 😉🪡
The Easy Breezy Dress in that fabulous pink fabric is my favourite. I may make myself one.
Yes go for it! Does look like a lovely pattern 😁
They all look as if they would be great dresses for your holibobs but the Summer Lounge Dress looked really interesting, even in a shorter version & in that red fabric would be stunning.😊
Thank you! I do want to use that lovely fabric as it would be perfect for holiday x
Great vlog as always love the hot pink fabric at the end and the pattern that would really suit you ❤❤
I love the hot pink floral one.
Ah thanks I do love that pink fabric 🩷
These would all be great dresses on you! I look forward to seeing what you decide. - Kelly
Pink dress matches your earring
The first dress in the pink matches your earrings so well, I would make it for no other reason than it matches. They all look great and I can’t wait to see what you make.
I noticed that as well when I was editing! Must wear that fabric and earring combo 👍🩷

Love the idea of a t-shirt under the Helen’s Closet dress.

They are all lovely but the last one just tops the first two. Xx
Ah thank you 🤩
I love your pattern choices! It’s going to be hard to pick just one. I love the hot pink fabric too!
I actually like the first one. Loving that dusky pink colour! Excited to see which one you do.

All the options are good choices, but I have to go with the last one....happy sewing☺️
Thank you 🤩
a bit of sunshine on a cold day thank you
Any time! 😘
Love the Maxi in pink, if you don't have enough fabric, maybe do the bottom ruffle in another fabric to pick up on the browns or black.
Love your choices. I like them all, patterns and fabric choices. Particularly like the last one. Fabric beautiful. Have fun choosing xXx
Thank you 😁
love the summer lounge dress, it would look fab on you 🐾🐾
Thank you! 😊

On the pink fabric, mother of pearl buttons would be lovely.
Oh that would be lovely x
Thanks Michelle! They are all lovely choices. My favourite is the paisley dress.
Good choice! I love them all so it hard to decide x
That last (maxi) dress is very striking. That would be my choice.
Great thank you 👍
Love them all. The FabricStore button up is potentially the one that could be a workhorse all summer, but don’t think you could go wrong with any of them.

Hot pink one definitely.

That’s great! Have fun making it 👏
The maxi dress has an interesting and unique strap neckline and tie. It would make a beautiful and versatile holiday dress.
Yes I loved that neckline detail and think it would a be a great holiday dress x

Thanks Michelle great suggestions!
You are so welcome!
I always LOVE your fabrics!!! 😍
Ah thanks Tammy! So much in the stash I need to use it 😂

The crinkle fabric no ironing on holidays just hang it up on a coat hanger
I am pretty sure you DO need all 3 summer dresses. Just saying. ;-D

😁👍
Why can’t I scroll down the description section any more?
