- Here is the most easiest method to update your Android tv box firmware I updated from 7.1.1 to 7.1.2 this should be the latest update : here what you need 1 USB tumb drive or micro SD card and a USB card reader download firmware from China gadgets reviews.blogspot.com click on firmware look for your box model download it transfer it to a USB drive or micro SD card once you done it go to device insert USB or card make sure to backup your data proceeds at your own risk I'm not liable for damages to your device once you are ready go to update select local update. Mark wipe data and wipe media then confirm update warning message will pop up hit update let it do it box will reboot couple of times your done. I have a MeCool M8S pro+ box, I bought it in 2017. Recently several apps not started, like youtube, etc, because software is old. Is there any possibility to upgrade this, to higher level of Android system? Or just a software will be newer? From where I can download the program? Where I can check, which is the right one to my device?

I don't think they're building more updates for this devices anymore

I installed this rom 20180806 works well, but I have two problems with it, first when using the mouse sometimes the system starts a bug that leaves the area of mouse use very small not being able to access the whole screen of the tv box, another problem is that the asphalt extreme game is slow in this tv box, and this tv box has the ability to run the game correctly, if you install rom nexus asphalt extreme works, I ask you do you know if there is a newer rom than this 20180608
Honestly I believe that one you mentioned is the most recent one after you upgrade the firmware do a factory reset on your device see if it helps It did on my device I was reading online that there is many updates coming up for all the devices not sure yet but I don't know if it is true till I see it I will believe it since android is moving up the versions

Is supposed to be compatible but some other people are having issues with it

@@SKYNETTECH06 Thanks for quickly replying back. I think I might have bout it 2016-2017, not sure! I looked in the settings, in the about section and this is what I found, name (M8S Pro), model (M8S Pro), Version (7.1.1), Kernal version (3.14.29), Build M8S Pro-userdebug 7.1.1 NHG47L 20170911.180004.V0619 It does have 3GB ram & 32GB storage.
This is just a spare box I had laying around, so if I am not able to do anything with it, no big deal.

If you got scammed by the seller get you can get your by contacting PayPal give them details about it tell them that seller its made fraud because the send you different items you will get your money you have 180 days to make a claim

some one has problem with bluethoot pair keyboard on this device ? i cant pair my keyboard
Factory reset it then pair your bluetooth keyboard make sure you're bluetooth dongle I connected as well
