Thanks big b! After I got home it did actually have a hole in it. I just punctured it and let it burn 🔥 in the driveway. Wasn't going to chance it. I put it in the video at the very end lol! I appreciate the support and thank you for all you do
@@jaymeparker27 It keeps them in place in situations like that. Get the ten pound self stick Velcro and not cheap imitations. It's on all of my batteries and trays. My 48" Supercub airplane went down in a firery crash just because the battery wasn't secured. A screw on the motor cowl punctured the 3s 2200 battery pack.😥😥😥
I was planning on it just didn't get a chance this day. Soon as I get time to pull the boat back out I have a few more props to test out including the stock one.
@@jaymeparker27 I'm contemplating getting this boat, would the smc 9700mah 120c fit in the boat? I have the dbxl-e 2.0 so I would be using the same 4s batteries I use for it in the boat.
I doubt it. Plus if it did fit it would be way to heavy. I have some 4s 8000mah hard packs for my dbxle and they don't even come close to fitting the boat.

Thank you. No sir the motor has held up well. I did pop the stock esc on 4s. Horizon sent me a replacement and it's held up to a lot of 4s runs so far

Just put a cover over the outrunner so the battery doesn't hit it.
I thought about it. Still might make something. I have a 3d printer now so I could print a little cover .
