Great recipe but could you chop or dice in advance? There's no need to waste watcher's time as this takes waaaay too long. Same with the carrots the capsicum, the tomatoes & the parsley. Just a waste of time.

If all you need to cook is a recipe, skip watching and go directly to the recipe.
This video and all others are designed to show the steps necessary to cook the meal to someone who isn't as adaptable to cooking as you might be.
For example, there is a difference between finely chopped versus diced or chopped. But if you have not cooked much before, you might not know that.
Consider your needs and adapt by looking at the recipe instead of watching the video.
There is no need to insult the chef who is attempting to educate everyone's needs and introduce those who never thought they could cook by showing them they can by a few easy steps anyone could do.
