- A Marion County judge granted bond Friday morning for Susan Lorincz, the woman accused of shooting and killing her neighbor Ajike "AJ" Owens following a dispute regarding Owens' children. If she posts the $154,000 bond, she can return to her Ocala home where she allegedly shot Owens through a closed front door - unless she is evicted - but cannot have any contact with Owen's family or possess any firearms or weapons. She will be required to wear an ankle monitor prior to leaving jail and cannot leave the state of Florida. She must also surrender her passport.

All I know is if anyone hurt one of my girls, call me what you like. Having a firm tone and standing up for your kids doesn't make you aggressive or ghetto. Lastly, for the comments about what you can and can't do in Florida, I lived in Duval county for 17 years. I raised my girls there for 14 of those years. When I watched the video and before hearing the background story, it played out just as I thought. The woman was not married, had no kids and renting. Obviously she had something against kids in the community. According to a neighbor, there were numerous complaints and calls to the police about how abusive this woman was to other kids. She had everything planned out well....just go out buy a gun and that will get rid of all the noisy kids in the community who is playing on her PROPERTY that she does not even own. Heartless!
The kids were not on her property! They were playing in a field behind her house which they had every right to be there, because they also live in the neighborhood. The white neighbors even talked about her calling kids racial slurs. She is a horrible person that is about to get off even though she shot and killed a person. She was in no danger, she was in her house with the door closed and locked. She shot through the door, that's why she couldn't claim she was standing her ground. Even the sheriff said that she couldn't claim that. She's a murderer and should be treated as such. But she won't be and we all know why.

The police were looking for the description of a 6 foot plus, African American male with long dreadlocks, and wearing a black shirt according to a few witnesses. . They pull up to the bus stop and arrest this man around 11:30pm. He is 5'6", wearing a navy blue work uniform,a white shirt underneath and a light grey hoodie. They arrest him, charge him with murder, and he stays locked up for a full year awaiting his trial. No bond for a murder charge. He lost his job, his home, and his clean record. Day one of the trial, opening statements.......the defense attorney asks each witness....."is this the man you seen that night?" Both said no. He is way shorter than who they saw. Case dismissed. Then they filed for an expungement of the murder charge. The state refused to budge for 2 years. When he told me that, the only thing I could respond with was "FUCK!". I don't know if it's true or not, but I had no reason to believe he would be lying about one of his cases.

There have been many times someone has banged on my door or knocked repeatedly. It's simple.....avoid them, and call the police. keep the door locked. No one dies. I am so confused why this lady can return to the scene of a crime she caused when admitting to racial slurs and researching stand your ground laws prior to a shooting.
