- I'm going to put some of the most well-loved and hyped clothing on the internet to the test! I’ll be seeing if these items are worth the hype and if they’re worth spending your hard-earned money on. Worth noting that the non-WIP version of the Carharrt jacket is significantly cheaper and just as well made. Great video as always!

The OG Detroit fits boxier, not slim in the arms, great for hoodies, cropped and blanket lined. A rugged jacket for work outdoors offshore or inland.
The newer non WIP version is significantly different especially on the hem as it has a flap extended hem towards your bum, the difference would probably put you off getting the none WIP as it just doesn't look great.
fit on the WIP is much better than the regular carhartt one.
A small note for those interested in the Carhartt Detroit (from a Carhartt employee): The one Harry is trying is from Carhartt’s “Work In Progress” brand. This is their global fashion brand as opposed to the OG workwear brand. If you accidentally buy the Detroit jacket off the OG Carhartt it’s not going to be completely cropped all the way around. The back will have a slight droop on the bottom.
Love the concept. It’s great having a genuine voice speak on the items through the noise on social media.

This was a fun one. I’d definitely like to see some sequels! Also, for the Airism oversized tee, I sized down one and actually like the fit better! Slightly more cropped and less long in the sleeves while still being very roomy and comfortable.

Hello, this is just an observation that I've got with the trend is that some creators and myself have gotten the women's version of this piece because of the major difference from the men's-which is the flowiness or the "wide-fit" , I think the Wide Pleated Trousers from Uniqlo (and i recommed it like any other men who have tried it as well) 😊
Yeah a lot have gone for the womens in the trousers but they are too wide for me personally. I prefer the shape of the men’s but you are right. You can get some great pieces from the womens section.
I really like this types of video. Also agree about looking for the timeless and versitale pieces is the key to builidng solid wardrobe.

As an alternative to the AIRism tee - the H&M relaxed fit tee give a great fit and are a nice heavyweight material.
Airism Tee's are one of the best Tee's one could invest on. Totally worth the hype and the money.

I agree with the uniqlo oversized tee having a little too lenthy arms , i wear mine rolled up and it looks better (to me atleast) haha.
A really good full length trench neutralizes the parachute pants so that they don’t take over, imo. I’ve been wearing technical trenches with the big poly parachutes and at that point the shirt takes center stage

I wear both those Dickies pants and Carharrt jacket to work in and I love
both. The pants aren’t super comfortable material but they’re ridiculously durable and have a little stretch that makes them easy to move around in. I do think they run a little small. I usually wear a 32/33 waist but a 34 fits me perfect in these.
This is not a slight, but I find it funny to hear Harry talking about these North Face Parkas. I live in Colorado, USA, where it snows and we get Arctic Blasts and don't have one. I do have a Adidas one, and it's great.
I love that watch, I've got it and it's got the best casio bracelet, hence why the bracelet has migrated to other casios of mine

Carhartt Master pants have been much higher quality than the 874 with a nicer fit imo. Red Kap industrial pants are less expensive than the 874 with similar construction and available in extended sizes and with pleats, definitely worth a look. Cheers Harry!

The nuptse corduroy northface jackets elevate the look and the northface logo is embossed with the some coloring of the jacket.
You definitely have not lost your timeless look values. I bought a bunch of the airsim t-shirts several months ago. I'd say generally they are worth it but the fabric bothers me. I feel it makes the shirt hot especially in warm climates. When you start sweating they get blotchy too.

I bought the utility short Blouson/jacket in Japan (in black, the green one you mentioned in your other video), and I’m really confused, both L and XL fits. I’m 180 and the L is a little bit short but the XL is too oversized in my opinion but people there told me they prefer the XL. What do you recommend? The good thing is that I can still change the size in store
I’m taller than you and I wear a size medium. I would go for whichever one you like the most. They are designed to have a shorter length so you might just be better off with a different jacket that’s longer than this one.

I started watching men's fashion videos like you and Tim's. I'm Asian female 5'2'. Can only wear their Heattech range, which I wear 80% of the time in fall/winter for black base layering. I tried everything else like the trousers, skirts, designer collabs (ie. Claire Waight Keller, former Givenchy Artistic Director). They are all way too big even for an XS. Baggy clothing make me look even shorter. So I think they are really going for the baggy clothing crowd.
I owned a men’s Nuptse jacket in 96, when I was 12. Mine was super oversized back then, would’ve still fit. Wish I never gave it away🥹

I had the same problem with the Dickies 874. Im also 31-inch waist. I ended up trying the Dickies 873 Slim Straight in a 30 waist, fits more like a 31 waist and was way better.
They seem to do the size I’m after on Amazon so will give them a go

The airism Tee becomes popular because it covers up your upper body shape deficiency. Same reason why the sleeves are designed longer - to hide skinny upper arm for people without a good build
