    I am 57 and do skipping,, jumping, crunches and weight exercises for 2.5 hours. Fighting fit. This man is my role model. When I feel boredom or feel frustrated remember this man. My theory is 'Either you take controlled pain of exercises OR you will have to bear uncontrolled pain of disease. Love your body, exercises is not wastage of time but investment. Investment for younger looking, investment for free from disease and medicines. Investment to enjoy life. So do it.

      @Christina Reynolds We can share love, money with others..but our diseases are totally ours.. suffering these diseases is an absolute personal experience.. you can't share your diabetes, your cancer, your hypertension, your Alzheimers.. even with your most loved ones....(except for Covid19 😁.. which you can spread to anyone....i know its.. bad pun..but you get my point, don't you..).
      .and this 80+ yr young gentleman is trying to keep himself meaningfully fit and engaged, there is really nothing social or societal about it..and definitely its not a pressure to keep oneself fit.
      Believe me keeping fit is cheaper than living with a disease.

If I run into you again on these posting I will gladly tell you if I'm depressed.

      @dancagle2533 4 года назад

      99.99 % is an exaugurated statistic to get a point across, which is: I've noticed that few people can climb a rope. A Navy seal class would be near 100%, but the general public are gravity locked.

    • @TrustNJesusChrist
      @TrustNJesusChrist 4 года назад

      @@dancagle2533 Because you have gone around the general public ALL over and asked them to climb rope? By the way, you do know why pullups and rope climbing is hard to do compared to others right? It is because the muscles used in the exercise is small and rarely used in day to day lives.
      If people were to begin climbing ropes and doing pullups on a normal basis. They could easily master it within a few months.
      You act as if this feat of strength is so rare that only 1% in the world can do it because they are special. They aren't special, they just train the fucking muscle in which the exercise requires.

Ik it's a problem to never grow up, but I hate it so bad. things that help me are having a playlist of music that I used to listen to, or changing the date on my phone to a year I was happier in if I really can't handle it.
