Thank you for this! I want to experiment with different tech like CNC for the carving stage of my own prints and this was helpful to see how that looks compared to hand carved lino
Hey. You can use screen printing ink with the lino block / stamp. Then heat set with a heat gun/hair drier while doing the stamps over the shirt then iron to fully set the colour. I have just started my journey of making stamps for products. I purchased a mobile heat set /press machine that set the ink quicker than an iron.
Yeah I haven't seen any CNC lino cuts, the shirt came out really well. I have hand printed a whole shirt by hand and it uses about the same ink and when your done you feel every image you printed on the shirt, between the ink used and the labor they should be the world's most expensive t shirts. I didn't do it for the money so I'm curious did you try and sell yours and at what price? By the way what did the CNC machine cost?
Matthew Davies yes and no. Wrapping the pattern around the shirt is a whole thing... you could CNC a printing block the size of your shirt lol. If i did this again i would print raw fabric with a bigger printing block then sew my own shirts

This CNC is only about $200 I never tried to sell any. I would like to make a logo or something next
Cool shirt
Thank ya, thank ya
what ink are you using for the shirts?
Speedball Fabric Block printing Ink. There’s a picture of it somewhere near the end of the video
@@JacksonTravel Any alternative for this? And did u seal the ink or just let it air dry?
couldn't screen printing give you the same results a million times easier and cheaper
