Definitely gonna try something like this in my flex. Been struggling with it a while now switching things in and out of the filter sponge never once thought to suspend the bags like that in chamber 1 and 3….great idea

Are you running your schedule as is on the flex 15? Or is it turned down?

Running as is. Keep in mind it is about 175-200 par 6” below water and about 75 at sandbed in a standard 24” tall tank.

In your video I noticed you have a heater in Chamber 1, Are you running 2 heaters? Also do you ever baste off debris that builds up inside the tank in the rockwork?

Hello. Debris, YES! Monthly I use the baster and clean the rock work, usually the night before my water change. As for heaters, I was in the process of changing heaters. The heater I had in chamber 3 was fluctuating the tank too much, so I bought a new one and was running them side by side for a few days to ensure the new one worked. FYI I also syphon my sand bed monthly when I remove water.
