I own a Q60 Redsport awd and I like the Supra too. But I would never give up my Q60 for a Supra. The Q60 is a better daily driver because of its awd and back seats and the truck is bigger on the Q60. I live in New England and the Q60 is a beast in the snow.
Wait until the Z has been out for as long as the Supra and we get more companies working on the VR30 platform. AMS has done great things but more companies will bring the cost down. Bonny and Clyde racing is working on a GTR intake manifold conversion which could introduce port injection to help with fueling and they already have an air to air intercooler swap. Biggest problem with the VR30 is the air intake. It’s not fee flowing and there is too much turbulent air.

Wait until the new nismo version comes out in less than a year, it’ll cost a lot more, but apparently will push out much more hp

The amazing thing here is that the Q won. But in some races, the Q lost. In those races, its still amazing the Q kept up with a literal sports coupe when the Q is not even considered a "sports car". Its more like a GT car. A luxury cruiser.

@@conradmuir4959 to maximize your tune yea. Do 3” full down pipes, LPFP, HPFP, heat exchanger and flex fuel kit to run ethanol mixes. Step below that get the downpipes, heat exchanger, LPFP and flex fuel kit to run e30 Step below that do downpipes, LPFP 93 tune You don’t really need LPFP to run 93 or e30 but it’s so cheap you might as well do it.
Supra loses head to head many races out there showing also you’re talking about a 55k car vs a 120k car the red sport is 58k also stock vs stock the Supra wins but this q60 got a better tune in this instance

Nah it happens a lot actually I have a tuned q60 and it looks a lot like this when i race these tuned supras or bmws. Ive only had one keep up so far and it was FBO & exhaust which mine isn't yet. That one pulled a lil bit
If you bought a used VR30 then you have a high chance of the car being abused. A lot of people turned in a hurt Q to get away from a payment causing the next owner to suffer a bad experience. Stock turbos burn oil so if you don’t check your oil you can run dry. Most failures are do to this very thing. It ain’t because they are boo-boo. Tons of people been running many miles modified with no issues. Some already have over 100k miles.

I can confidently say a very high percentage of supra owners get their car tuned almost instantly. In the video he doesn’t have stock wheels. So the owner obviously has money to spend.

No way in hell that Supra is a 2020 with a custom tune! Also without the list of work done to both car's its a Mysterie 🏁 race?? As far As Top end I have had my modded 2020 at 165 at the end of 6th with 2 gears to go. There is a Top Speed video on U tube of a Supra on the Autobahn doing 189. No VRDD30 is hitting that.
