Hola! I see there is a course week promotion thing in Udemy I will take advantage of it and I will get the mouse course. For me and my son. You should remind this on your community tab or in a video to let know some of your followers .. I mean about the discount week .

For a similar price you can take the course from my promo link under the promo video here in the channel any time :). And from the promo link I get most of the money, otherwise I get sometimes 2 usd from a course sell :)

@@SpeedChar oh shit i knew udemy sucked for teachers. this has the "i will make a discount and make my workers pay for it rather than hurting my profits in the short term" vibes.

Hello thx for this series again. Can i ask one more question? :)
Lets say we have a hard surface sculpt that has panel lines and we split it by those panel lines. And retopologize it by hand. Is it necessary to make those parts 3d meaning they have volume? What if i make them 2d planes, meaning i retopologize it, but do not use solidify modifier etc? Is there anything i should be worried? I am making them 2d because adding volume makes geo more dense and those back faces will not be seen anyway.

Wherever a geometry is either not deep enough or not contributing to the silhouette, I don't retopologize it.

@@SpeedChar so it is okey to use objects that does not have volume?

Will you be doing rigging as well? I have been following your work and it's really helped with my own project. I almost got it done just having a problem weight painting some suspenders

I am not an animator but I do a basic rig of the low poly to do a slight pose in the paid version of the course. The paid version has only 2 hours more content where I do that, and it's nothing special. Definitely no weight painting :)

Please after finishing this character please create a tutorial on sculpting a character like hiccup from how to train your dragon. I am trying to sculpt him from a long time but failed, please make a tutorial on that it will be very helpful to me.
