When are we going to make it a 5 or 10 year federal minimum mandatory sentence for fleeing police recklessly?
Ah, that's a state law. In case you have not heard, in the State of Arkansas it is a felony to exceed the posted speed limit to get away from law enforcement. In the State of Georgia the first time it is a misdemeanor and a felony the second time.
State of Arkansas it is up to a 6 year felony sentencing to run from Law Enforcement
However, there are certain provisions that must be met.
Since the usual suspects are black, a law like that would be instantly racist. Our 'government' is the very reason there is so much lawlessness in America.
@@007modmom You are mistaken, naturally. Most of the people fleeing cops in Arkansas are the white meth heads, white anti-government sovereigns, and just plain old, Confederate flag waving, white trash.
Never, too many democrats in office making decisions and these are their voters.
If they delivered lumps like they did in the old days? They might not get as many runners?
I thought that was a plane trying to keep up with cruiser on the right then realised it’s a crack in windscreen..
I know I'm not the brightest person but, when a cruiser is a blimp on the horizon in the rear view, then it's beside you making contact, surely you'd be thinking about stopping, I mean he clearly lost that battle.
Cudos to that officer. Very polite, didn’t start screaming or/and cursing at the perp. 👏👏👏👏
Right? I know they need to assert control but yelling and cussing just raises everyone's level.
the "perp" took off running across the field. The cop was talking to the female passenger.
It just amazing me how oblivious drivers are to whats going on around them, now I understand that policeman was moving fast but you should always be checking your mirrors, especially if some guy passes you at 100 plus MPH
I’m betting the driver of the Nissan was scared.
@daisybradley1392: and prolly cain’t breeve either.
And don't forget the phone they always want their phone now a days
U know it 2! Probly calling his momma on his cell phone! 🤯😤
He was just trying to get to his momma house
And he didn’t do nuttin!
Incredible footage! The Arkansas State Police handled that high-speed chase with precision and ensured public safety with the PIT maneuver
God bless our heroic LEO’s - pray for them!!!
That soccer mom in the MPV at the beginning not moving out of the way should lose her license.
I’m thoroughly convinced ALL Arkansas stops involve a pit maneuver
Do y’all not have a “move over or get pulled over” law in Arkansas? People never get the hell over
Wheelsturnin So in your world the criminals are free to go along on their merry little way. Not much point in having police then, is there ?
@@Wheelsaturnin I live in WI and these candy-a_ __d police are the reason why the crime rate is escalating in WI. Another point is if you don't catch up with them how do you get the plate number which might be fake anyway. Maybe you should become a lovable police officer in Arkansas, so you can start to remedy all their problems.
The problem is that when you’re driving over 100 mph the sound of the siren doesn’t travel far enough ahead to warn other drivers that you’re coming. The lights only work if drivers are looking in their rear view mirrors in the timeframe that the lights are in their view. Closure rates at 100 vs 60 are pretty substantial.
@@anoka114 and the 13% in Milwaukee 😂
God Bless the ASP and all of our LEOs 🇺🇸.
I think the ASP should have solid barriers affixed to their cruisers like big rigs have in the off chance they could hit a moose on the highway. This would cut down on cruiser repairs because thankfully the ASP officers take their jobs seriously and protecting them should be Number One PERIOD! Thank you Arkansas State Police for keeping your highways safe.
They do. Those PIT bumpers are huge
Arkansas has the best car chases and crashes.
I never skip an unedited version! :D
Has to be a rookie ASP Trooper. Trooper Byrd and Trooper McCord will be shaking their heads if they see this video!
Everybody has to start somewhere... They got them stopped.
Well written @@FirstLast-hs4gw

Why Wait To Pit ????
Wow, folks there don’t stop /make way for emergency!
This. Bunch of morons on the road.
It’s everywhere. First drivers don’t normally expect a Police or State Troopers vehicle to come up from behind lights flashing & siren going. Second, between playing the entertainment system (some very, very loud), being on the phone, dealing w/unruly children it’s not noticeable.
Happened to me a year or so ago. I was @ a stop light waiting for it to change & vehicles to turn. I didn’t have the radio up loud but wasn’t paying attention to things behind me. Someone came up & asked me to move because of an ambulance needing to get through. Hadn’t noticed the ambulance until then.
@@jamessimms415 You should be checking your mirrors every 10-15 seconds when you're driving...
Kinda doubting this is ASP, pursuit quality wasn't evident of ASP.
Look at the diagonal blue stripe on the corner of the white hood. That is an ASP trademark.
@@Primus54 I guess he just wasn't as well trained as his Brethren
There’s no speed, name or time stamp as is standard on ASP videos.
Embarrassing how a normally aspired 2.5L FOUR CYLINDER 3000+ pound Altima gets the jump on the patrol car a couple of times @ 3:15
Two things: 1) When you saw that paper tag you KNEW it was a stolen vehicle. 2) From the way the perp drove, you KNOW he's been chased before, and it most certainly be his last time either.
What's worse? Being crashed out with a PIT and arrested or being a driver that ran from a PIT and found in some random farmer's field in rural Arkansas?
I just want to know what speed they were going.
Fast ! 😆
I always liked when they had the speed displayed 😊
@@jimmyroach7433yes sometimes it’s a bit deceptive when you haven’t got that readout 🤔
Those Arkansas boys are cowboys for sure.
Nice one Officer, if you don’t at first succeed then try again! Was the runner caught?
Where's the ASP in-car dash camera info overlay?
I thought my eyes was playing tricks on me. The traffic looked to be a commercial truck, then out of no it turned to be a farm equipment. I had to back up a few times. But my eye's were seeing correctly. It was a commercial truck turned to farm equipment in a blink of the eye. Video was cut, or edit.

How can the perp have a better zero to 60 that you?!
Contrary to the American brain just being a charger doesn't mean it can outrun everything - these cars are top heavy and many other cars have a better power to weight ratio which means you get left behind.
@@leonblittle226 So, what would the ideal Cop Pursuit/Pit car be if you could spec one?
Dang. No body cam crap. No see best part.
Why do I always grit my teeth and lean into the turns, when the trooper closes in for the PIT?. Lol.
Terrible job by the police. Had 100 opportunities to knock the car sideways. 5 minutes of being on his tail without an effort
Maybe it would have hazardous to other drivers in the area ! And by the sound of his voice ( him not jumping out of the car screaming his fucking head off ) he's is an officer that give gives a fuck about everyone !
This guy does not meet ASP standards for pitting!
I was wondering if maybe someone should radio The Byrdman🤣. Also, “Get out of the car ma’am” and he’s not even yelling at her was far too polite.
No reason to freak out on the passenger once the driver fled on foot.
@@Primus54 The cops will come to the passenger side yelling at them to get out of the car, guns pointed. They don’t know yet why this person was speeding like that. The passenger may be a serious danger. Seen it happen, even though the passenger looked like someone who wouldn’t hurt a fly.
@@lynnroney1234 My point is because we are not seeing what the trooper saw in this video, making a broad criticism is unwarranted.

RIP to the bug splattered at 0:11😂
That bug doesn't have the guts to do that again...
First attempt very nearly went sideways for the trooper.
I saw this one 3 or 4 months ago, you are late.
Showing the speed would be nice.
I tried it but when I download it to my device the speed and the officer information is getting lost . I don’t know how
Lines on the road just look like dots. Obey the law and respect the ASP. I’m sorry about your governor.
When you're trying to take out a car, you don't put on your brake
Asp driver might consider further behind the wheel training
Why? Are you a law enforcement officer who performs pit maneuvers during high speed pursuits?
Good one but it doesn’t float in flat water.
Arkansas seems to chase Dodge Chargers and Nissan Altima quite a lot.
Closed captioning would be helpful.
That was a 4 cylinder engine car . Imagine if it had been the SE V6 nissan motor . Those nissan run pretty smoothly.
do not think so that dodge was slow on the takeoff
Bummer no closed caption!
im sorry that the officer let him get this far is un--
excusable.
This video should come with an air-sickness bag.
The old… paper tags runner. 🤬 I always wait for the driver to exit the vehicle and tell the officer he/she was afraid to stop, and that why they floored it. God bless our officers that protect us from these freaks. This officer was super calm when he exited the car. Thank you sir!! 🩷🩷🙏🇺🇸
Not as much of a "PIT" as a "ram". No matter - it gets the job done.
Another George Floyd dash-for-freedom and justice contestant. What's it about Nissans that the usual suspects prefer?
The usual is a Charger. Nissan is a less effective criminal’s car.
Nissan Altima vs ASP Charger.
That race result was predictable.
Trooper need to go back to driving school. I don't think the idea is to wreck a squad car to spin out a Nissan.
ASP guy needs more pit training.
Easy for you to say.
I would agree BUT this can be can we say a little SCARY at best he still did what was needed
Altima , dark tint = 13% Criminal
Don’t forget the paper tags
Guess I'm going to say it. Those damn altima drivers!!!😂😂😂😂
If you're the ones removing the telemetry data from the ASP videos............please stop doing that.
Vile culture! 🤣
They should realize they’re not playing video games and putting real peoples lives in danger. 90% of the time they get stopped anyways
Nissan Altima with a paper tag. They must be from Dallas
Or Virginia
Dissapointing for ASP PITs--took way too many attemps !!! They are better than that !!!
Nissan Altima. Hard to kil.
Cambia la camara cada ves que subas un vídeo
I prefer it when the MPH is displayed in the corner .... & imho the more info the better !
Hee is hitting straight on instead of sideways. That the eay they pit in AR😊
0:09 sometimes your the bug. Sometimes your the windshield 😅 splat
Fafo 👍
af 4:30is he should have stopped him-lame.
Hey first
Crap. 9 minutes of nothing.
Not very good at trying to fool cops.
Worst asp driver yet
Cop driving needs a ticket. Driving left of center speeding reckless driving. Using car a deadly weapon.
In Arkansas, lethal force is authorized for fleeing like this. Take it up with the legislature.
Either you are bad at making a joke, or you are from California or Michigan.
