My ATS4 2.0T AWD was governed at 145 MPH. After turbo tune and governor delete it is 160+ MPH car. Not familiar with cts 3.0 but assuming it’s top speed is over 130 mph.

You need to fix the video...hugely glitchy and couldn't see the blowout at all. I tried 5 times to see the entire vid but it got glitchy before/after the Focallure ad.
The 2.0 turbos have dual exhaust. My buddies always ask if my 2.0 T AWD coupe is fast and I tell them it’s quick and nimble but not “fast”. Mountain roads are fun but not a drag car. My 2021 C8 Z51 is fast and nimble lol.

Because they crossed into a different state, ASP can only pull over and pursue suspects in Arkansas and not beyond
