Interview with Jeffrey Lipsius certified inner game coach and personal friend of Timothy Gallaway (author of the inner game of tennis) about how to tap into your intuitive potential and apply this to to tennis and business.
The biggest key of the inner game is to learn to be the "observer" or the "learner" rather than the teacher. While not "trying" to win or to striving for a particular result this will help you tap into the secrets of doing without conscious effort and getting into the zone which is the essence into self 2; which is the intuitive self rather than self 1 which is the mind. We also discuss how the inner game can be applied to not only tennis but peak performance about all facets of life!
