guys this really works i got instant results before exercising i could barely move my neck and my upper body hurts so bad but the tension on my neck shoulders and back got better with each exercise. my neck and back pain always go away after i finish this exercise and it feels sooooo good.
awesome workout.2 things for people who dont know. 1 keep your head in right position, dont push chin infront and keep shoulders down, otherwse u ll only get bigger hump. 2. NEVER massage directly touching the vertebrae bone , only arround the bone (have friends masseurs they always told me to NEVER do it because it can cause longterm damage)

k guys I’m gonna update you guys everyday since everyone’s just giving up 😀 Day 1 - i could feel the muscle pulling and the pain plus i really felt the burn however this is only day one so currently no difference. When you massage or doing the exercises I recommend using firming lotion it really burns the fat and oil for the massage part Day 2 - for day two it was alright, the same as yesterday,i can still feel the pain in the bump and the trapezium, at the moment I haven’t seen any difference but my bump does feel a bit light Day 3 - i can still feel the pain and muscle but i see a slight change on my bump and the trepezium
At first I thought this can not be brought normal since my neck already had become like that,, after following hana milly 1 month, I found that this can be solved,, because of it I could not wear any beautiful dress, I alwz had to hide this,, now I will try this workout,, u are such a blessing for me! ❤️ Edit: 1st month::I hve been doing this for a month combine with neck and shoulder workout of hana,,am able to see some changes in my neck,, half of my neck fat is gone but this is not enough,, I will come back again with my 2nd month result.....

Unfortunately I have a really bad hump so I have started these exercises today with the other video of her for round shoulders. I will update every week about my progress. Wish me luck ♡ Week 1: done✅ I don't see any change BUT I do feel more upright. I hope next week I will see more results. Week 2: done✅ Well. I don't know if I imagine it or there is a tiny change in my hump, but I think it got a little bit smaller - I guess my hump has a lot to do with my weight because I am overweight. So I started dieting and drinking lots of water in the past two weeks and I think it's good for my fat hump. Anyway, I think it's getting better, guys. I'm happy. Week 3: done ✅ Now I see the results I wanted so much. There is a change in my hump from the day I have began to do these exercises. I still have a long way to go, but it's getting better every week.
I recommend you to sleep on a Flat pillow if u have rounded shoulder then its not gonna help but if u dont try to sleep on a flat pillow or no pillow in general
I'm always a little hesitant about popular exercise videos on RUclips but most of these exercises were prescribed by my PT so this definitely seems like a routine that will work. Especially with the stretches to target the rounded shoulders that make the hump worse.

I've had "a Buffalo" what my dad and brother and cousins call it since I was 10 back in 1996 when I first started gaining weight. Even when I lost my weight it was still there. If I do this workout every day along with not eating over my calorie limit, how long should it take until I see results in my "buffalo"? Thanks so much for posting this!!! I didn't know buffalo hump was the actual name for this. I can't wait to tell my family. They're going to laugh b/c my dad has one as well and my cousin told him years ago he looked like a buffalo, so that name "buffalo" stuck, not knowing it was really called a buffalo hump.

My back posture is really worse, I couldn't keep straight even if I want to at this point. My shoulders are so much firm and stiff, my back hurts a lot. Rounded shoulder. Awful feeling. i use your other video pretty regularly to reduce neck strain from being in class all day and it's a life saver (this one loosened me up too!)
