The osmosis platform, which isn't free, has a lot of what is required for USMLE in video format (not lectures, animated videos, LECTURIO is good if you want actual lectures). Osmosis also has notes about a lot of smaller topics that they may not have videos for. The RUclips channel for osmosis has a fraction of the videos that they have on the paid platform. It is still a great resource mind you. It just isn't complete.

240+ for general surgery. For a competitive surg probably no change, AMG only unless you have years in another country.
