I believe another factor to why Lewis switched to Ferrari is that no one has won a title with 3 different teams let alone 8 titles and if Lewis can achieve that with Ferrari he will make history, I really hope that Ferrari can make a good car that Lewis can perform well in and challenge Max.
That is a very good point, not something that even crossed my mind. It seems to be a sidestep with more upside than downside. Lets hope for a good title battle!
Its the nature of the sport, Carlos’s contract is up and they had a “better” option. Lewis is the statistical best of all time and brings so much attention to the team. Ferrari has been below everyone’s expectations for years, but they are still Ferrari. They won’t lose fans that easily

I do agree however, carlos didnt deserve to get fired. He is one of my favorite drivers.
