Finally got the game, years later. This is a freaking masterpiece. I love starting out as nothing and feeling like a complete god after working my ass off to earn those stats. Talk about a satisfying payoff
no some people thing skyrim is which blows my mind then again they dont know what a real rpg would be even if it bit them in the face and dealt 100 d6X2 magic damage
I'm about to get it right now!! Your comment sealed it. Looking through the comments and seen nothing but good things basically.. Alot of (edit) comments. Let's goo!!
that said, i dont know about Assassins Creed 3, but despite Kingdom Hearts and Persona 5 having giang ass tutorials or dialogue sequences they are both 9-9,5 score games
War King it looks fun but I have played too many games lately that take such a long time to really get started the dragged out gameplay idea is just becoming annoying to me
Played KCD for 2 hours after getting home from work today. Got up, talked to henry's mom and dad then spent 2 hours getting my arse kicked by a drunk dude in a fist fight. Eventually after 2 hours and figuring out how to time my blocks I won the fight. Then it was time for me to get to bed.
Michael Schneider I had pretty much the same experience but I love this game so far! The mechanics are frustrating at first especially because i keep thinking it’s skyrim but it’s not. I like to think of it as playing Skyrim souls lmao difficult but extremely rewarding.
actually its relevant technique before stab so u confuse enemy and dont know how to deflect but have to aggre its looks bit silly here and with type of sword
also, when it comes to language, historic accuracy can REALLY undermine your enjoyment or relationship with the characters in a videogame or a book. to me it is a really smart and understandable to do that.
Greatest money tip. Take the enemy’s weapon, sharpen it and get it to the highest percentage you can, and then sell it to a blacksmith. Rattay is the best deal I’ve found so far.
Or loot your buddies during main sorry battles, the stolen thing will wear off by the time you wake up after the mission ends, that way you can end up with multiple armors you can sell or keep
Gotta level lockpicking ASAP, the miller has a chest in his shed with respawning 1k Groschen and the possibility to sell every item you have at once for 100% of its value
I go out of my way to self nerf money making. It's way too easy. For those that do want to make gobs of money fast. 1. Pick up anything that you can sell. 2. Sell it to anybody who will buy it. Traders, blacksmiths, and millers buy almost anything. 3. Sell the initial load at a loss if need be. The price you get for the first item dump is not that important. What is important is loading the merchants up with merchandise. 4. Spend a few days collecting more stuff. Go back to the same merchants. After a few days they will have sold everything from the first dump and have much more money. A blacksmith that started with 200 Groschen will no have over 1000. 5. Rinse, wash, repeat, always going back after two or three days. 200 becomes 1000+ becomes 3000+ becomes ... you get the idea. I had Miller Peschek up to 20K Groschen on hand. Do not wait too long. If merchants don't get regular infusions of merchandise they reset to their original state. Once you get to higher levels, collect the spurs. Silver and gold spurs are valued at 500 and 2000 Groschen each, with a sale value of about 1/4 that. They each only weigh 1 unit. Armors like Milan cuirass and the more expensive weapons are also great for getting the most Groschen out of limited carrying capacity.
Even then it'll be hard to buy. It's poorly optimized on PC and console. Game runs terrible on a gtx 1080. Might as well be the next Crysis. "Can it run Kingdom Come"?
They have already patched the hell out of it. Got a 25gb patch yesterday and another 12 I think it was today, still not able to pick a lock yet though.
The implication that the Witcher is a game that isn't story driven and something that you can just "bum around in like Skyrim" is a crime against humanity
I picked the game up about 3 weeks ago and haven't dropped it (after many patches), 100+ hours and I have to say, it's in my opinion the most immersive and realistic RPG I've played, I feel 100% invested in the situation as it plays, you don't feel like a god in a man's world, you are a man, a weak man, and you must become hardened and strong to survive. Incredible RPG and I will say it's my current favourite RPG of all time, purely because of how refreshing it is!
Vintage Turquoise Heya, I've encountered a couple but it's nothing game breaking, I'm literally in love with the game, so hopefully you'll have a similar experience!
I've really yet to see any real bugs in my game, played for almost 20 hours, and if you're a casual gamer you're really not gonna like it at all. This game is essentially a novel in game form. If you don't like Morrowind your not gonna like this either. Also keep in mind this is Warhorse's 1st game ever. Lastly, this is not a hack and slash, if you fight two people at once with swords, footwork and positioning is vital...as it would be in real life..
Yeah... although I started to notice, once you get armour, you're invincible. I mainly focused now on a saxon gambeson, decorated chainmail and achen plate with a black good. For legs I just have a red hose anhd some light cover, arms a composite glove and the first vembraces you get and for head, that neck chainmail, that head gambeson thingy and the German bascinet helmet. :D
Marsupilami It may seem as your invincible but lemme say, I'm almost finished with the game, there are some enemies that can chain combo you if you don't block correctly and can seriously knock off chunks of health, it's all about perk choices and play style
I'm 20 Hours in and just finished the Priest Drinking Event. I'm having a blast with this game! Bugs are annoying sometimes but i'm enjoying my time in bohemia. :D
Hey yall, just watched this video in 2022 and got the game. I can honestly say it was the most immersive experience I've had with a game in a long time. It's bizarre. The mechanics and world will literally beat you down and spit on your corpse. But that moment when you finally can fight back is so rewarding. Plus the world itself is so rich and thought out. Also they must've patched the game a lot cause most of the glitches he mentioned in this review were (atleast for me) very rare and far between. There's a sale right now on Xbox1 for like 12 bucks i think, do yourself a favor if you like a challenge, get this game. I had such a nostalgic-like addiction to it and grinded like 17 hours in the first weekend I got it lol. Thank you to the developers for letting me play a game like it was a Friday night as a kid, and I was staying up playing skyrim till 4am again.
it's down to 9 bucks now (with DLCs). Great game so far, hyperimmersive! No bugs either. Deffinitely worth the buy. The combat has been very hard to learn for me.
@@Julio_Gomes I've only played a couple but they're pretty good so far. relatively short. its all so worth it though, haven't had this much fun with a game in a very long time. best 9 dollars I've ever spent. give it a shot if u have the time
@@Antonio-xq2hg yup, bought it. I mean, I'm always talking about how I love realism in games. Not buying this with that much discount would be a crime lol.
Dear everyone who hates that there is no crosshair while using a bow. Press the tilde key (~) to access console, then type in wh_pl_showfirecursor 1. This adds a crosshair when using bows, to take the crosshair away simply change the value from 1 to 0, so it looks like this - wh_pl_showfirecursor 0. You're welcome!
You get a feel for aiming and tempo with the bow after a while and it has become really fun and rewarding when I can nail something from like 25 yards away.
Wish more games didn't put in a crosshair for bows and such. Ever since I found out you could play Skyrim with no reticle, archery had become much more fun and I can never go back...it also gives me a point to using those fancy bows with scopes mod...
n543576 I've been telling people the same thing. I work at a GameStop and people want to buy it and I tell them what it's like and the end up not buying it haha
Looks a bit too slow for my taste but I might get it when it’s on sale and been patched. Kudos though for making an actual historical RPG to the developers it would’ve even a lot easier to just make a generic fantasy world.
Kaioken X10 It's pretty fast paced depending on how you play, combat gets faster and harder depending on who you fight but by that time you'll be handy with the sword
They slowed combat down , at first it was as fast as the HEMA guys they were basing the game on , but it was too hardcore in a controller , but the mods are coming
A very reasonable conment! Kudos sir. Just a small point I'd like to discuss, whilr historically accurate games are rare I don't think they are necessarily harder to make compared to fantasy games. In order to create a convincing, deep and intricate fantasy world that can still serve as a reflection of ours, it takes serious work. But all in all I agree with you, they take a road less travelled and that is always a good thing in this industry
Don't let anyone fool you. If the video made the game seem too slow for you, it probably is. There are quests where you literally just walk and, chat with NPCs. It's not as barren as i just made it sound and, I personally love it, but no. It is not "pretty fast paced" by any means. Great game for what they went for, and i'll enjoy the hell out of it. But that doesnt mean EVERYONE has to.
DarkCypher9 I was thinking the same thing while I watched the video. I like gameranx, but I was not surprised by anything he said. It's literally exactly what they (the devs and the reporters) said it would be. Obviously for anyone who enjoys history (especially this era) or finds it even a little bit fascinating, I would highly recommend this game. If you want to jump over mountain ranges and shoot lightning bolts from your hands, don't worry, there's plenty of games for you to enjoy. As a gamer, I think we can all agree that the more variety the better, right? We all benefit when there's something for everybody, don't we?
if you mean they didnt change anything you would be wrong, theres no female playable character and more importantly character creation. i hate henry like alot, i want to play as somone more badass and the game stops it. theres being detailed and realistic and then theres being too realistic and that is a big bore
sillyninja65 This game is a novel. You don't create your own character in a novel. I get the idea you don't like the witcher because you can't 'not' be geralt and have to use swords.
sillyninja65 This is the problem with todays young gamers... If you were a female at those times, they would practically have to create a whole new game for the female character. Do you know why? Because females weren't respected in combat related jobs nor are they strong enough contrary to what todays feminist would make you believe. As hard as it is for Henry to get a foothold and be respected by other man, it would be like 10 times harder for a girl to go through the same process. It's just as simple as that. Females aren't as strong, so they get to stay behind at home doing what they can do. This is historical accuracy. Even if there were some female warriors, in medieval europe, it would be very very VERYYYYYY hard for a female to get a foothold and be respected in a combat related job by the lords and other man. Also, believe me, that female wouldn't look sexy like you would want her to be. She would look like that manly gal from game of thrones. Yes, you need muscles and a sturdy body to fight, what a fking shocker! Then i guess you would complain about the chracter being ugly to your eyes right? No beautiful girl in medieval times would go through that hell of training and risk their lives while they could just use their beauty as an asset to live a comfortable life being supported by a reliable man who does the hard job...
Also, if you look today at most "beautiful" girls without makeup you would think they are average at best. So guess what most females looked like in medieval time.
Everyone has an opinion, doesn't matter if the majority disagrees. I do agree the voice actors carried the game, but the gun sounds and how they felt when you fired them was some next level shit, the only problem with that is the aiming and the enemies were bullet sponges.
@Fernando R I work 40 hours and still get to play for about 3-4 hours a day, granted I work graveyards but still, I come home from work at 6 am sleep until 1 pm play a bit, nap, then work
Konami would recycle various things from MGSV and put zombies on it. Capcom would release several versions of it. Bethesda would release several versions of it and a sequence in 2038.
As someone who partakes in multiple combat sports, fighting multiple opponents (even just two people) can be extremely difficult. So yeah- that is realism. Just like soldiers and mercenaries did in the real middle ages, practice a lot and git gud.
sneak is great but u really have to give it time and find good gear I stole(after intro, didnt start MQ line) thing of real value like 40k in and it is lot of fun really hard and when u cant save on demand even harder
Idk what realism you experienced in that combat system but you can 1 vs 6 enemies by riding a horse in a circle with a bow. And if you get to a position with a ladder, you can 1 vs all of Bohemia. The only realism ive seen is when you get 1 vs 1 or in tight area where they're forced to lineup.
Mantelis Kami That technology has surpassed Witcher three several times over. Don’t get me wrong it’s a beautiful game. But a beautiful 2015 game. It’s no KCD, it’s definitely no RDR2. In the looks department. And I think you knew what I was talking about, you are just a smart ass aren’t you? ;)
The game is not Skyrim, but it is possibly one of the best RPGs I've ever played. Seriously, this game has enough features to keep anyone entertained! The amount of depth is absurd! You just have to have an analytical mind with an appreciation for the little things!
i hear alot of people has problems with combat. In the beginning i also struggled alot. I trained with the guy that has the first tutorial to learn combos, perfect blocking etc. This helped alot! you also level up fast when you train with him. The combat gets pretty damn fun when you unlock different combos, and perks.
Love the game, good work for such a small team with so much on their shoulders. Its definitely not perfect, but god I love the game! As told on the review, give it a couple of patches and then pick it up for a more smooth experience!
Babbmeister I know and they only had £5 million to make the game imagine what they could do with the same budget Skyrim had. I hope they make a second game.
Hollenfeuer88 one set during the 100 years war between France and England could be cool, or maybe something different, there’s a lot you can make a game from. So a more western game would be marvellous!
I think for a Czech game it’s pretty good, I live in Czech Republic and I gotta say I’m surprised its not a complete clusterfuck. I don’t mind the slow start of the story, I really like to see a Realistic game set in my country. But I’m not a fan of the combat. At least if the enemies weren’t locked in the center of the screen...
I was one of the original Kickstarter backers. I can honestly tell you the game turned out great considering it was a Kickstarter project. I have backed several other Kickstarter video games that achieved their fundraising goal and then did basically nothing with it. I was very pleased with how popular and AAA-feeling this game ended up being. It's one of the only Kickstarter video games that really panned out well.
I think kingdom come is absolutely a great game but it's certainly not for everybody. That being said, the people who do enjoy this game really need to calm down with the elitism. Not everyone wants to play a game like this and their are loads of people who simply don't have the time to get invested in a game like this. I know it can be hard to understand, but people enjoying video games casually and wanting something a bit more watered down is very much ok.
I am not a elite I am just a a member of the HEMA community who tell mis inform gamers they don't know what real sword fighting looks like and this is the closest thing there is
It might be the most realistic depiction of sword-fighting in a game ever...but that doesn't make it *fun to play.* Which is the entire point of playing a game.
Thank you very much for pointing that out. Yes, taste will always be subjective. To each their own. I personally like simple games, with realistic gameplay, that guide you step by step, that are not frustrating, and have beautiful animations and graphics.
"This is an intensely story focused game, I was not expecting that. I was expecting to just bum around in an open world like Witcher 3." I had to rewind that.
I think he meant that in the Witcher or Skyrim you're this hero or super special person with some kind of power that gives you a step up from everyone else?
I just recently found this game literally by accident. I too have noticed the glitches, and it has crashed on me a couple times, but I love this game. The world is very emersive and the character twist is very interesting. Definitely enjoying it
Sparty™ Faaaaaaaacts .... like you really have to pay attention and resource manage all your stuff .. Challenging and I dig it ... people jus wanna blow through games nowadays
I think this game will appeal more to older gamers who can take their time and really immerse themselves in other activities besides combat. I like games like this more and more as ive gotten older.
MCPEPP Realistic? No. Realism is dying and having to start over. THAT'S realistic. This save system is just retarded and a waste of everyone's time to try and make the game hard and force you to use up limited saves whenever you need to exit the game in a hurry.
Bethesda in my opinion had the best save system with Fallout 3 and onward. Yeah you can abuse them, but they can also help you in case you mess something up or you have to leave in a hurry. This save system is just flat out garbage. In fact, they should've just made it so that if you died, you had to start over. That way even more people could be pissed off at the lack of a proper save system.
I love this game. It's a very nice reminder of old school rpg's. Seeing as how The Elder Scholls Daggerfall and the original Fallout are 2 of my favorite games, I really enjoy Kingdom Come. Now I'll admit that it's slowly paced, but the game does a terrific job of immersing you in it's world that it just feels natural. It's definitely not for everyone, but I still think it worth a try.
Kingdom Come is more from my experience playing it FONV, Oblivion, Gothic and Two worlds. There's some hints of cRPG but it's not a life simulator like Daggerfall and doesn't have the same almost puzzle like mind game mechanics of Fallout. That could be due to my playstyle though, perhaps you might find an experience closer to Fallout 2.
7dayspking definitely understand where you're coming from. Daggerfall is way more out there then any other game. That's why I love playing it. But I believe that KC:D is the closest we'll get to those type of games. At least for now.
+Dave Druid There's plenty of 90s DOS RPGs far more similar to Daggerfal, definitely check some of those out! Kingdom Come shares more in common with Skyrim than it does Daggerfall and that's saying something. Of all of Bethesda's titles I'd say it most resembles Oblivion with hints of Morrowind. It's honestly like the love child of all of those 2000s action rpgs taking bits and pieces from damn near all of them but also not carrying everything over. Fallout New Vegas is very similar in very many ways.
Playing this game in 2020 with all DLCs and can't get enough of it. There are just few glitches here and there and mostly graphical - nothing preventing me from playing smoothly. Also no crashes whatsoever. I think the developers did a great job with the game's complexity and detail and also worked on the fixes.
3:20 look at those moves, soo much historical acuracy! On a serious not tho, the game is not that bad at all, IF you go in with a specific mindset, and that is you are playing a medieval simulator game, not a historicaly acurate skyrim, and yes theres a big diference. Some oponents are unkilable, specialy at the start of the game, example, theres a girl about to be raped by 3 fully armored soldiers? Dont expect to be able to fight against all 3 and win, because you cant, you dont even know how to use a sword yet, but your oponents DO. Dont expect to be able to go on a killing rampage like you can on skyrim.
Ricardo I figured out in the beginning when you can save Theresa(The girl about to get raped) you're actually supposed to whistle which will get them to focus on you while Theresa slips away
Oh, didnt know that, that just shows how well the game allows you to interact with the world if you play it with the right mindset that this is more of a medieval simulator, than an action rpg.
He's right it takes a long time to get good. I've been playing this almost a month now, several hours almost every day. It took about 2 weeks just to get proficient, and now I'm finally starting to get good. Good to the point of being able to take out several skilled opponents. 1 very skilled opponent is still a challenge. I actually find it refreshing that I'm not some kinda super powerhouse demi-god, but just a regular guy who picked up a good set of armor and trained his ass off. It's rewarding feeling when you know your skills have evolved. Going from a shitty fighter who cant beat anybody to taking out your first opponent, and then taking on 2 opponents etc. When you start going from bad to ok it's easy to get cocky and think you can take on anyone, only to find out there are still way tougher opponents than you, and then you get humbled all over again.
I fell in love when I was sword fighting a certain boy born with a silver spoon in his mouth and I couldn’t get past his parry until I realised he was bad at parrying on one side and beat him because of that👍
People should stop comparing this game to Skyrim. This game is COMPLETELY different than skyrim: social classes, combat, realism, story, characters... both games are their own unique RPGs
The start of the game was one of the best starts in any game! How do you skip it like "ou civil war hits, your family gets killed and you go on a revenge"
Grow up? I'm 38 years old. Yes kinda wierd, you can punch out a whole pack of someone's chickens and nobody seems to care. Other animals though they get pissed
I finally bought this game last week. At first I felt like I wasted my money even though it was on sale but then I just started getting into it and I can't stop playing. What a wonderful game. A lot of people seem to be complaining about the lockpicking on console but after a few failures, I got it down pretty well. It's not that hard. Really the hardest part is doing it without getting caught which can also lead to panic and breaking picks due to hurrying too much.
Because in OoT you aimed correctly. I had to enable the cursor in KCD because you got no reference as to where you are aiming. For the most part, just knowing where the center is isn't enough to hit a target, the arrows will fly wherever they want anyway.
Only a few hours in and I'm totally obsessed! One of the most enjoyable and captivating RPGs, and generally games, I played in years. It's complex and challenging, but in such an intriguing way that it never intimidates me.
To me, this game feels about as fresh as back when I first played that one shunned and ridiculed little game called "Demon's Souls". It may have more than its fair share of technical issues right now, but boy do I enjoy discovering a world created with so much love. This may not look like the game many folk want, but it's the game a lot of us need right now. I know I do. Well, after I finally get to rank 100 in Monster Hunter. It's also the first game in a while that feels it doesn't want to be spoilered too much. The life and times of the protagonist make for a pretty impressive movie, if you're willing to take the lessons to heart and not make it some sort of Groundhog Day experience.
You haven’t? Demon Souls was loathed and hated and deemed outright terrible because it wasn’t easy for the masses to get it, and then slowly gamers and time to learn and gem reviews of how it was designed this way began to rise to the top and suddenly “hard games became cool” and half the population changed their tune. Yes Demon souls was briefly trash. Oh hard is elite and in now? Demond souls is awesome! And now its famed today along with all its after born games.
The archery is so difficult but so rewarding when you snipe that headshot from 30-40 feet out then proceed to blunder a shot over the shoulder of an incoming Cuman less than 10 feet away.
It really could have used more time on consoles, but I am rather enjoying it regardless. Which surprised me because I didn't really care for the Witcher 3. I just can't seem to put it down, but they need to do updates to fix this game.
The game is good, but a bit of advice: don't visit the official forums. The community is as toxic as it gets for a fresh new game. Seriously, you can tell most of the guys fanboying over it stick a finger deep inside their own asses and give it a good prolongued smell before they insult someone for asking a question or pointing out a flaw. The game's pretty nice and I'd recommend it to anyone who's into hardcore roleplaying games and who doesn't mind taking a lot of time to progress. Combat is not a common thing in the game, and you'll spend more time tracking down people or figuring out plots against your lord than you'll spend killing dudes, which is pretty realistic and surprisingly entertaining. That being said, if you're into simple games that focus on combat, this is not for you.
As far as I know gamergate is about games journalism ethics and preventing big journalist reviewers from shilling out and recommend crap games for money from the companies that produced them. There's nothing racial about that, so maybe you're missinformed.
The only thing I've really experienced is clipping issues, I've gotten stuck several times and it's very annoying, bit overall the game has hooked me I ways I didn't expect, and I love it!
@@youssefaj5190 definitely is! Well at least for me, this is the definition of an RPG, although it really isn't for everyone, it's a very slow pase game with an incredible world with detail and one of the best and most satisfying combat I've played in an RPG, but, it really takes a long long time to get really good, this game has the longest intro/tutorial I've played and I know people that really won't take it for that long, I'm speaking about 7-8 hours of pure and sometimes boring intro but overall it's pretty damn great, what all RPGs should be
The game is Amazing But is made more for a singular type of gamer. This is not skyrim neither witcher. is not for everyone. people who love mount and blade most likely will love this game. other gamers i recomend that first research this game before buying it.
This game is extremely difficult to mount and blade and unless they're not playing Mount and blade for it's Gameplay is almost certain fans of that game won't necessarily like this. Have you played Fallout New Vegas? This game is extremely similar to that game except for how action gameplay is handled. It's a lot clunkier like Gothic, Two worlds or Dark Messiah. I said New vegas because that's a much more popular game that you probably will have played. This game is a true action RPG and when the bugs are sorted will probably appeal to fans of action RPGs from 2000-2012 (excluding Skyrim and The entire Witcher franchise.)
Yea i have play all the fallout games, all elder scrolls, the witcher trilogy.divinity series.pilllars..two worlds and dragons dogma too.dark souls ect. most of rpg opens worlds since i am big fan of them.

Good reply, what a nice guy. Internet should learn from you.
Lawso45 Thanks for the review man. I ordered the game on amazon and I'm waiting for it to arrive. Can't wait to play this masterpiece.
Btw have you encountered any bugs?
Vintage Turquoise Heya, I've encountered a couple but it's nothing game breaking, I'm literally in love with the game, so hopefully you'll have a similar experience!
You know there was sale on steam last week and a sale on the psn store
Amen
I wish they could make me store the spear .... and also have some more skill and animation with em .
I Agree
even though tbh morrowind is still a better game xD

Thank you to the developers for letting me play a game like it was a Friday night as a kid, and I was staying up playing skyrim till 4am again.
yeah mate the glitches are pretty much non-existent at this point. I've just started another playthrough but damn I wish they'd make a sequel already

Thanks
While it certainly is a nice-to-have, I like how playing without the crosshairs becomes quite natural after a while.
It is an awesome feature, I used the crosshair to warm me up a bit in the beginning and get used to the sway, now I can play without it :)

Kaioken X10 I reccomend it, but you need patience. First 4 hours is naught but storytelling, however it was still enjoyable
They clearly didn’t follow the development or marketing very well because this is EXACTLY what they said we would get.
Fun fact - Guy who worked on Mafia games (except Mafia 3 which it sucked on many parts) also worked on this game.

Mafia 3 was still a good experience.
+Alex Almansoori Steam reviews say different. Only story, characters and executions are good. Everything else...
Everyone has an opinion, doesn't matter if the majority disagrees. I do agree the voice actors carried the game, but the gun sounds and how they felt when you fired them was some next level shit, the only problem with that is the aiming and the enemies were bullet sponges.

You would have to pay a micro-transaction to be able to use swords or some shit like that. Just look at what they did with battlefront.
As someone who partakes in multiple combat sports, fighting multiple opponents (even just two people) can be extremely difficult. So yeah- that is realism. Just like soldiers and mercenaries did in the real middle ages, practice a lot and git gud.
This game is good at making you feel like you are "getting gud". I love the skill systems but alchemy confuses me and sneak feels off.
sneak is great but u really have to give it time and find good gear I stole(after intro, didnt start MQ line) thing of real value like 40k in and it is lot of fun really hard and when u cant save on demand even harder
Horse archery was op during the late middle ages and having people in a choke point was a tactically sound decision.

Oh, didnt know that, that just shows how well the game allows you to interact with the world if you play it with the right mindset that this is more of a medieval simulator, than an action rpg.
yea you get an achievement for saving her
He used the bonewheel skeleton shield glitch to spin his sword like this.
AyeScottZED i didnt know you could just whistle to get them away, instead i ran up punched one of them then jumped on a horse and galloped off lol
"Run in guns blazing with a sword" Alright then..
It’s not a bug, it’s a feature!
What is this, Bethesda?! (Nerdy laugh) ahaa-ahaa-ahaa
Yes
Royal edition $16 on PS4 right now. Bought it yesterday and love it so far
A week in, how do you feel? The regular edition is on sale for 11 so I might get it. Thoughts?
@@gabrielmiramontes5879 bought it yesterday, already hooked!
@@zompigespons1 I bought it as well.
Great game so far, very in depth.
Combat is challenging to say the least. Lol good luck out there mate.
PunkRockZombie205 Just wait till you get to the trebuchet infinite loading screen. You won’t be able to finish the main story. EVER!
@@abdelll9737 hopefully it's been patched if that's the case. How long has it been since you played it?
3:20 wtf was that
A hilarious glitch.
the Spanish twist bahaahaha i died when i saw this shit
Years of practice my friend
Don't be joking on my boy's secret hidden technique
Michael S have you never heard of the spinning blade technique developed by the Germanic tribes? That was how they took over Rome.
It's weird that you guys stopped saying your names at beginning of the video, one of the the most charming things about gameranx you know?
Matt Steiner Falcon still does it. Jake was probably like man y'all know me lmao.
oh it's all good, i just noticed it a couple of times now. i think it's a big part of the success of the channel, these characters
Jake is going bald, so no more mentions of Baldino until he gets that transplant.
"I get angry at this game, as much as I enjoy it and continue playing it" - summed up my thoughts exactly
This game made me forget my real life for a good year.
I liked the chickens in this game, I thought that they were spectacularly designed.
HenryMxD someone gets it. 🐓
I had a bug where it looked like an entire flock of them were iceskating.
I punch chicken. I pick up skinned chicken. Chicken rots
What? You can kill a chicken and not have the entire village fully hostile? *MUST GET*
Grow up? I'm 38 years old. Yes kinda wierd, you can punch out a whole pack of someone's chickens and nobody seems to care. Other animals though they get pissed
3:18 Yup historically accurate ಠ_ಠ
Zero ` it’s the quadruple X Combo, read a book bro
Just waiting for Mount and Blade Banner lord.
Joshua Jimbun Which is yet to have a release date
Have patience, probably over 12 years it Will be released
I'll play against you when it comes out in 2032
@DBZbiggestfreak no its not what are you talking about
I'm only here because banner Lord isnt here smh
I finally bought this game last week. At first I felt like I wasted my money even though it was on sale but then I just started getting into it and I can't stop playing. What a wonderful game. A lot of people seem to be complaining about the lockpicking on console but after a few failures, I got it down pretty well. It's not that hard. Really the hardest part is doing it without getting caught which can also lead to panic and breaking picks due to hurrying too much.
Non existing reticle for bows can only be a good thing
I mastered archery in Ocarina of Time and it was without reticule
It's really hard at first but I rarely miss with a bow anymore.
Because in OoT you aimed correctly.
I had to enable the cursor in KCD because you got no reference as to where you are aiming.
For the most part, just knowing where the center is isn't enough to hit a target, the arrows will fly wherever they want anyway.
You just have to P R A C T I C E
Leveling up reaallyyyyy means a lot but actualy it's not that good.the archery for me is the only thing that bothered me in the game.
I fucking love this game !!! Such a refreshing taste on games. No micro dlc bullshit, no monetization, no fantasy, just straight honest gameplay
I love how Daniel Vávra is an actual in-game character lmao
Giorgi Kokiashvili yep
Meowix which character is he ?
Only a few hours in and I'm totally obsessed!
One of the most enjoyable and captivating RPGs, and generally games, I played in years.
It's complex and challenging, but in such an intriguing way that it never intimidates me.
Was literally just looking for a Kingdom Come: Deliverance review lol thanks!
Purr As opposed to figuratively
Yes, because I could be saying it as a hyperbole, but I was.
Artsificial they shut down the ds servers actually
i never heard anyone saying demons souls was bad so dont know what youre talking about
You haven’t? Demon Souls was loathed and hated and deemed outright terrible because it wasn’t easy for the masses to get it, and then slowly gamers and time to learn and gem reviews of how it was designed this way began to rise to the top and suddenly “hard games became cool” and half the population changed their tune. Yes Demon souls was briefly trash.
Oh hard is elite and in now? Demond souls is awesome! And now its famed today along with all its after born games.
I personally am enjoying this game and I’m about 10 hours in.
The archery is so difficult but so rewarding when you snipe that headshot from 30-40 feet out then proceed to blunder a shot over the shoulder of an incoming Cuman less than 10 feet away.
8:13 "It's big, It's long, It's pretty deep" ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) Best summary of this video by far #KingdomCum
Good one haha XD

5:03 “Keep expectations in Czech”
It really could have used more time on consoles, but I am rather enjoying it regardless. Which surprised me because I didn't really care for the Witcher 3. I just can't seem to put it down, but they need to do updates to fix this game.
anyone here bc its free at the moment
Cameron where?
Xbox one game pass
Jealous. How is it
It is amazing
Nope. Absolutely not
"It's big, its long, its pretty deep and I can't keep my mind off it...." Are we still talking about the game?? lol
I legit laughed out loud when you pointed this out :)
Of course the fanbase is toxic. They're alt-right.
Guilherme Eduardo Carvalho I'm sorry but...what the actual fuck are you talking about?
this game has a huge alt-right following because the devs were pro-gamer gate.
how does gamer gate has anything to do with the alt-right is beyond me, but whatever pal.
As far as I know gamergate is about games journalism ethics and preventing big journalist reviewers from shilling out and recommend crap games for money from the companies that produced them. There's nothing racial about that, so maybe you're missinformed.
Been waiting for this review. Gonna hold off for sale now.. Steam has more than half of my list on sale now...
Another great addition to the Gamepass! Hopefully this thing has been patched out a bit.
Yes it has. There are hardly any bugs anymore.
Can comfirm, hardly experienced any bugs
The only thing I've really experienced is clipping issues, I've gotten stuck several times and it's very annoying, bit overall the game has hooked me I ways I didn't expect, and I love it!
@@youssefaj5190 yes, yes it is
@@youssefaj5190 definitely is!
I dont find Kingdom combat too difficult to be honest once you get the hand of it.. the thing is you have to train for some time some training sesions with captian bernard will do the trick.
Agree if not mistaken kingdoms devs will patch the fps and bugs in two weeks. at least they seem eager to support the game
It does it better because it doesn’t cash out to “RPG” fans... you know, the people that say fallout 4 is an RPg
kingdom come - huge open world, bad combat mechanic, bugs and no dragons and magic (bad open world game)
skyrim-huge open world, bad combat mechanic, huge bugs but have dragons and magic (all time greates game 10/10)
gamers in a nutshell
Oh look Bethesda, that is how you use voice characters and dialog. Take notes.
Bland and boring? Wow you really don't know shit
