    I personally use:
    - Vitamin D
    - Vitamin C (I don't think I need it as a supplement but my doctor said so)
    - Magnesium + Vitamin B complex
    - Omega 3 (bought it motivated by you)
    - Some eye health supplement because my biggest MS problems were related to my eyes
I'm also going to get some probiotics, thank you for reminding me :) I might also try your sleep supplement because I suck at sleeping as well. And thank you for everything ever

Fair play - thanks for your insights. I was diagnosed 4 years ago and I have also read that ‘MS Naturally’ book. One other piece of advise I received was to look out for excess omega 6 & 9 in oils. I had been taking a 3:6:9 supplement for years and was advised that excess 6 & 9 can promote inflammation (the main thing we are trying to get rid of). The fish and flax oils are best for 3 ratios.

Great tips and advice, I really appreciate you making these videos always very helpful. When i was diagnosed i thought that my life was over. But it's not, we learn to cope.

Diagnosed March 2019. Had two episodes since 2015. I was prescribed by my neurologist from MS clinic:
    - vit D, 4000 (directly for my MS)
    - vit B2, 400 (I also have migraines)
    - Magnesium citrate, 500 (for my severe restless legs syndrome)

Diagnosed 9/14/18 with M.S. I take no supplements. I tried the Wahls protocol, felt great at first, then I feel my body adapted, plus found snails in my kale, 🤢now trying keto. I have had rituximab in October and April. The only drugs i have taken. I workout 5x a week and I really believe the endorphins that kick in when i exercise helps me with fatigue. I have to drag myself to the gym on some days. I stumble around, my balance is off, my feet are numb, but I believe strengthening my muscles helps. This is my M.S. as of now. Just very annoying. I have good days and bad days. Have you tried eating foods the contain the micronutrients you are taking in your supplements? You may have better results and save money on supplements. Just a suggestion. Im here because of m.s. and i have learned the only disability in life is a bad attitude.

Currently have an undiagnosed condition but have a lot of the same symptoms. So far taking d, turmeric, fish oil, magnesium and a multi. Also have an egg a day. Seem to have less bad days.

Absolutely amazing, it's good to see someone is taking natural medicine, I agree with all suplements you mentioned, also I'd add alfa lipoic acid, folic acid, lecithin,, DHEA, you nailed it, I also take suplements and they've made a huge difference and how I feel, the only symptom I have is that sometimes I feel dizzy... But I'm controlling it... Btw have you read Joe Dispenza work? It's pretty interesting..
    Greetings

This may be a dumb question but why wouldn't you want to boost your immune system?

    • @missfeAg
      @missfeAg 4 года назад

With autoimmune disorders the immune system is attacking a particular area in the body so boosting it would cause more of an attack.
