as hot as the bronco is, it seems like ford quality isn't always that top notch when it comes to things like rails
I wonder if it's a function of "COVID" quality issues that I keep hearing about. Probably true - demoralization and people no longer caring very much about their jobs after the "essential vs non-essential" switch was flipped so many times.
Can you still remove the hard top with this rack in place?
Yes you can. It's a bit of a tight squeeze and you have to be careful as to not scratch the panels on the rack, but I've done it many times now.
Where I live in NJ you cant swing an expired cat with out hitting one of these Ford Broncos.

Well there are a shit ton of them in the Cherry Hill / Mount Laurel area. Mostly sold by Winner Ford and Holman Ford. At least all the ones I have seen the back of.

Most of the Broncos I run across here in NJ are the 4 door. So as for my observations you would be an anomaly in this area.
