The King's Academy, a National Blue Ribbon, Christian school in South Florida, recently presented "Les Miserables" on its main stage. Starring TKA alum Nate Adams (Jean Valjean), senior Chase Pereboom (Javert), sophomore Kyle Martin (Marius), senior Lexi Graves (Eponine), junior Graham Popadic (Thenardier), senior Summer McCarty (Fantine), and junior Gracie O’Connor (Cosette), this performance showcased TKA’s young talent and was the last musical staged at the school’s Loveland Center. (In May 2017, King’s opened the Page Family Center for Performing Arts, a state-of-the-art, 800-seat theatre, at its West Palm Beach campus.)
TKA’s Conservatory of the Arts, an American High School Theatre Festival award-winning fine arts program, is led by Mr. David Snyder (Artistic Director, Musical Theater, Department Chair), Mrs. Sonia Santiago (Vocal Arts), Mrs. Cathy Higgins (Dance- Ballet, Tap, Modern and Jazz), Miss Riselle Portuondo (Dance- Ballet and Modern), Miss Sarah Fahey (Theatre Arts), Mr. Brad Majzner (Stagecraft), Mr. David Skinner (Instrumental Director), Mr. Wes Lowe (Assistant Band Director), Mr. Patrick Clifford (Strings), Mrs. Macey Norton (Video/Digital Arts), Mrs. Laura McFaden (Visual Art), Miss Mikah Adams (Popular Music, Elementary Choir), Mrs. Robin Phillips (Piano), and Mr. Gene George (Elementary Music Theory and Band).

I have followed this schools videos for a few years....I would love to see one of their performances in person.
I was the Conductor of the Orcherstra when this Musicale was staged here in the Philippines in 2005 and 2006. This part was my most favorite part plus the curain call.
I was like (to the performers): C'mon! Do what you want on the last part! Sing at the top of your voice!!! 😂😂😂
This is one of my favorite scenes! You got Jean ValJean, Fantine and Eponine watching Marius comforting Cosette, the kid who plays Marius was soo good! I love how they got Marius doing a double role, helping to fight, and then comforting Eponine as she takes her last breath in his arms and then later him comforting Cosette as Val Jean takes his last breath, just amazing!
Just like Broadway, West End, and the Concerts, Les Mis no matter where it’s performed keeps continuing to bring people to their feet
Saw Broadway productions 3 times, touring company in Buffalo, Toronto and L.A. This ranks right up there with the pros. BRAVO!

has to be my favorite finale rendition. it sounds peaceful, and bittersweet. plus they’re not doing high notes so it sounds more natural.
Marius and Cosette don’t need comforted it’s about Love and protection
Eponine and Valjean and Fantine are both final bosses
Thank you so much for that amazing production. I only ever watched the movie before this and i knew it wasn't that good. Now i understand the love for this musical and Jean Valjean ❤ and i cried like a baby thank you 😂

Irina K. i know right?! I'm gonna have to agree with someone in another Les Mis video. Javert should atleast be added into heaven, I mean he can know what's right and wrong and plus he was only doing his duty. I think musicals should add the villains (i guess sometimes) in the ending with the heroes. Hunchback is the only musical I've watched that has the antagonist featured at the ending score.

Suicides don't go to heaven, maybe.
Glecy Rances Hunchback does this because the ending strips away the curtain between the show and the reality of the actors performing the show.
We have the Villains in Les Miserables I know is Javert because its definitely Valjean and Fantine and Eponnie
