Siegs move set has some differences. This is sc2+ a mod that adds all guest characters and skins. There's a discord with all the info and monthly tournaments
Siegfried has his SC1 moveset (in Vanilla II, he's just an alt. costume for Nightmare). As such, B+G throw is Hurricane Slash / Nightmare Killer from his other appearances (see 6:53, which still looks slightly janky) instead of Soul Devour, and he basically has moves related to him slashing/grabbing with his claw hand replaced with moves that he used with his sword in the past (most notably the Night Lower Stance / Base Hold K attack changing from Death Claw to Grief Ram). They aren't super different, but there are some slight differences. His default sword is also Faust for some reason (Faust SHOULD be broken ever since the climax of Soul Edge/Blade [though it was usable in II due to Soul Edge repairing it if its description is accurate], and he should use Requiem instead, but that's not a big deal since his red alt uses Requiem). His voice actor is also swapped to Crispin Freeman's voice acting from III, and the announcer files for him are from III.

Yeah it includes all of the missing guest characters and some extra skins

Nightmare is so broken in this game. He moves so fast for a heavy character.
